Plumbing reviews in Fort Wayne, Indiana

The service guys came out, did not fix anything, charged me and said to call back for someone to come and give me an estimate. I called them 5 days in a row, each day they said oh sorry we got busy will be there today though. The 5th day, the guy I spoke to assured me he would be out himself, and again did not show or call. So I called another company, they came out and actually opened my line, so I wasn't stuck without water and fixed a leak. AAA did nothing to help me, but continued to lead me on for 5 straight days while I was distressed and needed help. If you only have a blocked drain, they'll be happy to come take your money, but when your having a real issue they'll probably treat you like they did me. I see you are claiming you told me to get a second opinion, that is UNTRUE, you never advised that, but you led me on to believe for 5 days that you were coming as I was in distress, but never did u say you could not help me and to call someone else. The only reason I called someone else is because I knew you were lying and had no intention of helping me. And I know there's a charge, but had you actually tried to do what I called you there for, you could of actually helped me

Never again will I call this company. I hired them to clean my sewer pipes it was fine at first. A week later my pipes was clogged up again. So hired another company to do the same job the right way. I called AAA to let them know my pipes were clogged up and how crappy of a job they did. Then they told me it's under warranty and the warranty is no longer good because I called another company to do the job right. They failed to tell me it's under warranty when they was at my house. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this company.

My shop toilet was backing up, Called AAA Sewer Service to get it looked at. They were on time and extremely helpful, professional and the price was very reasonable. I would 100 % recommend them and will definitely be calling them again.

I called about a burst pipe. The two guys that came for the service call were professional, very helpful, did the job in a timely manner and I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill. It was very reasonable. Before leaving they shared some helpful hints with me. It was all around good experience. Thank you so much

The first night we stayed in our house (February 2006), we had tree roots in the sewer lines that backwashed when we ran the washing machine. I found AAA Sewer in phone book, and called as they were close by. I spoke with Earl. He came right over. He didn't even charge us a premium for the weekend, and he became our go-to even while trying to retire. Fortunately, we didn't need help for several years. A couple years ago We needed a sink clog snaked. We found out Earl was fully retired, and the company was purchased. No issue- easy to work with. We wanted to still support Earl's company. Fast forward to late November 2025, the washing machine drain line was clogged. They sent someone out. He flushed it, but didn't use the snake deep enough. (We assume) Because It worked for 4 days and then backed up again. We called to ask them to come back out. We were advised that they needed a part for their smaller snake and it was due in any time. We got a follow-up call on December 2nd stating still waiting for the part, thanking us for being patient. On December 11th We still hadn't heard anything, so I called the main number again. Spoke to someone different who told me he still waiting for the part, but he was was going to call the vendor to check the status, and call me right back. Today is January 13th. I have never heard back from the company with an any updates.
I fully understand that a part was needed and it arriving may have been beyond their control. However, don't just leave us on standby and then ghost us. We were very, very happy and very loyal to Earl. Which is why we continued to use AAA-for 20 years almost. We were forced to call a different company on December 15th. They were here on December 16th. They listened to the issue, snaked it far enough, ran several loads through to make sure everything drained well. And we are still running our washing machine. Really disappointed in the drop in communication, And even more that we basically paid twice. For one job to get finished. Unfortunate to say the least. -
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
Made an appointment to fix pipes, appointment was confirmed but the plumber never showed up, I called and the front office person was oblivious to what’s going on. The plumber called back 2hrs later with a bogus excuse and wasted my time when I could have had someone else out. No remorse at all, terrible business!!! -
Birk, AAA sewer, went out of his way to ensure my main line sewer issue was resolved over the cold holiday season. Definitely recommend. Very customer service friendly.

I had a poor experience with this company. I get that maybe they are busy with holiday time but I am out $170 with no work being done. I was in the process of moving and have an old cast iron waste line that was starting to leak. They were very helpful in coming out to assess the problem and I let them know I needed broken down estimates for my warranty company. They said they’d be sent to me in a day and to call if I didn’t get them. I never received them or heard back to book the work. I called four times and was always told they’d call me back or they already sent them and then would never call me. I was charged and wanted them to do the work and never heard from them after multiple attempts to get help.

The owner, Burke, rented a storage unit from my company and I would not trust him to treat people fairly! He would miss his payments and then become irate when we called to ask about his bill. When we tried to respectfully address his concerns about the gate, he abruptly hung up mid-conversation. He does not appear stable, and I would not want my sewer service to be at his whims.

Had a broken pipe in my slab in living room, called AAA.
the guys they sent out were awesome, they tried snaking the line, to only find out the pipe was determined to be broken. couldn't use Washer or Kitchen sink do to this. the owner was very understanding to the fact my girlfriend is disabled, and we needed this done, he advised me they would do the work, and wait till my insurance could sort things out, not too many companies would do this. work was done in less than a day. the owner himself even showed up to make sure everything went smooth. we can't thank AAA enough for working with us.
definitely recommend then. Thanks Guys. -
The job they did lining my sewer line became a problem child. They ran into a number of problems not of their making. The company did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING to ensure that, in the end, I was taken care of and the job was done right. When complications arose after the job was initially completed they were Johnny On The Spot. They stood behind their warranty and fixed the issues in a timely manner. Teren and Justin kept me informed about the required repairs consistently. You will never find a company in any field that stands behind their work and ensures the customer’s satisfaction more than these guys. One hundred percent recommend.

