Have a leak in my roof that was installed by platinum remodeling been trying to call for the past 2 days. No reply, no answers. They're dodging the phone. Do not want to honor their warranty

Do not contract Ms.Moore for any of the services she gives. Unless if you want the workers she has to put a lien on your house, a lien freezes your bank account until the workers are paid. She has not payed her workers that she said she was going to pay at the end of their finished job. This is unethical since her workers have worked in these extreme weather conditions not to get paid. This does require legal action which the home owners have no business to face, because a company couldn’t pay their workers. Has not responded to calls and has put a address that she does not live in. Do not trust her to complete your job while she does unethical things to her workers. Specially saying mean things to her workers. Do not contract this company!

Platinum Remodeling LLC has done a great job. Our initial call was returned promptly and a time for an estimate scheduled. A thorough inspection of the roof was done and different options were offered and discussed. When the crew came out to do the work they were quick and efficient. No mess was left.

Platinum remodeling did an excellent job with r complete tear off and siding replacement and replaced 2 Doors for the garage and some gutters and soffit. I was very impressed with the team that came out to do the work above and beyond expectations great job. I also left you a Better Business review as well. I will always call Platinum for any type of remodeling or repairs for my home for life the owner Jason's attention to detail is what impressed me the most. He came out during the whole process to check on his guys and their work to inspect what he expects that's what good leaders do. Yet another great local business in Grabill.

Kustom Kolor gave me the best value for my money. Not only was their quote one of the most competitive but there was close attention to detail taken throughout the entire project. They did an excellent job of protecting my landscaping while moving equipment around to paint outside. I would use them again.

If you need a competent painter, Matt Kline and his crew from Kustom Kolor does a fantastic job! They painted our backyard fence and it looks like a new fence! I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed with his attention to detail and his expertise in the painting business.

He also did miscellaneous jobs we needed painted, including our front door. I love it! I would not hesitate to use him again and I continue to recommend him to our friends and neighbors! Well done, Matt, and Kustom Kolor!

Dennis and his son Isiah, a true family ran, hard working, amazing quality of work AND PRICE! this company deserves more recognition because they started and finished the job in just 2 DAYS! They beat every quote, the quality impeccable, they were so friendly, they were so understanding, and made the process as easy as it could be.

They did such a great job on my drive way! Very fast, didn’t waste anytime! Both of my neighbors got their driveways done by other companies and mine looks way better. They even added a little touch of outlines on the side which looks very nice. Such a great additional touch! You use this company you will be nothing but happy!👷‍♂️❤️
