Bone Dry came to St. Joseph Missions Women's Shelter within 30 minutes of our phone call to replace a missing shingle! They came and repaired our roof at no charge for giving back to community. They were kind and fast!

Called on a Saturday to get scheduled for an estimate to cover a rubber roof. I was told company was based in Elkhart indiana. Then 2 days later I get a call that says they don't cover my area. The lady on the phone is absolutely useless with any information on where the company service areas are. Absolutely unacceptable. I've been waiting for 2 days about getting a roof repair done asap. Then this happens 0 stars

Bone Dry did a great job removing my old chimney and replacing it. My old one was leaking every time it rained into my utility closet. Justin was a great help in explaining everything to me about the process. Juan, the installer, worked very hard getting everything done in a timely fashion. Both gentlemen showed me before and after pictures and the office sent me those pictures.

I can't speak to this companies work, but I can definitely speak to their lack of courtesy to neighbors. I JUST came home from work, and THREE of their trucks are blocking up parking on my side of the street; the house theyre working on is on the other side of the street. It may seem minor to some, but when you live here parking is at a premium. When I have to park on front of my neighbor's house, I take a spot THEY need. It makes me wonder about the quality of their work if they can't spend a minute or two paying attention to where they park.

Bone Dry was great to work with from day one! Justin and Matt were great when they came out to give us a quote. They were personable and didn’t try to sell us something they knew we didn’t need. They were quick with install and provided pictures and videos of their work. Diego communicated every step and Spencer answered any questions we had during install. We had never worked with the company before but will definitely recommend them moving forward.

Highly recommend them for roofing in Fort Wayne. Very professional, great communication, and excellent workmanship. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. Would definitely use them again.

From quote to end of project bone dry was professional and very clear with what was needed and did not push on extra work only offered on things that could be improved or are getting to end of life. We got all new gutters with leaf guards and downspouts for a great price and the end result looks and functions great. Thank you bone dry for your quality work and professionalism

If you are looking for a roofing, gutter and insulation company, stop looking. I found them for you. I am not from the immediate area and received several "call this guy" recommendations. Of the 3 I got, only one called me back to say "Not interested" so I was limited to a Google search. I got 5 roofing contractors to come out and give me a bid, Bone Dry being one of them. Xavier (sales) was one of 3 companies that actually climbed onto the roof and did a proper inspection, then went into the attic to look at "the other side." He was the only one to actually put in some "dirty work" for the bid. He suggested that some insulation be added to the attic as there was only 7" of insulation and Indiana Code requires at least 17" (no wonder the HVAC worked overtime) and provided a quote for this as well. After reviewing all 5 quotes, Bone Dry was the most thorough to include providing a copy of their insurance binders in my quote and a "what to expect." Fantastic as that is. it's highly important to me! A couple of emails and text messages, they set a date/time for the beginning of the job. I was reluctant to believe they would be on site as quoted and was completely caught off guard when they were starting work at 7:31 AM and finished by 2 PM. The crew was beyond professional while on site and I'd like to name them specifically. First, while on a quick break, one of the workers took his break-time to smoke/vape on site. The gentleman went to the furthest point on the property and ensured his smoke/vape did not impact the house. This caught the attention of my wife that he was "respectful and professional." 2. Juan who was the insulation guy opted to remove a sheet of OSB so that he could insulate the attic more efficiently promptly notified me of the change and did not need any access to the interior of the house. AWESOME. and #3 which was the most impressive. Spencer who was the project supervisor, was way beyond expectations. She introduced herself, gave a list of expectations for the day, and was always available for my questions or concerns. It was clear she was "in charge" and everyone of the crew respected her and had no problem noting "she's the boss." In honesty, I was highly impressed that she did not hesitate to move heavy materials, run equipment, provide direction, climb on the roof, into the attic and drove the debris material truck and trailer. She ran circles around those who worked for her. In a male dominated career field, she dominated. To round it off, Tierney who is the "office boss" is completely in command of the office operations and business side. She's firm, but polite, professional yet a pleasure to work with.

Roger (GM), you have a solid crew working for you. If I had a position for Spencer, Tierney or Juan, I'd recruit them out from under you. This is the talent that I recruit and compensate well because they are the face of my company. If I had to find at least one item "for improvement," it would be that all employees wear a company shirt identifying them as to who they work for. It takes your company's professionalism to the next level.

Two last comments, I was highly impressed that all the workers had their shirt tucked in and were clean. This is not common in the construction trades. Second, several of the crew went above and beyond in using the magnets to sweep the grounds around the house for nails, and other debris. This was not done just once as one might expect, but it was done several times by different people so that it increased the chances of finding a "one off piece of debris." This is a professional organization and it's run that way from top to bottom from doing what they say they will do, when they will do it and clearly enjoy what they do for whom they do it for. Most trades show up when they "show up", not Bone Dry. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Preliminary experience review: we had Xavier out twice to review our roof that was done 5 years ago and the issues we were having. We had several other companies out and they were so pushy! He was so helpful, informative and not pushy at all. We are contacting with them for our roof. More to come after the work. But totally recommend for an honest appraisal and no pressure visit.

From the first phone call to the repairs everything was done beyond what we expected. Everyone was professional and helpful. The office staff that I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable. When Jake and Juan came out to do the repairs they explained everything to us before, during and after. Everything was great. I would refer them to anyone. Thanks for the great work!!

When we receive the notification of winning the award of a FREE ROOF, it was an emotional joy. The crew arrived early & completed installation same day. They cleaned & removed all the debris. If you need a new roof, call Bone Dry Roofing. Their quotes are reasonable. Same products as other roofing companies but lower in price. No pressure. I've gone to their place of business to check out the shingles, vents, and insulation for my attic. My questions were always answered in a timely matter. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Very pleased with my new roof and insulation.

I love the quality and the look of my new Bone Dry roof! Greg Zehner and his team here in Fort Wayne IN, helped me get the best product for my money. Love that the shingle colors work with the colors of the bricks on my home!! The warranty alone is worth every penny as it gives me piece of mind and not all the worries. This company is absolutely the best in the business! We had recently been hit with large hail and were searching for a contractor our neighbor had worked with Bigs Roofing on another project and had nothing but positive things to say about quality of the job. Bigs came out a week after the storm and initiated an inspection after finding several things that another contractor missed we had realized we were dealing with the right company. Their team met with our adjuster 2 weeks ago and we're able to negotiate to get damaged items covered fully. They were out last week and completed or roof in one day and our siding and gutters the next day. Very efficient and fast for all of the work they had to do. We recently received 70+ mph winds and not a single issue with any of the work they preformed, where some of our neighbors a couple roads over that recently had their roof done by other companies had missing shingles. This company is top notch and would highly recommend to anyone especially someone whose dealing with an insurance claim

Due to the high winds, some of my fascia fell off the roof and I was about to lose the soffit. My neighbor called about her roof shingles and told them about my roof issue too. They called back within the hour on a Sunday! They arrived a few hours later and fixed the issues on the spot! Thank you so much!

Our roof took on some damage from the recent wind storm. Bigs/James was very responsive and got our roof repaired quickly. He had someone out the same day to do an assessment and repair was complete the next day. I’m very thankful for the quick turnaround as the missing shingles were causing me to panic on any unforeseen issues if left unresolved. Before and after pictures attached.
