Reno at HVR took good care of us through the roofing process. His team came out did a full roof replacement in about half a day. They were careful and did a great job with cleanup as well.

Excellent. Watched the weather closely to find to right time. Management stayed close to see over work being done. And and phone call away if there were any questions or problems. Great. We used this company to replace our roof a couple years ago after some hail damage. We worked with Reno. He is wonderful! So very patient and thorough. He explained everything about the process and did everything to make sure our insurance company would work correctly with us. I called him out last week thinking a ceiling leak was due to the roof. Reno responded very quickly and came out that same day to determine the cause. It turns out it is not the roof, but he went above and beyond to figure out the issue. With his guidance we are on the correct path to fixing this frustrating problem. Reno and Home Value Renovation are the best!

HVR took such excellent care of us and our property through a serious hail insurance claim. They went to bat with and for us through the claim and worked great with insurance. They went above and beyond in replacing and coordinating the replacement of all 4 of our roofs of the buildings on our property, as well as a few other things. Superior quality and installation as well. Swift service and install. Their workers worked on the hottest day of the year and never complained. They cleaned up and were extremely respectful. The PMs were there every step of the way answering questions and addressing any issues that came up During the roofing repair process. They also were helpful as a liaison between the insurance company too.

Roofing crew were considerate of protecting property during the repairs. They also returned to address a couple of quirky issues that came up with water flow into the gutters.

HVR did a fantastic job re-roofing our home and Mark Greb was great to work with. He helped us with the insurance process, gave us options for repairs like color choices and a ridge vent. The 50 year warranty on the roof is also a huge bonus! They crew worked quickly and laid out tarps and plastic sheets to protect the yard and siding. The new roof with matching gutters looks great, feels sturdy, and most importantly, it kept our home dry through the torrential downpour during the recent storms and high-speed winds. If you need your roof fixed or replaced, you won't regret starting a conversation with these guys to at least get a quote!

As a Realtor it’s difficult to find a good, trustworthy contractor. I have used Reno and HVR a couple times for my clients. Reno showed up on time and was very professional. Reno stayed in constant communication with the owner of the home and myself. All work was completed on time and within the estimate given to us.
