Excellent service and a quick response! I called at 10AM on a cold, snowy day about an intermittent problem with my furnace that was not urgent. The technician was at my house by 1PM, identified and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Could not ask for better service!

Tech was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He explained the issue, and I signed up for the annual HVAC service and it saved me quite a bit in the repair.

I've used this company for years and even purchased new equipment from them but after the pandemic they can't seem to keep up with the work load in this area or something. For two years in a row I've scheduled a routine yearly maintenance appointment for my heating and air unit to be serviced and both years they've called on the day of service to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I made these appointments over a month prior and had to take off work to be available for them. So I suppose I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't have much of a choice apparently if I can't ever get them out. I don't appreciate that they did not respect my time and that it could cost me more money in the long run by missing routine maintenance. The warranty conditions require yearly maintenance. I'm actively trying to uphold my end and care for my equipment but they cannot perform the work. They definitely do not operate the way they used to. It's very disappointing.

Roy quickly diagnosed what the problem was with the outside AC unit and took care of it. He explained things very well and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He cleaned the unit inside and out while stressing the importance of keeping it maintained. I appreciated his work and his knowledge. Thank you.

Jesse and Nick are a pleasure to work with and are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly every time they are here. They are both hard workers, and have gone above and beyond for me. Very pleased with their service. I also want to add that they seem to enjoy working together, which is a pleasure to see!

Jessie and Nick came to install a new water heater. They were so kind and professional did amazing work and was in out quickly. Also the person who I spoke with on the phone was kind as well. have a busy schedule and they made it a priority to get me in fast. Excellent service all the way around high recommend!

Eric was amazing.(I think was his name, im bad with names) He diagnosed the problem and explained everything perfectly. He fixed the problem even quicker. Highly recommend Johnson Comfort. 10/10.

My main septic pipe was clogged. They were able to come out the same day and get me unclogged for a good price. The person answering the phone was knowledgeable and kind and had me check out other things it could be before dispatch.

We've loved every experience we've had with Johnson, especially our most recent experience with Jesse and the plumbing team! We had several big repairs we needed done and were feeling overwhelmed (first time home owners!), and they gave us a discount for bundling services that helped so much. Jesse took time to explain every detail of the work they did and answered all the questions I had. They were able to schedule all of the work very quickly and the whole team was incredibly friendly. They left our house very clean and all the plumbing is good to go! We wholeheartedly trust Johnson with our home and are grateful for the amazing work that they do!

Shawn was the gentleman that came and walked me through what my home would need and he was not pushy at all. He seems to love the company he works for and that came through. Explained to me in very real terms what my home would require as far as my space.
Nick also came out and was super professional and easy to talk with.

We had an emergency with a leaking hot water heater. Jacob at Johnson got to us just past noon, drained the remaining water in the old tank and installed a new one, all within 2 hours. They are awesome!

We had plumbing service on 4/29/25 with technician, Jacob. We had a great experience with him, he was very helpful and took the time to repair a sink that had developed a leak (not the original issue). Will use them again in the future.
