I am very happy and satisfied with the repair Bone Dry Roofing did on our roof. After months of trying to get someone to come out to our home, I heard a commercial about BDR, submitted a quote request, received a text message within minutes, had my estimate scheduled, then had the repair scheduled shortly thereafter. The team came out, fixed it within minutes, walked the entire roof looking for any issues, and let me know our roof is in good shape. BDR is our roofer going forward, thank you for the great and honest service

Did a very nice job installing new gutters. Installers brought extra value by showing us better ways to run the gutters and downspouts vs the original gutters on this 25 yr old home. The look and functionality is much better.

Bone Dry was a great company to work with. Greg Zehner is an awesome sales representative to work with because he promptly answers questions and makes sure you are 100% happy. The roofers worked very efficiently and did a great job on the roof. They cleaned up everything very well…. And we are very picky!! There was a manager on site all day and everyone was pleasant to talk to. Love how they communicated through text every step of the way. I also have a very nice warranty on my roof.

Had a great experience. The crew was very knowledgeable. Did not have to measure much. They just knew where to cut. The manager (jake) was very good to work with. Someone was constantly cleaning up the mess.I would highly recommend Bone Dry.

I have had 2 projects with them. 1, new gutter, soffit, fascia for $6,845 quoted on 7/26/2024. 2. Found other issue that I specifically wanted to avoid prior to them finishing the job. The water was leaking behind the new gutters. So another job for $950 to remove old drip edge, place a gutter apron, and replace 2 rows of singles, quoted 10/29/2024. I had a surprise issue show up a year later and a man came out and looked at my area of concern. I was upset over a full gutter of leaves! That was very thoughtful of him to check and let me know! I now have to keep my cute gutters clean!

Very responsive to my call and questions. Inspector, Xavier, responded quickly the next day and explain how the job would be done and the appropriate time to complete it. Work was done a few days later. Communication with Bone Dry was very good. All employees were professional, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

I just wanted to take a second to give a big shout out to Spencer and her team. We had our roof replaced by them years ago. Recently we have had issues with leaks in the same area. I was very frustrated as it kept happening and this last time it damaged our ceiling in the kitchen. Spencer went above and beyond to help us. They came out and addressed the leak but they also called someone to replace the drywall in our kitchen. I was definitely not an easy customer to deal with because of my frustration but she handled it all like an absolute professional and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Very impressed by the quality of customer service and how much they cared about making this right for us.

Spoke with Justin today at my home. Really nice guy, very friendly and respectful of our home and family. He gave us a lot of good information to work with and make our decision. He was NOT high-pressure sales, which is fantastic because as soon as someone tries that with me I shut them down and show them the door. These are big decisions and any company trying to rush me into a decision comes off as desperate and insensitive to their customers in my opinion. Justin was nothing like that and if we decide to go with Bone Dry for our Roofing it will be because I'm impressed by the quality that I saw, the warranty, and the polite and friendly communication I received. Justin, I wish more companies would learn from you and Bone Dry... seriously, I've straight up had to tell some people to leave lol Thanks for being a good guy.

The actual roof install was fantastic. However, we signed the contract and were told we would receive a call in the next 2 weeks to schedule the work to be completed. After over a month of us signing the contract, and us calling their office 3 separate times to try and schedule this work, we finally were able to get on their calendar. The install took only one day (as promised), and we paid for the work. The excess materials were left behind but we were told they would be back the following day to pick everything up and walk us through all the work that was completed. After almost a week, the items were still left in our yard and no one had talked to us about the project. I called and spoke to someone about picking up the items and they assured me it would all be picked up later that day. Someone did come out, but they left half the materials in our yard, and we ended up disposing of them. Still, no one has followed up with us on what work was completed.

We have a beautiful new roof, and the crew onsite did a fantastic job. The communication was terrible, the follow through was just as bad, and overall they over promised and under delivered.

This roofing experience was excellent. They were able to come check our roof out quickly. They were great to work with from choosing a color to picking out the new skylights. I was indecisive with choosing the roof color and they came out with large color choice on two separate occasions because I kept changing my mind! The turn around from signing the documents to people working on our roof was just a few weeks! The gm came out to ensure everything was going smoothly and then again at the end of the project for a final walk through! The new skylights are so nice! When it rains we don't have to close doors because of the loudness of the old inefficient ones. After listening to 3 other local companies, I am glad we went with them!

We love our roof. It was finished in one day and the crew did an excellent job taking down, installing and cleaning up. They even took extra care in protecting our duck eggs that were right by the house. We've already had many compliments on the roof. The supervisors took the time to explain the process and checked to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Bone Dry.

The crew was done in 1 day and did an excellent job. When there were a couple of repairs needed to be done inside the house and garage due to holes through the ceilings, Bone Dry had a crew out the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceiling in our living room.

I highly recommend Bone Dry to anyone who needs a new roof.

I haven't had my project completed yet, but so far, I'm so impressed! Justin is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. He was kind and thorough and came off honest and trustworthy. If the product quality is anything close to the caliber of the employees than I know it will be fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone in need of services.

Update! Still just blown away by the service of Bone Dry, they came to the house over the weekend to tarp my roof just in case it rained. Then had my project done in just a few hours yesterday. They cleaned up any debris created and were so nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs! Thank you Bone Dry!

They had prompt service and response to my inquiry. Once they quoted the job and we moved forward they were out within a week to get the job done. Thank you for your excellent communication and follow up on all of my questions. Will use them again for any guttering needs I may have.

The quality of workmanship on the roof was impeccable!! They so paid attention to detail. From start to finish the job was done in a day with roughly 20 guys working on the roof. They tarped all the landscaping and cleaned up so the yard looked like it did before they started. They come and inspect every five years to make sure all is good. HIGHLY recommend.

Pretty disappointed with this company. Didn't seal a portion of my roof properly. Water leaked in and ruined some of my drywall. Notified Bone Dry and Mitch promised everything would be fixed.

The roof issue was addressed, I do believe, as I haven't seen any water intrusion since. However, my interior drywall has never been addressed, nor has the storm door glass that was scratched by shingle removal process.

I've left several messages on Mitchs' cellphone with no response. The guy before Mitch was even worse. The receptionist Joyce is as helpful as she can be. As I've said, pretty disappointed this company doesn't stand behind their work and correct mistakes. I will not use nor recommend Bone Dry to anyone in the future.
