This was an incredible experience! We recently moved into our house and the basement had never been touched. CMH came in and did a complete finishing of the basement and we couldn’t be happier! The communication from CMH during the entire process was fantastic and really stands out as something you don’t see from many contractors today. We felt their quote was very fair. They started the job when they said they would and ended up finishing a week ahead of their initial estimate. Whenever any potential issue or delay would come up, they would immediately communicate with us and let us know the plan. The only “delay” we ever experienced was because a certain material was on back order from the manufacturer and CMH gave us consistent updates until the part came in. They just finished the job earlier this week and we are so excited to start using the space. We could not recommend them more!

It’s been a couple years but man are we so happy we went with the CMH! From start to finish they were incredible communicators and created the dream basement for our family. Even got us where we wanted to be with budget. It was a fantastic experience, and we are happy every day we used CMH!

We made the perfect choice by selecting CMH for our basement. Everything about the process was very impressive. The estimate, 3D renderings, design selection process, communication in the portal, and especially our project manager (Nick) were all top-notch. We are thrilled with our basement and highly recommend CMH for anyone considering a basement remodeling.

Everyone was super easy to work with. Loved how project turned out and they made the design process easy. Only item we weren't thrilled with was the quality of the flooring. Love the color of it, just super thin and would have spent extra on thicker/higher quality is all.

CMH was fantastic to work with. We had large projects in which we received three quotes from reputable companies. Although they were all very comparable in cost, CMH was able to provide a 3D rendering of our projects that helped us visualize our ideas.

Our basement is approximately 1100 sq/ft which we turned into a spacious bathroom, gym, media center w/electric fireplace, dinning area, dry bar, and a wet bar. Our second project was installing a gas fireplace, media center surrounding the fireplace, new flooring, coffee bar, and cabinetry work to existing cabinets.

Brandon and Tori were able to adjust the renderings and swap options on the projects as well as give us their opinion based upon their own experiences.

Once the projects began, Nick our project manager, was extremely communitive and gave us weekly updates on the schedule. At any time, I was able to call/text him with any questions or discrepancies.

Our only hang up with CMH is that it did take slightly longer than originally expected. However, quality is top notch and we wanted them to take the time needed to adhere to both theirs and ours high standards and expectations.

My wife and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend CMH to anyone!

I also had the opportunity to interact with the owner of the company quite a bit during the project. It's clear to see that he deeply values customer feedback and holds his team to high standards.

The communication from him and his team were top-notch throughout the entire basement remodel. I was as involved, or as hands-off, as I wanted to be every step of the way - but I always knew what was going on each week/day.

Ultimately, CMH was able to complete my basement remodel ahead of schedule and deliver a new space in my home that is exactly as I had envisioned. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend CMH builders to others!

I can not express how happy I was with CMH through the whole process of finishing our basement. Just getting quotes from basement finishers felt like the wild wild west. CMH quickly separated themselves from the rest with their thorough attention to detail all the way from the quoting/proposal to the finish. CMH finished our basement about 3 years ago and did an amazing job. Very smooth process from beginning to end. No surprises along the way. What they quote you is the actual price you will pay unless you make changes along the way. All the subcontractors were very professional and cleaned up the site each day. Dane and his employee Bill did a nice job of upgrading my mitigation fan to a more powerful unit. Radon levels have dropped well below the safety limit.

Great experience would highly recommend to anyone that has radon. They solved my problem within 3 hours while being extremely nice, careful and helpful through the entire process.

Dane was excellent! He was on time, text me 30 minutes prior to arrival, super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the mitigation system look great on the exterior of the house.
