Jessie is the the model of professionalism. He came into our home with nothing but respect and dignity in assessing our problem. He knew his solution was to the problem and took his time explaining what needed to be done without being pushy or condescending. Was at a loss what to do when came home and pump in crawlspace was running nonstop. I shut off breaker & looked for plumber for Columbus,IN. Fortunate to choose Johnson out of Franklin. Sent Jacob, who was very familiar with Columbus. I was so grateful & impresses.He told me to take a deep breath and he would fihure it out. All said & done, the pipe from kitchen cold water came loose & gushing H2O for who knows how long. Jacob was amazing . Told me price upfront. Was amazed how knowledgeable & efficient he was. Could go on & on….

Johnson Confort replaced my water softener, the work was completed by Jacob, and he did an outstanding job. He evaluated the problem, explained to me the root cause, what was needed to correct the problem, insured all work was complete to code, and didn't try to up sell me. He resolved the problem and had my water running within 4 hours. Jacob was informative, polite, knowledgeable, and in general a great representative for Johnson Comfort. When I am in need again of a plumber, I will call Johnson Comfort and ask specifically for Jacob.

Gas company detected a leak in the the gas line inside my house, Johnson Heating and Cooling was at my house within a couple of hours of calling and tech Brand R was able to find the leak and promptly get the leak repaired.

Jesse is amazing!!!! He always gets my house back working!! I’m on a well and have very little space to work with where all the water equipment is. His attitude is ALWAYS positive even though I know it’s a pain in the rear! THANK YOU JESSE

I trust Johnson Comfort Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Jesse, my plumber, is great. He gave me advice a couple of years ago that I did not act on to save a few bucks at the time. Now, they have come back to fix what became a bigger problem. I wish I had listened to him then and it would have saved me about $3,000. The team at Johnson are experts and are my go-to for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are good people!

Jesse has done a phenomenal job taking care of my family and I. Jesse came out today and fixed what we needed quickly and efficiently and we never had to worry about his work. He is the reason why we had so many upgrades done a year ago. We knew he would do a great job and we wouldn't have to worry about anything. Jesse makes you feel like you are part of the family which is what you want in a company so I hope Johnson knows what an asset they have with him.

Roy was friendly and informative and efficient. He cleaned our a/c unit and showed me a cracked part that we replaced at my discretion. I recommend him. He noticed a water heater leak, too. So Jesse came out and promptly fixed that- and noticed the meter still running. He found an open valve in the crawl space and closed that. Two leaks we had not even been aware of! These guys are awesome. Highly recommended.

Jesse is great! He’s very thorough, kind and considerate. He’s been at our house twice (once for a quote and another to do the work) and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone we’ve worked with at Johnson has been amazing. We don’t recommend anyone else!

I had an emergency and I called looking for help. Kathleen was very kind and put me in touch with Jesse who came and rescued my shower handle. He was extremely patient, kind, helpful, and efficient. I can't begin to thank you enough and highly recommend!!!

I scheduled estimate to replace my Trane heat pump. The comfort advisor came quickly and told me that he was a commissioned salesperson. He was very professional. However, his price was over $4,000 more than other estimates from competitors for the same units. Other companies also said that Trane was offering instant rebates, but he did not offer them. Obviously, I will not be using them to replace my heat pump.

We had Johnson out to provide a second opinion on a pricey repair to our existing Carrier heat pump system that at the end of the day, may or may not have fixed our issue. While they were slightly cheaper, we had experienced multiple issues with it since its installation so we decided to replace it instead. They had a lot of good things to say about Trane and we were ready for a change so we made the switch.

Not only has the new system impressed us with its better performance and how quiet it runs, we were also very impressed by the consistent professionalism of the entire staff at Johnson. Allen was upfront about what the issue could be and was willing to go whichever route we preferred. Shawn did a top notch job meeting with us, understanding our goals and actually measuring what our house needed. Clayton, Trent and Gavin did an amazing job with the installation. The attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for in an installation team. Hopefully the same will be true of those who do maintenance. We plan on continuing to go with Johnson in the future. Thanks team!

Alex was amazing. Hopped out of his truck while we were working on it and help fix our air line fitting at the shop. Handled his work and very professionally. Deserves a raise for sure

Charged me about 300.00 dollars to restart my pilot light on my gas water heater, just took a few seconds. Tried telling me I need a new water heater. I knew better because it past a home inspection. I feel like he took advantage of me because I'm female. He wasn't friendly at all. Too expensive, don't recommend.
