Horrible customer service!

I placed an order with Angela and purchased a toilet, and a custom shower. After being told it would take 2 weeks it was not delivered on time. I had to call to check on the order 4 times in order to get information. They never called to let me know it would be delayed. It has been over a month now and I still have not received the shower.

Great supply, showroom, and prices. Awesome for contractors. James in the warehouse and Cameron on the truck are both solid helpful guys. Won't go anywhere else.

Prices are great. Products a quality. Counter personnel are pretty good. Everyone else is an idiot. Less than helpful, rude, etc. And I spend 10s of thousands a year and never have I seen my "sales rep". Not once.

It is so reassuring to know that every time I call Jason for a plumbing problem, he will respond very promptly, do a quality job with repair or new installation, and do it at a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else because I know that he is so trustworthy and friendly.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.

Very good work. Despite running into old house complications, got the work done quickly and thoroughly. Very friendly and courteous
