Hoosier Design Build did an amazing job for me on a very tight timeline to turnaround/convert a rental property for sale on the market. I needed General Contracting, exterior trim work, interior/exterior paint. Conner was able to provide a cost-efficient quote and got the work done immediately and expediently. We've worked with Conner on several different projects - attached pictures of the biggest one here. Conner stepped in and took over where other contractors dropped the ball, he got city inspections handled, completed all the drywall and finish work here, and did an amazing job. He's also handled tree removal and roofing projects at other properties for us. He's our first call, priced fairly, communicates well, a pleasure to work with!

Conner was great to work with and was responsive, communicative, and respectful of our schedule when it came to replacing our front door and installing new custom entry cubbies/storage system.

The process for getting the work priced to installed was seamless and he is fair and can talk through options on how to make things more cost effective if we need too.

Update: Safecare saw my review and contacted me because they wanted to make things right. The pluming supervisor called and walked me through the details of faucet situation and elaborated on the options available. They came out, made the repair at no charge. Very pleased with their work. Everyone was pleasant and went above and beyond to find a resolution. Will continue to use this company in the future.

We use SafeCare for all the services/inspections they provide. They are extremely knowledgeable on all the services they offer. They are 1000 times better than Koorsen. No matter what SafeCare shows up whether it be an emergency anytime of the day, scheduled appointments, or Inspections. They have even provided tech support over the phone several times so we could handle our own repairs. Everyone we work with goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. We are very happy with the personalized customer service. For example, we needed a copy of an inspection report we contacted SafeCare and within a couple of minutes we had it. We highly recommend SafeCare for everything they provide. YOU NEED TO USE SAFECARE!

Very tight no docks and they not open 24hrs as it appears on google their Dispach service is 24hrs not the facility the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the staff great people

I had a double stack pizza oven removed by Daniel,Brad,Cameron and Maurice. A job that normally take a full day and this team had it out in 2 hours. Daniel the lead was amazing with how he explained what they were doing and he was very professional and I learn some great information in the process about my ovens. This team was great and I will not use anyone else from now on with my restaurant needs.

It is very hard to find a company that does this type of work, there is alot of companies that say they do this work and THEY DON'T!! The help I also received from Shelby in arranging the work was exceptional.

I have exhausted every option trying to resolve my issues with Rivera Group, LLC and owner Mike Rivera before resorting to public reviews. Multiple attempts to reach a resolution were met with silence and inaction, leaving me no choice but to share my experience publicly.

My home was built in 2021 by Rivera Group, LLC and has been plagued with serious construction defects from the start — all the result of shoddy work by incompetent contractors who consistently cut corners and do not complete work to code:

• The upper balcony was built with an incorrect slope, tilting toward the home instead of away from it, causing water to pour directly into the structure.
• No flashings were installed on the front of the home — a basic construction requirement — leading to flooding, mold growth, and electrical damage.
• Windows were not properly sealed on the exterior, independently causing additional water damage and mold.
• Flooring was incorrectly installed and I was forced to pay out of pocket to have it professionally repaired.
• The downspout was improperly sized, contributing further to ongoing water intrusion.
• Upon removing drywall to address water damage, it was discovered that load-bearing beams were installed incorrectly — a serious structural defect that I have also had to pay to have corrected.
• The roof is now experiencing extreme and escalating water entry — on a home that is only 4 years old.

The cumulative damage includes repeated flooding, mold from multiple sources, electrical hazards, and significant structural deterioration. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a warranty claim with my home warranty provider. I am now working with an attorney to pursue legal action.

Before hiring Rivera Group, LLC, I strongly urge you to research this business thoroughly and look up any existing lawsuits filed against them. This has been an incredibly stressful and costly experience, and no homeowner should have to go through what I have.

Buyer beware.

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. DO NOT trust this company to build, remodel, or do any type of work on your home. They will do a horrible job and you will pay for it down the line. Improper installations, Black mold, uneven structures, etc. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
