Sarah Walters from Rivera group llc Indianapolis has been a very good help on site planning for my new upcoming daycare center. I would recommend anyone if they need help on site planning or just any planning at all that will benefit their company. I would rate this company an 5 stat of excellence! Thanks again.

I was in my car minding my business when the driver of a truck at their MLK site flipped us off. We returned his gesture and went on our way. Upon stopping at the stop light at 10th and MLK, I watched one of the workers flip us off, the man with glasses and a stocking cap in the cover photo , half climb the fence and have another worker grab a shovel and hand it to him. Then, the aforementioned man (I shall call him DH) stomped over to my car screaming obscenities, waving the shovel, and threatening to use that shovel on my family. I will now mention, my 3 month old daughter was in the car.
We called the police upon this threat of bodily harm. Today, we spoke with the owner of Rivera Group LLC who decided DH will not be fired and his behavior was not tolerated per the no tolerance policy. Yeah....right.
It gets even better folks. All of the workers the owner lovingly referred to as The Mexicans LIED to the owner AND the police. They stated that the car behind us cursed at them with the windows down and DH was mediating between the car and The Mexicans. Ugh, okay? So, if he was mediating as you say, why did he have a shovel, I asked. Owner stated that he was using the shovel to complete his work. When I stated I watched him get the shovel JUST TO COME TO MY CAR, he said, oh yeah, he said he mixed up the two cars.
Folks, the car behind us was a black SUV and we were a gold sedan. Are you colorblind? Whatever. I just hope the next person he decides to mediate with doesn't act on his bad behavior.
Think twice before having these guys represent your business. -
We recently bought a house that was redone by this company and within the first couple of months of owning it, have run it to SO many problems with work that was not completed correctly. We have had to get a plumber in to address leaks, an HVAC contractor because our AC was not working properly (mostly to poor installation), and now have issues with a leak in the roof. Issues like this were supposed to be addressed after we had TWO home inspections done before closing. All the “repairs” they did were done with the same poor work. Now, we keep finding more things that need fixed, and every professional we have come to do work always asks “Who did this renovation?!”
I would love to be able to recommend this group, but unfortunately, the quality of work is less than desirable. BE WARNED! -
Based on permit records, this company did the plumbing work on a remodeled house we purchased last year (the seller used them for the work). Two of the three bathrooms have had major leaks into the ceilings below, the hot water recirculator had to be completely disconnected because it was recirculating cold water into the lines (the opposite of its intended purpose), the faucet in the utility sink was installed incorrectly and broke as a result, and multiple sinks have broken stoppers. Every plumber we've had in here has wondered aloud who did this terrible work, so we finally pulled the permits. I would never, ever buy another house this company touched.

This is a late review, recently ran into their card in our shop and I am forever thankful with them. I was working with another person to get permits and a building set up (that person lied to us)....but Rivera Group's , Michael, came in to our shop to try to help us out. He checked what was going on with our permits and what the previous guy did and told us what the problem was. Completely honest guy, helpful, words can't explain how thankful I am. Will be using them in the future for a project. Thank You Michael Rivera.

Rivera Group is sooooooo bomb. I got my permits so fast. The plans they draw are AWESOME. Terry are very familiar with the coming and building codes and that made my review process and inspection process with the city SO SIMPLE. The staff was very attentive and there are several Spanish speaking staff members! I definitely recommend this company for your building or permitting needs!!

I agree with other review about this company being a joke. They did a terrible job on my home with the HVAC work. My contractor was terrible in hiring them to do work. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is a joke and I’m not even a customer!!! They are in my town in Cody “siding” a house which let me say is a joke since they are on their 3rd time redoing it from looking like complete crap… as the neighbor next to where they are working it’s a daily annoyance of their workers blocking my driveway, leaving trash in my yard and oh ya ripping down my Christmas light display ON MY PROPERTY!! This company and their workers are a total joke!! Their work is terrible and as said before I’m witnessing them redo THEIR OWN WORK for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and do your siding yourself TRUST me it will look 100 times better than the job they do and you won’t piss off your neighbors either from their non English speaking workers disrespecting everybody’s properties.. -10 stars for this company.

Chris is fantastic at listening, keeping the space clean while working and does impeccable work. He also has many ideas to share and a vision that improves the overall look of the space. I will work with him again on future projects.

We called them to replace all the tile in our shower because there was a leak, causing the floors in the house to buckle. After months of waiting (and not being able to use our shower), they eventually replaced all the tile. As soon as we started using the shower again, the floors went right back to buckling. They sent someone out a week or two after we called and told them, and that person blamed the water heater that we had put in 6 months before they came (with no issues in between) and left. They have basically been dodging us for over a month since. Meanwhile, we’re still not able to use the shower we paid to have fixed and still have warped floors because we believed the issue had been fixed. They’ll try and make it seem like they’ll fix any issues that arise, but I guarantee they will not or will wait months to do so. Use another company.

Josh was on time, efficient and pleasant to work with.

Great attention to detail with our recent shower replacement and bathroom renovation. Real pros, familiar with the unique workings and plumbing of an older home. Finished bathroom looks great and I would recommend Indy Renovation.

Wildly expensive. I just had a quote for a roughly 3.5 ft x 3.5 ft tiled shower needing redone. Take one more second and read the dimensions. I was quoted $18,980 for this small part of my bathroom. For that kind of money you’d be a long way into redoing a whole bathroom. Jaw dropped. Fortunately, a neighbor behind us just chimed in their very similar shower was just redone for less than half of that. Glad to see some aren’t trying to gouge simply because there is a demand for their services.
