Darius was my assigned technician this past weekend as well as the owner of the company, he communicated greatly, arrived on time, and did wonders on my carpets. The previous tenant had left them in pretty rough shape with many pet stains and I was beyond overwhelmed. He was considerate, informative and overall very friendly and respectful. Keeping it short ill just say.....He went above and beyond what I expected from a carpet cleaning company!! Definitely gained a lifetime customer. Thank you cleaning source!

Darius and his staff are quick to respond. Scheduling was easy. Employees courteous and professional. Our carpet looks phenomenal. He’s also cleaned our kitchen tile and living room furniture on previous appointments. I would also trust him with remediation work if you need it. Darius is my go to for cleaning.

Darius and his team did an amazing job cleaning Ivory carpeting that was in dire need of a deep clean. The cleaning source arrived promptly at the appointed time, assessed the situation quickly and set to work. They did four bedrooms, 4 walk-in closets and a long hallway and runner in under 2 hours. I really appreciated their attention to detail both to do a great job cleaning the carpet and also to protect our home as they worked. I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I was so impressed I will be having them back to give me a bid on other services they offer.

Darius has cleaned the tile in my home and more recently the carpets. Both times he was extremely professional as was the team member who accompanied him this time. They did a GREAT job and carpets are beautiful. Have a dog and wanted stains removed. They look and smell great now!

Absolutely a great experience from beginning to end! My carpet smelled horrible after a year of having a large dog go to town in the back room. I needed someone asap to get rid of the odor and stains. Darius was more than accommodating with my schedule, the price was great, and he was so thorough - both with his explanation and the carpet cleaning. I needed help quickly and to my surprise, The Cleaning Source crew arrived the same day I called for help. The crew was efficient and friendly. I will definitely call them again when a need arises. I can't express with words how awesome The Cleaning Source was and is when it comes to water mitigation. From the very beginning, Darius and his team made me feel relaxed and reassured that this situation would be handled without worry and that I would be able to just sit back and watch as magic happens! And magic it was! They got started immediately and instantly began making our home livable again. We had rather severe flood damage and the stress of this made life almost unbearable. Darius put his team to work so quickly and handled EVERYTHING from documentation and photos, to making sure our insurance was up to date with what was being done. Absolutely amazing experience! I had an issue with a carpet cleaning company last week and The Cleaning Source returned my call on Sunday and got an appointment squeezed in on Monday. We have toddlers and large dog and our carpet now looks brand new. Darius was incredibly kind and professional, I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again.

They did a fantastic job helping us deal with the flood. They were quick and came right away, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job removing all water damage. They even came daily to check on the status of drying out the water to ensure we didn’t get any mold.
Would highly recommend them to anybody.

The Cleaning Source has served us several times. One project was a one day job requiring four men; the other much more complex requiring multiple visits and the use of The Cleaning Source's specialized equipment. The members of the team are exemplary in every facet of each person's skill set. Most important to us was their customer orientation toward my wife and me. They explained "why" each step of their protocol was necessary. There were times when we didn't understand some of the more scientific terms they were using. Nevertheless, they always took their time to be patient, explaining their steps so that we would understand and appreciate their professional work. Most praiseworthy is the attitude they displayed when working around our busy schedules. Was a horrible experience…. I booked an appointment and they never showed up. My husband even took off work to be home, and when I tried to call, no one answered. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Would never use their service again!

They were able to book me a very fast quote (First thing next day) and when they saw that the damage wasn’t bad they refused to charge me. Fast, honest, and fair!

Our family home experienced severe water damage right before Thanksgiving and we were at a complete loss at how to deal with the aftermath. After some Googling, we learnt that we needed a restoration service company and came across The Cleaning Source with its high reviews. We didn't even have time to browse through other companies due to the urgency of the situation but are really glad that we didn't have to.

Darius was able to schedule a time to come out to our home for an inspection on the day before Thanksgiving and after he saw the severity of the situation he said he could start right away with the remediation. Darius was very reassuring throughout my conversation with him and he always picks up promptly whenever I call him with any additional stupid questions.

The team has done a thorough job with making sure our home is back in livable condition. He also has been working directly with our insurance and just giving us a great deal of comfort and reassurance through this whole ordeal.

Darius and his team did a wonderful and quick job helping me through my first home fiasco. When you wake up with 5 inches of water in your basement you know the importance of getting it cleaned up quickly before mold might grow. I found The Source company online and they responded within the hour and were out to help in the next hour. They cleared the water and hauled away all the cardboard boxes in my basement. They had great follow through and came again to do the microbial cleaning. I feel confident they left the place better than it was before. During the recent storms we found to have standing water in our basement. By the time we got the standing water out and the power back on, places were opening and we were able to call for someone to come help dry us out. The Cleaning Source was the first place we called and they picked up on the first ring. No voice-mail we were sent to, no website to fill out a request. Darrius and his team were able to come out SAME DAY and get everything out and start the drying process. This was my first time having to work with insurance and he was able to help me through the entire process. He communicated with us the whole way and even after the equipment was out. Even when the calls and work picked up for them, he still kept us informed. We just got all the paperwork today and will be submitting to insurance tomorrow. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Please call these guys first with all your water remediation needs!

The Cleaning Source is a great company, they did an excellent job when my basement flooded. Thorough inspection and cleaning and overall a quick process, they were in and out.

I woke up at 5:30 am to a flooded basement. Water was coming out of lights as I turned them on. My basement is finished and used as a family room space. When I went down there I found water sitting on top of the carpet. The ceiling looked as though it was going to fail at any moment. I called The Cleaning Source and they came quickly. Within minutes I became calm. The are experts at water mitigation and most importantly excellent communicators. They walked me thru everything step by step. Because of that my worry went away. They did not leave until all of the tear out and clean up was complete. (Within the day).

Darius brought in multiple team members to make sure everything was completed.
