During a storm late last year, my husband and I experienced multiple leaks in our ceiling. After extensive research into exterior contractors, we chose TAG Exteriors. After contacting TAG, we were made aware that our area had gone through 16 hail storms within the year. The entire roof as well as all of the siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters needed to be replaced. Needless to say, we were intimidated by the enormity of the project, but TAG handled the entire process, including all of the dealings with our insurance company. We were informed every step of the way regarding the information obtained from the insurance company as well as everything and everyone involved with replacing and updating the outside of our house. At the beginning of all of this, we found that our insurance coverage had dwindled in the years due to it being sold and resold to parent agencies. We were dismayed to learn that we were not as covered as we thought we were when we first bought the policy 15 years ago. The coverage was inadequate and would not pay for everything that we needed completed, at least that’s how it appeared, until Jason used his knowledge and negotiating skills to get us where we needed to be to get the job done. TAG handled EVERYTHING! We did not have to deal with price negotiations, contractors, building supply stores… nothing. It was so easy and hassle-free and we got the repairs we needed as well as a total upgrade of our outdated siding. Basically, it looks like we got a brand new house thanks to TAG. The contractors that came to our house were courteous and professional and the entire house, literally from top to bottom, was completed to EXCEED our satisfaction and was done faster than we thought possible. If ever we need them, we WILL contact TAG Exteriors for all of our housing repair needs.

My neighbors and I all had hail damage last year. Jason worked with our insurance companies to get roofs completely replaced. My insurance company, however, denied my claim saying it wasn't hail, but someone had been walking on the roof. Just FYI, my roof is three stories up and 12/12 pitch (45 degree slope), nobody is walking on that roof without a rope. My wife and I were extremely disappointed, but Jason reassured us that we had a legitimate claim. He didn't give up. A year later, we have a brand new roof, only because Jason continued to fight my insurance company corporate staff.

And it's not just some cheap no name roof. Jason uses the best underlayment, quality installed flashing, ice & water shield, and shingles. Also did painting and new trim (for new flashing).

Jason did exactly what he promised. I am no longer skeptical. I would definitely recommend this company.

TAG Exteriors replaced a hail damaged roof for me in know time. From the moment I contacted them they were all very friendly and courteous. Jason Arthur had my roof inspected and quoted on the same day I talked with him. Then he had a new roof installed 1 day after he received all the necessary forms and payment from the insurance company. The quality of the installation and product used are excellent and pair that with the timely manner in which it was completed are steps above any other company. Most importantly the out of pocket cost to me was very minimal. TAG Exteriors delivers in a big way on their projects which quality craftsmenship, exceptional products from Owens Corning and completing their work in a timely manner on or before stated time frames. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from them and highly recommend them for future projects.

As a pastor when someone delivers on their word, it matters to me. From the beginning of the claim, Jason Arthur came through on everything he said. At first I was doubtful that he could keep his promises, but one by one he did just that. My insurance company was more than hesitant to respond to the claim, taking over 3 months to do so. Jason told me it would be that way and frankly called the whole process play by play. He and the crew of TAG Exteriors did excellent work. One other fact worth mentioning is the quality of the product installed on my home. The siding is of very high quality as are the trim products used. Without hesitation I would have them do work on my home again.

Shutters have been installed and they look great. I got a good price and am satisfied with the job. I appreciate the owner working with me after the initial problem. Shows the company has integrity, which is somewhat rare these days. I would use them again.

Jason, Dwayne, and the roofing crew did an AMAZING job for me! I love my new roof! They took the time to do things the RIGHT way, even if it wasn't always the easiest or most convenient. The roof looks great and they even cleaned up the yard and driveway so nicely for me. I know that I have a good, quality product and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof! You won't be sorry you hired them!

The team at TAG was able to diagnose my roof leak and make the repairs within a couple of weeks of receiving my estimate. Jason was responsive to my questions and kept me updated on scheduling. Santiago is a pro and it's obvious to me that he takes pride in his work. I appreciated the photos he took as he progressed on the project so I could stay informed. I would use the TAG team again for roof issues.

Our home is on a wooded lot and we had a number of Ash trees that were close to the house that were diseased. We had a horrific storm that came through our area that ripped part of the roof off the barn and caused a tree to fall on the house. and leave a hole in the roof.
After going round and round with insurance they were trying to replace only one side of the roof on the house and patch the barn. I was beyond frustrated and a friend of mine recommended I call Tag Exteriors. He said they would not only do the roof replacement but would represent us with our insurance claim.
It was truly a process but Jason hung in there and not only got the roofs replaced but all the sheeting which was damaged as well on both the house and barn.
The crew was hardworking and professional and completed the job in less than 3 weeks. It looks fantastic!

TAG Exteriors was quick to have someone out to look at my roof leak and I received a free quote the same day. Santiago was awesome. He showed me pictures and walked me through what would need done and Jenna got us set up to have it resolved the next day. TAG is my new contact for my homes needs.

Let me first say, this was a daunting project both emotionally and financially. I received 4 to 5 quotes, all basically comparatively close - almost. I did exhaustive research on each company and still was unsure. You are entrusting people you don't really know with something that is central to your life. Your home. I believe you could describe it as a leap of faith. After meeting with Dwayne and going over my plans and adjusting my thoughts on my home exterior remodel, I can say without a doubt, I chose the best company for the job. The price was more than fair, the time it took from signing my contract and getting the job done was very reasonable considering I had my siding, soffit, gutters and garage door replaced. This is a great company. The siding crew, excellent, just excellent!!! The gutters - perfect. I know it seems silly to gush over a garage door but mine is beautiful and they threw in gutter guards at no extra cost. I feel very confident if I were to ever have any issues with anything, Dwayne is just a phone call away. I know trusting reviews can be difficult but when I say this is without a doubt the company you'd want to entrust your home to, it's not an understatement. Thank you everyone for all the hard work and beautiful job!!! I couldn't be happier!!

