We were have AAA Sewer come out every 6 months to clean our lines. They always did a great job but that didn't fix the problem. They came out and replaced the line. It was so less expensive then we were anticipating. Great job guys!

A fantastic experience with these guys. They were the only ones to answer the phone when I called at 6:00. I had my sewer line back up and obviously created a havoc. They had a tech out to my house within an hour and he got to work on it right away. He was courteous, had a very positive attitude, and confident in his work. Unfortunately my only clean out is in my finished basement, not outside. He used multiple buckets to slowly catch the waste water as he unscrewed the cleanout cover. This probably took a good half hour at least. He put towels and drop cloths down. He snakes the drain three times and pulled out some pretty disturbing stuff, but all was finally fixed. The after hours cost was totally worth it considering staying in a hotel room would have cost more. I certainly recommend this company.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use AAA Sewer Service Inc., to do any of your plumbing work. Not only did the line they put in drop at least an inch in 18 months, which I was told by a few other companies I've had out state that should never happen, but they missed 2 scheduled appointments, no call no show, to check the line. Horrible customer service and obviously don't care about a customer that has a concern about their work. They recently lost their accredidation with the BBB for this exact reason. The guy on the phone even told me that a locator showing the depth isn't accurate enough to determine that the line closer to the house is lower than where it connects with the city line. Great, the camera that was run down the line that shows water standing says you're a liar, and I'm sure the locators are pretty accurate with today's technology. He also said that the ground settling and sinking isn't something their company would cover on a warranty. We haven't even had enough freezes and thaws for the ground to settle, because it wasn't packed and bedded properly by their workers. Don't make excuses for your companies poor workmanship. They weren't a horrible company when I dealt with them 18 months ago, but now it's literally an awful company. Saying they'd come out and check the work, and be willing to make it right, and to never show up is the absolute worst business practice. I will put them on full blast for not only shoddy work, but the worst customer service!

I was in a tough spot. My previous plumber couldn't unclog my drain. So for one week that plumber never contacted me as said to give it another try. I was frustrated!

So I called AAA plumbers and Mikel came out 2 times to unclog pipe and replace a section of drain that had a small hole. Mikel was pleasant to me and went above my expectations to fix drain correct

I will use AAA plumbers again if necessary knowing they will get it right.

We were thrilled with AAA. Called them Sunday evening and they came right out and fixed the backed up pipes. The price was fair and the service very courteous. Will definitely use again.

These two guys were great. They were thorough when cleaning out our sewer lines. We have an inside and an outside line, and they took care of both of them. Price is very reasonable especially if you get more than one line done. I will be using them at least once a year now for my tree root problem. Highest recommendation!!!

My sewer line collapsed and AAA took care of it! Very professional and excellent customer service! Came out at 9am and finished by 1:30pm. They ensured water wasn’t coming back up through the drain. I would definitely contact them again for any further needs!

The technicians arrived 15 minutes early, were professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything that would be done to resolve my issue. The great service AAA provides is affordable and won't scare you away from dealing with an emergency. Thank you for responding to my call.

1/26/24 If I could leave less than one star I would at this point. They do not follow through on promises to repair the damages they did to my home! Have never called , or had any more communication to do what they promised! I will also have to have cleanup done of all the broken tile they just left piled up…that they said they were cleaning up and taking away. I would never recommend them.
1/10/24 Poor communication. Never contacted me to explain what was going on, I had to be the one to reach out to them. Still took the time for a lengthy reply of excuses, but couldn’t call me to explain why he was not going to be able to get there as promised (before 1/9/24) And there was NEVER a “customer contract” that was given, or even verbally discussed.
Does not honor his commitments! Promised me that he would have all of the things they broke while doing my sewer repair on the 29th done BY today…..a no show! Gutter and facia still not fixed appropriately & downspout not connected where you hit my house several times, and cement splash you broke not replaced with another cement one. And the cracked corner piece of my siding you destroyed cannot be fixed. So sad the quality of work has deteriorated since Joe retired.

AAA Sewer Service did a terrific job. After doing some research and reading reviews, I left a message on their voice mail. I received a prompt call back. I explained the problem, the sewer line between the house and street was clogged and asked if they could tell me about what the cost would be. The starting rate seemed very reasonable and I was scheduled for the following day. They kept me informed with email and even sent me a text about 30 minutes prior to the arrival time. These guys were fast, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. After considerable effort the blockage was cleared and the line was open. When I was presented with the bill, it was actually LESS than what I was quoted over the phone. I know this isn't always the way it goes because there can be unforeseen complications. The point is AAA Sewer Service proved to be fair and honest and worthy of this 5 star review.

I placed a call late in the day and they followed through with the time they stated and provided great service to the issue! They also sent a text message with the name of the service tech and his phone number. Great communication!

Just From our first conversation I was impressed! Joe was my first contact and he just seemed so nice and inviting. Then The gentlemen that arrived were pleasant and professional! They talked us through the process and was very informative as they performed multiple procedures. Lastly we were super happy with the price!! For all they did ,the time spent and all the information they gave us -I would highly recommend them.!! We really appreciate all they did!! Great people & good business practices-we are happy!

The service techs from AAA came to repair my sewer line, and I'm very happy with their work! It was a difficult job but I could tell they were very experienced and knew what they were doing. That gave me so much peace of mind, and I know the repair was done right. My entire experience with AAA was great! Everyone there is polite, professional, efficient, and so easy to work with! I'll definitely call them again if I ever need to!

Called them and let them know about my entire house having a back flow sewer problem. They were able to fit me in their schedule about an hour later. They ran their machine through once but was unsuccessful removing the clog. They didn’t stop though, and I was relieved to hear them say the clog was gone with their second attempt! They provided great service and I cant argue with the price at half of half of big name competitors, especially when it seems like everything in this world price-wise has gone insane. This company shows they care not only with the work they do but also with their affordable service. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.

We had an expensive local company come out here to clean out our sewer lines because roots started to cause obstruction. 6 months later we had issues again.

I wasn't impressed with the last company, so I had AAA come out at that point and they did a fantastic job plus the bill was considerably lower. It's been two years at this point and we just had them come out again for maintenance. Very satisfied, would recommend to everyone AAA+

Called and set up an appointment to have them give us an estimate. He doesn't show up. So we try to call him and he doesn't answer. So we try to leave a voicemail. His voicemailbox is full... We get ahold of his supervisor who says he will call us tomorrow. Nobody called. Never going to bother with them again. Pathetic.

These gentlemen came out and fixed my issue within 20 minutes of being there and I had spent almost 2 days struggling with it! They showed up on time, profesional, friendly and got straight to work. Was very pleasantly surprised that they charged so reasonably as well. They will definitely be my first line of contact if any more sewage issues arise!

These guys did a great job replacing my sewer line out in my front yard. I some bad roots growing though and had a break. They came out the same day and fixed my problem . Had me back up a running no problem! Highly recommend!!

Top notch job couldn't beat the professional service great people to work with did the job on time and the way it should have been from previous sewer service very happy would recommend them to anyone