Thanks guys!

Honest; trustworthy and Fair. It's hard to find all 3 of these qualities in one place.

Even after explaining to them how hard it’s been finding someone to fix my problem (an ongoing problem for the last YEAR), and to be told “you’ve called the right people to help you”, I’ve been let down and ghosted yet again by the 3rd company. Disappointing.

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Justin was a real pleasure to work with! Very informative during the sewer pipe root cleaning process. Didn't mind me looking over his shoulder and "bugging" him with questions! Very thorough! Highly recommend! 👍

Teren and his team are amazing group of guys. Do you have a strong stench coming from your basement is your slop sink backing up when you drain your washer, is your sump pump constantly running and your pit full of water. If so you probably need a sewer main, clean out. I contacted FW Pipelining and with in a hour they were at my home and started to work and got the job done quicker then I expected. NOW MY PIPES ARE FLOWING. He and his guys are clean cut individuals and don't make a mess, very kind to my wife, children and even my annoying dog that barks at everyone. You couldn't ask for a better group of guys to come to your house and work on top of all that he's a VETERAN. So come on Fort Wayne we need to support our local veterans. Oh yeah super affordable. Before you mess around and call the other guy. Give them a try you won't go wrong.

Was having some plumbing issues with our house. Reached out to some local plumbing companies to find out what was going on and FW Pipelining was one of them. These guys were professional and very fast acting. Justin was able to come out next day and take a look for a free inspection and we found the issue. If you’re looking for a company with a can-do attitude, you found the right place!

Short story long, call Justin. Whether you think they can help you or not, call. We previously had the easiest and least invasive 8’ section of kitchen drain line replaced by another plumber. Old cast pipe was just completely collapsed. Thankfully the trench was limited to under the cabinets, dishwasher and refrigerator. Previous plumber finally found good pipe under the fridge to attach the new line without tearing up our laundry room floors (which wouldve led to kitchen/front room/hallway/bathroom floors). In anticipation of the potential for future issues I chose not to backfill the trench leaving an easy and obvious access point and outlet for water.
Fast forward a year and a half and we notice a smell in the kitchen, followed by seeing the trench holding water. Here we go right, time to tear up the entire house. Multiple quotes for a traditional trench fix but I called Justin at FW Pipelining to see if we had any hope for a noninvasive fix. I was very pessimistic the entire time, expecting the rest of the pipe to look just like the previously replaced rusted and rotted out cast. Justin however, countered that with more optimism than I knew plumbers were capable of.
Within 24 hours they arrived to inspect it. They ran into a blockage that prevented them from getting their camera through for an assessment. They got us on the schedule for the following Monday to return with the proper equipment. Justin was also already in contact with one of his contacts who would step in to help us out if lining the pipe was not an option.
Monday arrives and so does the crew, clear the blockage and get a good look through the line. Turns out that was our only problem. The rest of our line was solid and serviceable. Talk about a sigh of relief.
This was easily the best customer service Ive received, maybe of all time. They are friendly and competent and empathetic to your situation. They are not the type of contractors that make you uncomfortable being in your home with your wife and kids. There was no upsell, no pressure and a genuine interest in finding the problem and the best solution. I (fortunately) did not even get to experience their work but would not hesitate to use them again. We are now actually looking for our next home and I will absolutely be having Justin inspect the plumbing before purchasing. One conversation with him and you will understand. Even if you think your situation may be too severe for them to line it, call and ask. They will be more than happy to come take a look and give you the best advice on a path forward. -
I was very impressed with these guys. Had sewer problems, had 1 company tell me it's broken and then ghost me to come diagnose for real (A1) and another company who also said it was broken underneath a very big concrete slab, and quoted me 23,000. I reached out to see about pipelining and Justin was so helpful and kind. He came over with a camera for free saw we had roots and fractures in cast iron, and that he could line it. After a bunch of months he still remembered me and fit me in as soon as needed. These 2 gentlemen spent 10 hours lining my sewer pipe, I think bc they knew I had to go to my son's graduation out of town the next day. But they finished and I am so thankful. Idk the exact price but my quote was way lower than any others. You won't be steered wrong with this company.

Justin was great! He was very responsive when I called him to take a look at some major sewage a backup issues I was having in my basement and outside my home . The issue was more than just being able to line my pipes, which was complete removal of plumbing in basement (house built in 1940’s) then rerouting system outside the home, excavating, laying new pipe and new sidewalk and steps (old needed to be removed for rerouting). Justin contracted the plumbers and excavators and able to get a very fair price. From Justin to the plumbers to the excavators I couldn’t have asked for a better group of honest hardworking individuals. They were kind, efficient, easy to work with and always cleaned up after themselves (took 3 days). My sons lives across the street and was having plumbing issues in his basement and Justin went out of his way to stop by my sons house to just give home some advice, I can’t imagine working with a better group of individuals. Thank you Justin for all you did.
