James was awesome to work with! Just 3 weeks after a huge hail storm we have fully been repaired to better than pre storm condition! The crew completed all of the repairs in a day! With roofing in the morning, siding repair on one elevation and gutters all in the same day! When they first knocked on my door we were hesitant at first but so glad we stuck with this group. Do yourself a favor and hire them! They are amazing

A hail storm damaged our roof and Biggs was there through the whole process with the adjuster and insurance company. Very tidy and great job on the roof and screens.

Where quality meets afordablility. This business has taken care of several of our properties and wouldn't use anyone else. Super service and very fast crews! All the employees on site were very friend and the owners were great to deal with. They also come highly recommended with many referrals. Better business accreditied and also an A+ raring with both BBB and Angieslist.

On Monday I contacted Angie in the office for a roof estimate, she told me her guy Dave would look at it Monday night and call me, NO SHOW! Called her Tuesday she assured me he would be out and would contact me NO SHOW
On Wednesday I called and sent me straight to voicemail, Thursday (today) I called straight to voicemail! Very unprofessional and unreliable company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

I called to get an estimate, and the guy came out, looked at the work, and said he would have an estimate in the next couple days. Never heard back so I called after a week. The woman said she get back with me later that day. Been over two weeks, Never got back with me. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend

Super people with which to work. They have repaired our roof three time in two months. On each repair they were where they said they would be when they said they would be there. They are courteous, prompt, efficient, knowledgable , and very reasonable in price. I highly recommend Bigs Roofing and Repair for your roofing needs.

I accidentally melted some siding using my grill to close to the house. Very timely and came to my house for estimate same day I called and came back for the repair when they said. I would definitely recommend them and if I need any roofing or siding work done I will definitely call them.

I called Bigs Roofing in the morning and they came that afternoon to fix my roof. I had holes from an old satellite dish and he replaced the shingles that were damaged. Did a great job at a fair and reasonable price. I will use Bigs Roofing again.

Bigs Roofing is the best! Called them one day and James came out the next. He was so helpful. He had an emergency or he would have fixed my problem that day - roof vents needed sealed. Came the next day and did the work. Wouldn't call anyone else.
