I was very pleased to work with Maumee River Roofing. Even though this was a relatively small siding and trim repair job, I felt that I was treated just as well as anyone else. Communication was great starting with my first meeting with Brandon, continuing with meeting Jorge at the job site and ending with Jerry and Kelly in the office. I’m so glad I went with Maumee River Roofing. I had my roof done previously by another contractor who messed so much up. I called MRR up and got an appointment scheduled for the next week, Chase showed up the time he said and did a thorough look over to see what my home needed.
I needed shingles on the side and a EPDM rubber roof on the top since it was flat.

They scheduled me out 4-6 weeks and showed up the time they did. It was a lot of work to be done on my house since I needed new wood in a lot of places too. To my surprise they got everything done in 1 day.

It was a lot of money but I think it was all worth it because I know it was done right. I’ll be recommending Maumee River Roofing to anyone. Thanks again!

We used Maumee River Roofing in the spring of 2025 and had a great experience. Chase H. Was very knowledgeable and took care of us as we started the process. Aaron the site supervisor was very friendly and communicative as the day progressed. All of the associates worked hard to ensure everything was completed between 7am-6pm. Had my new roof put on and it looks beautiful. The crew was fast and efficient. Cleanup was great. The final inspection was on a windy day and all shingles were intact. I would definitely recommend Maumee River Roofing. They install windows too! I will use them when the time comes to replace them.

We had a great experience with Maumee River Roofing. We were totally impressed from our first contact with Kelly to our inspection and quoting with Chase to scheduling with Sam and the installation with site supervisor Jorge and crew. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about their job and everything was handled promptly. We have a larger roof, but installation was completed in about 5 hours. We feel we got a great price and are very pleased with the workmanship. Thank you Maumee Team for a job well done!

Fist of all, I want to note that the work completed was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the job.

I do want to share our experience with the proposal process as we thought it to be very "shady". Our first proposal was provided based on the original project we were wanting to complete, we were happy with the proposal /price received & signed the contract to move forward. After signing we got a call indicating they were unable to complete the project due to the fixing being circular vs. square. We thought this was a little strange given this was something they were supposed to specialize in.

When we got the new proposal - we were happy with the price given and decided to go ahead and move forward even though it was a bigger job than what we originally wanted to do.

The crew came out a few days later and completed the job (again they crew did an excellent job). The very next day we rec'd a call that they underquoted the job, they would be loosing money if they moved forward and had sent me a new proposal. At this point we were very frustrated since the job had already been completed under the previous proposal.

However (here is the part we felt was pretty shady), when we reviewed the new proposal and compared it to the one we had already signed. They added work to it. We felt like the company was trying to increase the work to charge more and covering it up by stating they underquoted us.

At the end of the day, they did send us the correct invoice for the amount we had agreed upon. But I felt I should share our experience so that other customers are informed.

We will not be using this company again, we just felt there was a lack of honesty in the pricing process.

This was one of several local companies we called for an issue with our roof. They were about a week out for an estimate, but it was worth the wait - the gentleman who came out was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to get us a very competitive quote for a repair when several other companies had tried to convince us a full replacement or very expensive repair was our only option. Once scheduled, the work was done quickly and done very well. I highly recommend!

Getting a quote was easy and quick and accurate. The work was completed on the day that was agreed upon and the work looks great. They also have an excellent warranty. I am glad I called Bone Dry. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a roof. Great company!

If you want an excellent job done at a reasonable price, Bone Dry Roofing is the business for you. About 12 guys came at 1st light, took off 3 layers of shingles, plus wood shingles, then put down sheeting, and shingles all in one day. Mind you they didn't finish until the wee hours of the evening. But it was a three-story house, with about 25 square of shingles. They did finish though. And it looks great. What amazed me is after a long hard day, the crew was still singing, happy as a clam. Great job!!

Customer service is the reason we went with them and the reason we're happy we did. We had a minor issue after installation and they came out the next day to fix it. There was a change required for gutters and the team was willing to find the best solution possible for us and for them. They were also super cool with my son, letting him watch and ask questions the whole time the gutter guys were there.

The quality and value of Bone Dry's work is great! There is a large variety of shingles to choose from and I love the way they look. The crew was large and my roof was finished in about five hours. My only issue was with clean-up. There was a lot of debris all over my car inside the garage and a little bit around the perimeter of my house. I do still recommend Bone Dry to my friends and family though!

These folks are the best!!! Utmost respect and efficiency AND the consummate PROFESSIONALS! They are quick to respond to emergency situations!!! I needed major help after a tornado slammed a tree top into my roof this past spring (it was literally raining into my house). I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found Bone Dry Roofing during a Google search, and I will be forever grateful for them! They took my call and, before I even hung up the phone, they had dispatched someone to my home to rectify the problem. Within less than an hour of placing my call (and the storm is still raging, btw), there were guys on my roof carefully applying a tarp over the damaged area, and keeping my house from taking on any further rain. We made an appointment for the roof repair the next week, and they did not disappoint! Work was done quickly and was extremely affordable. Can’t say enough good things, guys! You’ve got the best working for you!!!

Very fast very clean. What they say they will do they get done. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve it. They definitely went above and beyond.

From even the very start, the sales rep who gave me an honest assessment of my roofs condition… all the way to the finished work… it was a smooth experience.

These guys showed up and did the job in a single day. Not a scrap of mess or old roofing material could be found anywhere. Very respectful and honest workers. I appreciated how streamlined they made the entire thing.

Our roof started leaking anytime it rained so I knew we had to get it fixed before a new baby came along. I had put in a few quote requests to places around town and Bone Dry was actually the only people to respond! Nicholas Steury is who I dealt with and he was great, did a thorough walk through and sent me the quote with options. Once we decided our plan, we got on the schedule and the guys came and got the roof replaced! There was a small incident that we didn’t notice until after they were gone but Bone Dry handled it very professionally and got everything taken care of! Would definitely recommend Bone Dry Roofing!!

Had Bone Dry replace my roof in 2020. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly and cleaned up. A couple of days later, they returned saying their own inspection found they had neglected to install flashing on a portion of the roof & they fixed it - fine. Fast forward 2 years, I have now sold the house and got a call from the buyer saying rain water is pouring into the garage. I gave him Bone Dry’s contact info, not sure how it turned out. I don’t think I would use them again.
