We used Williams Comfort Air Plumbing May 24, 2024 to replace the trim cover on the tub, waste and overflow – they charged us $662 for the work. Around July of this year (2025), I observed a large leak under the tub in the crawlspace due to insufficient connections between the overflow and drain. Luckily it was caught before there was significant water damage - the leak was cleaned up and Williams was called to fix the connections. The plumber that came attempted to fix the connection but overall determined that the craftsmanship of the entire tub drain was insufficient, leaking, and therefore had to be replaced. He questioned what work Williams had performed previously and was only able to offer a $275 discount for previous work bringing his $830 quote down to $555 for replacement of the drain. My expectation was at a minimum a credit for all previous work ($662) but realistically a completely free-of-charge warranty claim (they claim to have a 2-year warranty on parts/labor) to correct the poor craftsmanship of their previous plumber who came in 2024. Our phone calls to the Williams client care department were not helpful in getting this issue resolved and having them take responsibility for their work. Having reviewed the drain in the crawlspace it is evident that all leaking PVC was performed by Williams (anything past the PVC coupling in the picture) and I would assume a professional plumber should have been able to surmise this as well. Our crawlspace was painted white 2 years ago so its even more obvious that this was their work as they were the only plumber in the crawlspace since then and all the leaking PVC is not-painted.

I’m disappointed in the craftsmanship of Williams plumbing as well as their dishonest response in correcting the craftsmanship. I would not suggest Williams to others nor will be using them in the future.

I needed to replace my old AC and furnace units. Daniel showed up and reviewed my options, he advised which system to get and had a competitive proposal. Installation was smooth and as expected. Installers were on time and cleaned up well. System seems to be working as expected. Prompt service, competitive bid and transparent pricing. I will use them again in the future if needed.

Austin was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the decision making process. Install team was on time and efficient, a very clean job. They were respectful in our house and with our dogs. I would highly recommend them.

Service was SO fast. Diagnosis was quick. Replacement options were many, covering a whole range of prices. We are grateful for their help and speedy response replacing our furnace!

I’ve been using Williams Comfort Air since I purchased my home 5 years ago and will continue to use them as long as I live within their service area. The service technicians are either timely or early and always give me plenty of notice before arrival. They usually have great availability for times when I may need help last minute, but above all the people there are always wonderful to work with. Today, I was helped by Santiago. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned my heating/cooling system, provided me an in-depth explanation of their current status and answered all my questions. Very professional and kind.

Our thermostat was wired incorrectly and not allowing our furnace to heat the house. The technician was nice and fixed the problem. My complaint is how expensive the service was for a wiring issue that took less than 30 minutes to correct. I found a coupon on their website but he would not honor it because we did not it have it printed out. We just moved into our new home, don’t own a printer and was not expecting our heat to not work. Would have given a higher rating had they been able to honor their own coupon on their website- very disappointed by that. As the technician stated, ‘have it printed out for next time.’ Not very pleased with that response.

Our twice-a-year HVAC maintenance visits have been smooth and easy for 10+ years now. Minor repairs and tweaks here and there, only once over 10 years of service did a visit/repair go longer than anticipated (because of having to take two trips to get the right replacement parts), everything always explained clearly, and our techs have always been friendly.

Technician was here within 40 minutes of calling. He was informative and friendly, taking time to explain what was wrong. Any time we have an issue they respond quickly.

I needed service on a Sunday for my malfunctioning furnace, and a technician arrived within an hour and fixed the issue quickly. Richard (the technician) is fantastic! He always does his best to do the job right. I really appreciate his professionalism and reliable service.

Jordan was very timely in connection to previous notifications of his arrival. He was very thorough in performing the pm work, and was very informative in explaining the details, which made things very easy for us to understand. Also made operation suggestions as they relate to our T-stat settings. WCA is fortunate to have staff like Jordan who can deliver very satisfying customer service! Keep up the great work, Jordan!

Technician Matt Hasty was on time and very courteous. Did a thorough job explaining his inspection process and all results. Also tested air quality and inspected and recommended a new air filter. Overall, very satisfied with our annual HVAC inspection.

Lydia came in and preformed the Heating system review and maintenance. She was very professional, and thorough. She replaced the air filter at our request. She tested both zones after doing the routine maintenance to insure everything was working as recommended. We discussed possible future system changes we could make in the future.

Called in for service because our furnace had stopped working and within 3 hours a technician was here. Our technician was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He kept us informed throughout the process. He offered us options to make the repair as inexpensive as possible, saving us $1700 while getting everything done that was needed to be! Highly recommend these guys!!!

I have used William comfort air for all my heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs. Each time I get professional service and fair pricing. These guys are at the top of their profession. Drew got my furnace back to functioning on the coldest night we have had so far. He was great to work with.

My blower motor went out on a Friday with temperatures near another zero. Additionally it was found that my heat exchanger was cracked (another company found this). That company couldn’t do the install for 6 days. William heating and air came out looked over everything designed a system to meet my budget and installed it the next day (Saturday). The guys were were friendly polite and seemed to treat my house as their own. Great work. Furnace and AC installed in near zero temperatures.

Technician named Isaiah was prompt, professional, and personable. He efficiently went through the furnace maintenance check. He pointed out some concerns and offered additional work/products that would address the concerns, but did not oversell the added work. Overall, I am very satisfied with the visit.

We recently had an HVAC emergency and Williams Comfort Air was able to get a technician out quickly, especially impressive for late on a Friday afternoon. Our tech, Chance Atkins, was outstanding. The issue was not easy to diagnose, but Chance took his time, walked me through what he was seeing, and stayed until the problem was resolved.

What really set him apart was that he went the extra mile and stopped by again first thing Monday morning just to make sure everything was still running correctly. That level of commitment and customer care is hard to find.
