We are very happy with how the kitchen turned out. Chris and the team communicated well throughout the project. Nathan and Tommy did great work and were always happy to take time to answer questions and explain things.

The buyers of my home used this company to provide an estimate for repairs noted on the inspection. I find it extremely suspicious that the quote provided for the repairs just so happened to be, almost to the dollar, the exact amount the buyers were quoted to bring out of pocket to closing. This included $275 to change the clothes washer lines from rubber to braided stainless steel. These lines are $20 at Home Depot and require no special skill to install. Highway robbery.

Indiana Residential updated my crawl space with mold preventing paint, vapor barrier, and insulation. The guys on site kept me informed the whole time, were happy to answer my questions, and even showed me pictures of the progress. They were very friendly and I look forward to having them back next time I need work done.

As a realtor, I've used IR in the past but was very let down by their services recently. A sump pump failed that they installed 3 years ago, they told me inspection work was completed and it wasn't, they were 3+ weeks out on scheduling and their communication has been anything but quick. I've had to send countless emails trying to get an answer on repairs for a home that should have closed over a month ago. Super sad to have lost them as a trusted resource but will be moving on to better service.

Doug did fine work repairing floor joists and adding additional support beneath bathroom, then resetting toilet. The crew who removed interfering sheets of plyood and chipboard from attic, and cleared attic of many years accumulated detritus, did excellent work. They worked cleanly and efficiently, and expediently removed all debris.

Had work carried out within a week of consultation for a damaged garage wall repair. Staff were on time, professional, performed the repair to a very high standard of work. The cost of the job was very reasonably priced in comparison to other businesses that we had consulted for the job, they didn't try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. Will be using Indiana Residential for future projects and recommend to others!

Great general contractor! We used them for fireplace work, kitchen updates, electrical work, etc and they did a great job with all of it. Very upfront about cost with quotes and never tried to change it. Conner was very communicative and easy to get ahold of.
