We had a quick time frame to get estimates and to have the work done before the closing. Joel Shores went above and beyond to help us with everything that we needed in order to accomplish our goal. The work was done in a very timely and efficient manner. As a Realtor, I would highly recommend Indiana Residential to my clients!

Had Dan "Mold Dog!!!" come and work on our basement and crawlspace. He did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing these areas! He was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. I would definitely recommend asking for him if anyone needs similar work done.

Danny & Shawn were great. They remediated a mold issue in our crawlspace. They were very careful to avoid tracking up our living space & the crawlspace now looks great.

The Mold Dogs, Dan and Shawn came out to take care of my vapor barrier and treat my crawl space. Not only were they professional but they did an amazing, clean job. I had Indiana Residential's Mold Dogs come to eradicate some mold and put a vapor barrier down in my (very) low clearance crawlspace. There was a good deal of large/nasty mold growing down there, and the crawlspace itself is very tight. They were extremely thorough, very polite/friendly, and overall did an excellent job. It came out looking like new.

We referred to Indiana Residential who uses Mold Dogs for our crawl space mold remediation. They were very thorough and showed me pictures of the completed project. It looks so much better down there!

In addition, we just moved in the house and we were having trouble finding the septic clean out. I asked if while they were down there if they could keep an eye out and take a picture for me of the clean out if they found it. The person I spoke with happily helped me out!

Had them come out to do roof and crawl space work on a house we had just bought. We were really impressed. The gentleman working on our crawl paid close attention to detail, reconnected our dryer vent that he noticed was disconnected in the crawl and, to top it off, cleaned the snow off my car when I asked him to move his van so I could get out of the driveway.

They were great to work with and I truly appreciate the ease they brought to this whole process.

I’m 1st time homeowner and had the guys from Indiana Residential come out to spray seal my entire attic where mold was visible.

Instead of just hitting a few spots they sealed everything from top to bottom. They went above and beyond, getting down below the rafters too. They even offered to help me fix the plumbing on my kitchen sink I had been working on throughout the day.

I would highly recommend anyone dealing with attic mold to inquire about their services! I will definitely use them for any of my other contracting needs!

Daniel, DDog, did an excellent job cleaning out my crawl, treating for potential mold, repairing anything above and beyond and replacing a vapor barrier. He also was friendly and kind and provided suggestions for future homeowner preventative maintenance.Daniel explained everything he was doing each step of the way and provided pictures of before and after. I’m feel confident the crawl space is in excellent condition. He actually dropped everything he was doing to help me move a couple pieces of furniture.

The crew did a good job and Dan was very courteous and thoughtful about working in and around the house. The office and work crew both need to work on communicating with homeowner. They were slow or didn't respond to many requests regarding the job scheduling. The crew was very late starting one day and we didn't get any phone call, etc. however they did complete the work on time as promised.

Indiana Residential was recommended by my listing agent to complete work on the house that I am selling. At this moment, there is more work to be done, but what has been done so far is wonderful. Danny and Shawn, the two gentlemen that did the work in the crawl space, were very polite and professional in conduct. Their work, installing moisture barrier, removing mold, rerouting and burying the sump pump line, top notch. I highly recommend their service.

Big Dan and the crew did an outstanding job. They quickly abated old insulation and plastic from my crew space, scrubed joist, and replaced insulation and plastic in a professional manner. Job was done timely and very professionally! Thank Dan

The Mold Dogs were great! They spent the entire day removing mold and sealing in the crawl space, attic and basement of my new home. Very professional, and they explained each step to me. They were also very personable and I could tell they really enjoyed their work. I can already tell a difference in the smell in my crawl and basement! Highly recommend.

Our realtor referred us to Indiana Residential for plumbing and electrical issues discovered during our home inspection.

After waiting over a week to get the work scheduled and started, the electrician was unable to get inside due to a stuck exterior door. Rather than reach out to let me know the door wouldn't open, giving me a chance to help them in, they left. I only found out after asking the project manager, who said they would need to come back early the next week to begin. Thankfully, they were able to come back out the same day after all to start work.

They also had to come back out to fix a missed power outlet with reversed hot and neutral prongs, but they were quick to get that scheduled out once I brought it up.

Dan and Shaun did great with the mold removal in my crawl space. They were very good about communicating what they were doing from removal to encapsulation. They showed me the issue before starting and multiple pictures of the completed work. They completed the job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

This company hired some contractors to work in my friend house that he bought in Village Parkway in Eagle creek. This is a house with no leak. This contractors came to work the floor and removed washer and dryer. Eventually, the house was flooded and my friend reported this issue to their agent. They denied it. He ends up spending money to fix it again. Too bad

Dan the mold dog did mold removal and sealed up the attic and my crawl space. He and his assistant seem to do a good job, they worked on a very hot day in the attic and appeared to be working very hard to complete the job on time. Would recommend.

This is a fine team! We had a number of different men working on our bathroom remodel at different times. They were each specialists in their own area. Each day when they left, everything was cleaned up. Chris came by frequently to make sure we were happy with the work. Their price was also about half of what other groups were asking. Highly recommend.
