We are very happy with our service from Crossroads. The technicians were professional, on time, and were able to get our furnace replaced the next day! We would highly recommend!

10/10 experience. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed our issue, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Other competitors tried to pull one over on us and charge us for services we didn't need, but they got right to the point and had us on our way. We don't know anything about hvac systems, so we were terrified it would be thousands and thousands of dollars. Luckily they were able to get us taken care of all for the service fee! Excellent company! They will have our business from now on.

I had an electric water heater fail under warranty. Crossroads came out to replace. They were very professional and very careful to protect my property in removal & installation of new one. They always communicated clearly to me what they would do and within the time frame. Josh was awesome.

My technician Josh was awesome. He made me feel real comfortable in my own home inspecting my AC unit. He also was super friendly with my dogs which created less of a hassle for me. He also gave me some tips and tricks and help me solve my AC issue I felt like he was a family friend and not just a professional technician that I just met. Very highly recommended.

I was referred to this contractor thru a home warranty and while the warranty service didn't cover this company was excellent. They were timely in setting up and coming out and gave me a very reasonable price for my HVAC furnace needs. The owner, office staff and technicians were all prompt and courteous and got me on their schedule very quickly.

Love this company! Every single person I’ve met or talked to has demonstrated excellent customer service. We had a PM appointment yesterday afternoon. I was held up at an earlier appointment and was running late. Josh changed his lunch time to accommodate me and patiently communicated. He made it work. He was friendly and thorough.
