My HVAC system flooded the upstairs utility room and came through to the downstairs entry way on Thanksgiving weekend. ServiceMaster sent someone out immediately and they did a wonderful job. They were thorough, I did not feel taken advantage of and it eased a very difficult situation. They also provided a report to send the HVAC company to help get the work covered. I would recommend this company.

Jared and his team arrived quickly with solutions to our basement flood. He went above and beyond to ensure the water was mitigated and no future mold growth would occur. For an issue that would have taken us days to cleanup, ServiceMaster Resoration by LS James saved us and did a 5 star professional job. Highly recommend.

ServiceMaster Restoration was fantastic! We discovered mold in our son’s bedroom and they looked at my house the same day. I had a quote within 24 hours and they repaired within the week. They were fair with their cost, timely, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Jared was awesome. I called him after I had water damage in the crawlspace from a pipe bursting on a Saturday and he was out same day and started work on the exact same day. Jared and his team responded quickly to what could have been a major issue when the relief valve on our water heater failed. They came out after hours with the necessary manpower and equipment to minimize the damage. Once the situation was under control, they worked directly with our insurance company and had repairs scheduled within a few days of approval. The finished work was excellent we couldn’t be happier.

I recently had them detail the inside of my 13 yr old car.. which was in terrible condition over the years.
they did an excellent job! everything was cleaned and sanitized, door pockets, dashboard, cup holders everything. I'm definitely using them again when the time comes, I would absolutely refer them to a friend!