This Contractor is solely interested in making money off of you and once they have a prepayment from you - they will drag their feet and try to keep from doing the actual work for as long as possible. They put alot of effort into trying to increase the claim with your insurance company above what is actually necessary so they pocket more profit but when it comes time to do the actual work that you hired them to do - they will come at you repeatedly with one excuse after another and ultimately will find a way to keep from doing the majority of the tasks. I was very unhappy with the experience dealing with them and feel that they need to learn what customer service actually is. I am sure that you have previously heard war stories about Contractors today and I promise you that Tyler and Jason at TAG exteriors will exemplify what makes people hate dealing with Contractors. I am very sorry that I ever called them and they completed about 1/5 of the projects that I paid them to complete.
I warn you to avoid dealing with TAG exteriors.
You will be sorry and you will end up having to hire some other Contractor to finish work that you paid TAG Exteriors to finish.

They replied to this review stating that it is completely false yet it is completely true therefore I will explain in further detail what transpired;
They cashed the check and then did only the roof repair project. I was left having to repeatedly call and text them trying to get them to finish the other projects. At one point -Jason became very aggressive and demanding on the phone trying to talk to me like he owned me because I did not agree with his plan in relation to a window. That's no way to talk to people.
After the hole in the roof was repaired - their focus was trying to convince State Farm to pay more and not on fixing the other projects.
This company accepted payment in advance of all the proceeds of the tree damage insurance claim to repair a section of roof, piece of gutter, one window, dented a/c shroud, and a very small piece of siding. They wanted to get State Farm to increase the claim to replace the entire roof but they never accomplished that so they repaired the section of the roof that was actually damaged and then after many months failed to repair anything else. There was one pane of glass broken and they wanted to replace the entire window (frame and all.) I didn't see that as necessary. It was overkill. I didn't want mismatched windows or potential leaking going forward.
There was about a 4 inch portion of siding damaged and Tyler removed a section of siding to send off to be tested to determine whether it was available or no longer manufactured? He sent it to a company that State Farm does not use therefore another larger piece had to be removed and sent away to another company. This left me with a large portion of siding missing.
State Farm ultimately raised the claim because the siding was no longer available and determined the whole house had to be re-sided. By that time I had lost confidence that TAG Exteriors would finish the job and I wasn't about to send them more money. I notified Tyler that I would find another Contractor.
The end result is that they were paid from the insurance claim to do 4 projects and they completed 1.
Initially, there were 5 projects but the siding project was ultimately cancelled.
I gave a 1 star review based on fact and actual experience dealing with them. I can back up everything I have stated.
A storm made a tree damage my home.
I gave the insurance claim proceeds to TAG.
They only fixed the hole in the roof.
They put me through many months of stress and frustration instead of just fixing the damage.
I'm not happy at all and I have a right to provide my review.
If the experience turned out positive - the review would've reflected that.
I have no reason to lie.
I have since sold the home but I'm confident that the projects that TAG was paid to repair can be viewed in person today as still not repaired unless the new homeowner has had them repaired.

I needed my entire house resided and spoke with quite a few companies because it was an important and expensive project. Jason was the only one who gave me the information I needed and answered my questions in a timely manner. He also had a bigger range of products to choose from. I had to wait a little longer than expected for the project to happen, but the outcome was great. The siding looks beautiful and I'll definitely stick with TAG for any future exterior projects.

The folks at TAG Exteriors just finished a job for me. A great family run business. The office was wonderful to deal with. Appointment for estimate made around my schedule. Tyler was on time and gave me a very competitive estimate. They were able to schedule for the next day! The subcontractors arrived on time. The job turned out very well.They were respectful, quick and efficient. They cleaned the job site thoroughly, too. I would recommend TAG Interiors without reservation and will use them in the future.

Jason and his crew were the only company that would come fix a leak in my roof before we had another inch of rain the following day. He was informative, responsive, and efficient in getting things repaired.

I was referred to TAG by one of my business contacts and I’m glad I made the call. I originally wanted a new roof and needed a small leak fixed by my chimney, and the job turned into a complete exterior rehab and a bathroom remodel! 😄 I ended up with a new roof, 2 skylights installed, gutters, soffit, siding, windows, garage doors, front door, and master bath remodel. Jason is a great communicator and is easy to work with. His subcontractors were prompt and courteous. Couldn’t be more happy with the finished product! TAG is my new go-to for home improvements. We just had a complete roof replacement with Tag Exteriors and could not be happier. The quality of the work is top notch and the knowledge of installers was impressive. They also went above and beyond with cleanup after the work was completed.

We were experiencing some water entering our home on interior walls during heavy rains and snow. Our roof is less than 10 years old and didn't have any visible damage. I had several contractors out to see what might be causing this. Santiago and his crew were the only ones that took the time to inspect the roof from the outside as well as go in the attic to make sure everything looked ok there. Jason called me to explain their findings with our gutters and went over their recommended solutions. I was very pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism. Job was done well and timely. Communication through Jenna was so easy! Very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this company.
