Constraction reviews in Grabill, Indiana

These guys did a beautiful job on our new shed/garage following a fire. Quick to get started and finish! They kept the construction site neat and clean. The finished product exceeded expectation!

Creative Design & Construction LLC has been doing an outstanding job handling all of our excavation work and sewer and water taps. Their crew is professional, reliable, and always gets the job done right. Communication is great, and they take pride in their work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing quality excavation and utility services!

We would definitely have them build anything we might need in the future! Their team kept us in the know of what and when things were getting done! They answered the phone every time we made a call and gave answers when asked questions! Great quality work and in a timely manner from start to finish! Thank you Creative Design & construction for a great barn !

CDC is a wonderful bunch of hard working young men. I am particularly impressed with the work ethic and the personality of the operator Isaiah. He made a great effort and swept down the flooring before he went away. His attention to detail and ability to please a customer is a gift. Trust me I am a person who likes it done "OLD SCHOOL"

We had a garage built by Creative Design and Construction they had it done in about 3 weeks, their workers were polite and skilled in what they were doing. We are extremely happy with the end result.

We had septic installation, grading, and building pad prep completed and they did a great job. Everything was done professionally, on time, and exactly as discussed. The site was left clean and ready for the next phase. Highly recommend.

Creative Design did a wonderful job managing our project and installing a pole barn on our property, they were easy to work with and well priced!

We contracted their team to build a 26x48 garage attached to our house, bump out our living room 8 foot, add a covered porch, new roof and concrete driveway. The process working with them was smooth. The family was extremely friendly and courteous. We're very happy with the end product and would use them again and recommend them.

We had a great experience with Creative Design! We added a third car garage. Dennis and his team were very easy to work with. The quality they provided is second to none. The cost was definitely in line with the quality and finished garage. We would recommend them for any project, large or small.
