Constraction reviews in Grabill, Indiana

Dennis and his team have done several projects for us. Very professional, honest, and reliable. Highly recommend.

My project was a pretty complicated one and they took some time to plan it out and do it as carefully as possible. Their estimates are pretty accurate. They handle any complications to make sure the job is finished.

They were professional, courteous, and provided quality workmanship. We could not be more pleased with the result of their services. We highly recommend this company.

Very good workers. They’re good people & efficient with what they do. Highly recommend!

This company is the best bang for your money if you want it done with care and craftsmanship. I'm very pleased with the barn project that they completed for me. I will be having them in involved with all of the future projects I need help with. Thanks Dennis, Mart, and crew!!!

Pour concrete for this company good guys who do quality work

They always give great work in an efficient timeline. I definitely recommend them for your construction needs.

I reached out to Dennis for help in securing a Foundation wall. It was a big project but they had the expertise and crew to do it. They were very responsive and helpful. I absolutely love the finished product of my new patio and secure basement wall!

Creative Design and Construction, LLC just completed a patio project at my home. Absolutely outstanding. 5 stars.

The project was expertly completed in timely manner. Denny and Matt gave me good advice on what I needed to meet my needs. The crew members were kind and respectful of my home. Owners check frequently on progress and level of customer satisfaction. The finished project looks great.

Waiting for spring to do landscaping. I would have this company do other project in the future.

Always do quality work, very friendly, and easy to work with. I’ve used them for many projects. Highly recommend this company!

30 x 40 pole barn. Well built, excess materials cleared up.

My husband loves his new pole barn. I guess it's 2 years old now. They did exactly what he wanted. It is a beautiful building, I see it a lot in their ads. Would highly recommend them.

Dennis with Creative Design was easy to work with and completed the project in a timely fashion. The project was late in the season. Dennis was able to put things together and complete in the middle of winter. Much appreciated. Would recommend.

Highly recommend! From start to finish, communicated very well, stayed on schedule and did as they said they would. The crews worked hard and were very respectful. We have no complaints and really appreciate all Dennis and his team completed to improve our property value.

We had a great experience, with a job well done!

I shouldn't even give it 1 star, because they dont even deserve that much!! Very, very rude and unprofessional! I called them up for a estimate for a front deck, a job that I know for a fact should have not been over $5,000, he gave me a estimate of $9,000! I kindly told him no and explained why I said no, that is when he started to get very rude with harassing text messages to the point that I had to tell him to STOP AND THAT HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Totally disgusting behavior, I will warn everyone i know!

This company does a very good job at building pole barns, they make sure the customer is satisfied when there done with the pole barn

Professional, outstanding work to build a beautiful deck. I've got 3 nice comments to praise this new deck from my neighbors and we enjoyed it so much! Building a deck is a big job. My neighbor was surprised that they could take off the huge old deck and put in this beautiful deck in 3 days. They makes it look easy because they are professional and reliable.

The crew was polite, quite, patient, and respectful with solid skills, which make me trust them and plan to do more projects with them. They also did small extra tasks for us such as touch paint the siding to cover old paint. They cleaned up and picked up leftover nails from my backyard. I just looked at my deck and think they did a perfect job.

The owner who was also driving a company truck recently lost a large rock off the trailer he was hauling. Said rock proceeded to shatter my windshield going down 469. When calling the company, the other "owner" who answered hung up on me and then called me back after speaking to the driver. Incredibly rude and denied the incident calling me a liar. Failed to return any calls in an attempt to get the replacement reimbursed. Real great business practices from a "godly" company.

We chose Creative Design and Construction to replace our aging driveway. They removed the old concrete, poured the new driveway, and completed the job in 2 days. It looks great and we are very pleased with their work. Dennis and his team were very professional, easy to work with, and communicated updates frequently. I highly recommend Creative Design and Construction!
