From beginning to end, everyone at Maumee River Roofing impressed us with their customer service, product knowledge, professionalism on the job site and honesty. We never felt pressured. Greg was very thorough and understood our vision, gave us his opinion on certain aspects that we were inexperienced with and Leah was always an email, text or phone call away to answer my questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have new siding placed.

They patched a rubber roof that was in a difficult position at my house just outside Huber Heights. They were able to find the leak and get it patched within a week of the initial quote. The main office is very responsive

What do I know about roofs? Plenty now, thanks to this company (who by the way also does siding, gutters and doors among other things). They couldn't have made the experience more seamless from beginning to end. They were informative, had EXCELLENT communication throughout, worked with our needs, offered upgraded materials with a 50 year warranty for next to nothing in cost, were professional and on-time. When I say on-time...they completed full tear off and install in ONE DAY. Even my neighbor behind me came over and said, "WHOA!! They showed up with an Army and knocked that out!!" The materials they use are top notch in the business and gives me peace of mind for no issues. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and they warranty & stand behind their workmanship. These guys are a no-brainer... customer for life. Great job to the owner, the crews in the field and the ladies in the office!

I was cleaning my gutters and when I finished, I decided I was NEVER doing that again. Hence I called Maumee River Roofing. They came right out, measured and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. I wasnt home during the install, and when I got home, I forgot they were they were coming. NO remnants of the job were visible. Great Job!!!!

I can’t say enough about the communication and professionalism of Maumee. They were extremely detailed regarding everything that the project would entail down to the types of nails they would be using and why. They were also extremely organized compared to the other companies I communicated with. I highly recommend Maumee when considering exterior work for your home.

Chase arrived on time. Everything was explained throughly and made sure we understood all aspects of needed repairs. While services are not necessary at this moment I know when the roof and decking get replaced Maumee Roofing will be the only company we will use. From the start, Andy was dedicated to making sure I felt taken care of, coming out multiple times to not only provide his quote but also apply some temporary fixes to the roof and meet with insurance. Well heck, nobody else offered to patch me up as a courtesy when rain was in the forecast that weekend. I really appreciated the personal touch Andy brought to his work. After installation, Sam made sure I was happy with everything and handled any concerns himself. A big thank you to Maumee River Roofing for the fancy new roof and taking very good care of us every step of the way!

We were very happy with the service we received, very professional. The site supervisor, Jorge Dominguez, did a great job of keeping us updated on the status of the job, while we were at work. Jorge sent multiple pictures throughout the job. The crew did an excellent job with cleaning up our yard. We would highly recommend.

The job site supervisor, Jorge Rocha, was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of the roof project throughout the process. Sending me pictures and letting me know timeline for completion. His crew did a great job of cleaning up and the roof looks awesome.

We had Maumee put on new siding and gutters on our back addition and garage, and also rebuild the back roof (to create pitch and eliminate internal drainage) and add a new rubber roof. Our project was not cookie cutter. Our sales rep, Chase, was very helpful and took the time to understand our project and come up with good solutions to our problems. Once our project was scheduled, Maumee showed up on time and construction progressed as expected. Sam and crew were very receptive to any concerns I had about certain aspects of the project, and either worked to fix those items or explained them to me. Very happy with the finished product. Would choose them again.

Zaavan Clear performed a free roof inspection for me today, after seeing my shingles out of place. He was very sweet, very professional and respectful. 10/10 highly recommend! He did great service, provided me with pictures and a detailed explanation for what was wrong with my roof and its overall condition. Thankfully it’s just a patch job & the rest of the roof has a lot of life left to it. 😊

John educates and helps create the best possible outcome for the job. I also really appreciate how much he cares and is invested in the community. This company is an easy choice.

John Forish is a great representative to this company. I wasn't sure if my roof needed to be replaced and he took the time to look over it and let me know that it was fine. A lot of others would try to sell me a new roof (some did), not John. When the time comes I am calling on him.

Maumee Roofing Company did an amazing job on all aspects of the job when I needed my roof replaced. Starting with Chase- he came and did the most thorough inspection out of 3 major roofing companies in Fort Wayne. Finding issues and letting me know ahead of time how we’d need to proceed to fix them. He- along with every other person I dealt with knew what to do whenever a question or issue came up. Ron Coffelt was very polite and helpful scheduling around rain when the elements challenged us and was always there to answer a call or text when I had a question. Ryan the Site Supervisor was very transparent, respectful, and straight forward when we actually got my roofing project underway. Any questions or concerns I had he was able to easily help in a way that got the job done and I could understand. The crew that they have was phenomenal as well. They got my house and detached garage done all in one day and cleaned up everything with absolutely ZERO damage to any of my property. All other staff I needed to work with was also well informed and super kind when I needed their help. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in for the 2nd time to work on payments and I was greeted by my name after only one prior visit. This company cares about roofing and cares about you. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends needing gutter/roof work done.

I called and explained my situation with the sale of my house, and they scheduled me an appointment almost immediately. Chase was amazing—he came out, reviewed the inspection report, and provided a comprehensive quote that ultimately helped me seal the deal. Highly recommend.

We had literally the best possible roofing experience you could have. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the beginning to end everyone was so friendly, informative, and helpful! They were NEVER pushy and even suggested getting other quotes. Day of, the crew arrived and were even 10 minutes early minutes early and started before we came out! We were informed every step of way. They were helpful with our pup and paused working for her to go outside to use the bathroom and take a sound break. They finished so quickly. They completed the tear off and rebuild in less than 7 hours and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. A couple days later they even walked through and made sure everything still looked good, was functional, and there were no left over nails. Thank you a million times over to Greg, Sam, Leah, Aaron and their whole crew!
