I usually only post bad reviews, but Indy Renovation went above and beyond their call of duty. We originally had another remodeling company start our bathroom, but the day they started, they said they were going to need an extra $2,000 just to move the toilet drain over about a foot (when they came to do the estimate they were already aware that the toilet needed to be moved). Long story short, after a heated argument, I canceled the remodel. I started calling around and stumbled upon Indy Renovation. Hesitantly I called in hopes I wouldn’t run into the same delima. They set me up with a free estimate the very next day and we agreed on a price that was literally HALF of what the other company charged. When they started the remodel they brought to my attention that the people who started the demolition had slightly cut a water line causing water to leak out in between the wall. Not only did they fix it, THEY DIDNT CHARGE EXTRA! Their attention to detail is outstanding, they got the job done the Right Way, didn’t overcharge, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I will be having them come back out to remodel my kitchen in the near future. EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH INDY RENOVATION!

Poor management, over priced, poor quality of work. Paid almost $10,000 for a partial remodel of a medium size bath.(replace shower, vanity and tub) I purchased all supplies except tub. This price did not include painting walls and flooring. He wanted to charge an xtra $1200 to paint walls, remove and replace 10 x 6 floor. I had another guy do it for $400. They also installed pieces of tile backwards. Was told if "I" bought new pieces they'd redo at no charge. Grout on ceiling in shower and pieces of tile around tub were chipped. Each time they were scheduled for the next portion of the project, they never had me on the schedule, so I had to wait for someone to become available. Every time I tell people how much I paid, they tell me I got screwed. Looks ok from a distance, but up close poor quality of work considering they're "professionals". I'm constantly finding new errors. Just discovered a chip on both my vanity and tub.

I initially met with Kyle, the project manager, to obtain an estimate for my bathroom and he really helped me feel very comfortable with spending my money with them. Very professional and knowledgeable. They also kept me updated every step of the way showing me they valued communication. Nothing less than great work from these guys!!!!

I just had a total bathroom renovation and I love, love, love it! The men who did the work (William and Randy) were absolutely meticulous in their work and proud of what they do. And it shows. I needed to make the bathroom as ADA friendly as possible due to mobility issues but I didn't want the bathroom to look like a handicap bathroom. The end result is so beautiful but very functional for my needs. Thanks again for the fantastic result.

We were in a time crunch to get into a condo. IR stepped up, completed the job within 3 days, excellent work, great clean-up and a very competitive rate.
Thanks to Rocky and crew for a trouble free experience - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional bathroom remodel with extra plumbing requirements.

I could go on and on about why working with Indy Renovation was a terrible experience and huge waste of money, but the bottom line is, this company does not seem to have any sense of pride in their work. The end result shows that. We were not valued as customers and will not return.

Would not recommend if you want a company that can provide things like even spacing in your tile work, clear communication about the project or work done in a timely manner.

Expect to be largely ignored and have empty promises thrown at you when things go wrong.

We hired this company because they had great reviews. It seems like they've lost their passion somewhere along the way.

Scheduled an estimate for tiling my shower and to also look at a waterproofing concern. Kyle, the owner's son, who made a point to mention this twice, brought another person with him, presumably an office worker. I had to greet them and they did not properly introduce themselves. My main reason for looking at outside help was due to my shower base not having a lip on the back. 36x48 shower base with right hand drain did not have this option, so I was looking for ideas from tile professionals on how to remedy this. Kyle did not supply any creativity or potential solutions to this. Talking with a few friends who do residential work, I already had one plan in mind. I just could not believe he just used the fall back "Oh we have never saw this." I then showed him my idea to simulate the lip and how to waterproof that edge and he agreed with no additional info. At this point I am wasting my time and would rather them had left. We then proceeded to the kitchen to talk about my project even though I had lost all confidence. Shot me a cool 4,000 dollars for an estimate. Typical company move of having the folder with referrals/reviews/awards. That doesn't count for much when you approach the customer strangely and provide no input. Send out someone who knows the ins and outs of bathroom remodel. And if that person does know their stuff, they need to portray it more effectively.

I recently had a bathroom remodel done. I am very happy with my results. The guy that came to my home was very polite and professional. This company took their time to make sure that everything was done to my liking. The pricing was also a big factor. They were a great company and delivered quality service. I will be using them again in my future projects.

Had no idea our bathroom would turn out looking this good. "Thanks" to Gary and his crew of professional tradesmen! From the initial estimate to final walk through everyone was great.
Upon estimate, Gary had samples and prices on-hand. We liked the "no wait" on the estimate. Quote on-site...printed and signed. Start date and completion date were both on time and on schedule.
Never felt once that the crew was just trying to hurry up and get done. Every day the crew walked through with us and explained what was done and what needed to be done next.
I am sure we will use Indy Renovation in the future for our next home improvement.

With Indy Renovation I was able to be a part of the renovation of our old bathroom. I picked some of the items purchased on the internet and had them delivered to my home. Then the contractor installed them. Since our bathroom was last competed in 1939 they ran into some complications. William had to completely rebuild the frame to the window. You would never know it was not the original! These guys are good! And I get a lot of complements on my bathroom now.

Shane, Gary and their crew are awesome to work with. David and Dave were the main contractors on the job for my bathroom remodel after an upstairs leak caused water damage to the walls and floor. Dave and David tore out the bathroom using drop cloths and lots of TLC to be sure the rest of my condo wasn't destroyed in the process. David replaced the shower and updated some plumbing to fit the new fixtures. He's really a true professional and is passionate about doing great work. I'd go so far as to say he's meticulous in his approach to getting the job done right without cutting corners. Jim came through and did an excellent job on the drywall repair and ceiling texture matching. Most of all, I appreciated that they not only got back to me in a timely manner when I called or texted about progress and timelines but also that they let me be absent from my place with doors left unlocked for them to work while I went about my summer days and lived life uninterrupted. That was HUGE to be able to come and go without any worry about what was going on with the remodel job during the day. Thanks a TON for a job well-done!

I contacted Indy Renovations to have toilet and rotting floor around it replaced. As the tech removed the old rotten wood he noticed I had a rotten floor joist and that the wood floor under my tub had rotten through. His suggestion was to remove old tub, which needed replaced and that we need to replace the floor and joist. Once job was done I had a new solid floor, tub, toilet, and surround. Because of the employees suggestion the job was done right and I am completely satisfied with the work and prices. I would recommend Indy Renovations to any one who needs to renovate or have repairs made. My work was done in a timely manner and the employee made sure the job was done correctly. They also put down my new linoleum so my bathroom is new even my floor and sub floor. I'm very pleased!! Jay Walton

We employed Indy Renovation to renovate our master bathroom. The job required extensive new wall construction, venting and drains, as well as installing a new shower area and ornate, heavy glass doors, tile work and shower and toilet accessories. The final result was simply gorgeous. We also had them renovate another bathroom as well as install new commodes in two powder rooms and finally, install railing on two outdoor steps!
The work was done with great skill, as well care for the surrounding areas and our privacy and comfort, all at a very fair price.
It isn't easy to find experienced, quality contractors with the know-how and versatility offered by Indy Renovation. We're glad we found them.

Recently had Indy Renovation remodel my bathroom and the wife and I absolutely love it! Rocky and Jake did an outstanding job! They were very efficient and paid very close attention to details. They even saved us some money. All in all very good people would recommend to everyone 10/10

When looking to renovate our master bathroom last year, we contacted several companies for an estimate. Gary, from Indy Renovation, came to our home to see our bathroom, and was able to give me a detailed estimate right then and there! I was very impressed by this. The estimate was very fair, and Gary walked me through the process step-by-step.
We made some big changes along the way, and Gary and his team were very accomadating. I really liked how up front with information their team was. I had several different ideas, and they would let me know honestly if it was best for us in the long-run or not. I am a total type-A personality and like to be in control of every detail (I am a high school teacher, so it comes honest!). They respected my involvement in the process. We really created this bathroom as a team. Having never gone through such a major renovation, this was a major plus. Speaking of the team at Indy Renovations, they are great workers and great people! William and Randy did the majority of the remodel, and they were a joy to have around. When you have a major project where people are going to be at your home 5 days a week for a few weeks, this is something you really appreciate. They were super friendly, and full of great ideas. I was always able to reach someone when I had questions about the project.
As for the quality and craftsmenship, we were very impressed. They did a very nice job laying out the custom tile and design I chose. It has been almost a year since our project was completed, and we love our bathroom and truly enjoy it. We literally say how awesome our shower is on a regular basis. We are renovating another bathroom, and contacted Gary and his team again, which is the best testimonial we can give.

I have used Indy renovation to replace my bathtub with a walk in shower. We had some issues in the beginning with communication but the shower, dry wall, piping, and my exhaust vent looks great! Indy Renovation just needs to make sure they over communicate rather than under communicate with future jobs and customers.

We bought our house as a short sale and lived in it for about 6 months before we started our bathroom remodel. We are first time home buyers and this was our first renovation. Gary was very helpful throughout the entire process. We showed him what we were thinking we wanted, asked Gary for his input, and then came up with our final plans. It was very important to us that we get a professional opinion before we start the remodel, as we are first timers with this stuff and had a budget to work within. Gary had some great suggestions, gave us a very competitive price, and was timely in his communication.

William and Randy did the actual work and let me tell you... they were awesome! Having never been through a renovation before, they took every question we had with a smile! They gave us a walk through at the end of each day showing us what they accomplished, and what they planned on doing the next day. William and Randy gave us some great advice on how to lay the tile and make it look like the retreat we were going for (there are a lot more options than we realized). I felt very comfortable giving these 2 gentleman the key to my house while I was gone each day. They cleaned up after each day too which was an added bonus (and helped us see the progress each night).

Overall, I give Indy Renovation a 5 out of 5. Gary, William and Randy are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

Indy renovation remodeled our masterbath. Gary was very helpful in the redesign to create a more functional bath. William and Randy were the skilled and trustworthy professional installers that made it a reality. The quality products used along with the exceptional workmanship exceeded our expectations. We now have a beautiful custom bath to enjoy for many years. If we could give them TEN STARS we would!

I signed a contract with Indy Removations in August to have my bathroom remodeled. I later found out I was going to have company for Christmas. I called Indy Reno. and asked if it could be done before Christmas. The general I spoke to said they would try to figure out something. Next thing I knew, I got a call saying they would do it before Thanksgiving!! They did the job in a profession, efficient manner. Even from the salesman, demo man, the drywall man to the owner made my extra great. Thanks so much.
