Highly recommend 127 Restoration! They completely repaired and renovated our basement after a water damage incident. Any issues during the renovation that came up were addressed by them and they made sure to get everything done extremely well!! They helped us with carpet selections, wall and trim paint and lots of other questions we had a long the way, too. Great experience!

Derek's team at KB Construction Services, LLC worked with The Annex Group on remodeling Indy offices off of Massachusetts Avenue. The team at KB Construction Services was professional, experienced, and worked within a very tight timeline while also effectively troubleshooting any problems that arose while working within the historic building. The project consisted of extensive demo, drywall, electrical, plumbing, soundproofing, painting and more to make for a wonderful working environment for our team. We cannot thank them enough for assisting with our vision and will happily call on them again for future projects within our space and others.

Recent hail storm happened and didn’t know that I had damage until mike and his crew came by to check on my roof. They had the insurance pay for a full replacement.

Best contractor experience ever. On time, great work, and always communicating. They even replaced a metal roof on a gazebo that was giving other companies pause, and did so without skipping a beat. Hire them without hesitation.

I can’t wait to have them install a roof for me. I have called and done research trying to figure out who to go with in town. I want to make sure that it is done right and with good quality products at a fair price. They answered all of my questions regardless of how stupid. They also came out and did a free inspection! There were so many places I called that either never got back to me or got irritated with all my questions. Definitely going with them!

Mike , the owner was very professional. We had a leak on our roof after a huge rainstorm. He went up on my roof and diagnosed the problem right away. He fixed the leak in no time and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again!!

My family had a hail storm last year and Mike helped us with the whole insurance process. We recieved enough money through insurance to get a new roof and gutters! 👍MIke also recommended a new skylight for new natural light. It made the space my fav spot in the house!

I have a very large old house with many trees. My gutters had not been cleaned in a few years. It was a BIG job. Gecko did a wonderful job of cleaning them. I plan to have them install gutter guards when the weather is better. Very pleased with the service!

I will never forget this experience because he was the most Polite Gentleman! He even got my shingles upgraded to 30yr architectural! FOR FREE! I called around 2 different companies and even had a cpl different bids but when he came , he really made me feel like he cared that my roof had gotten damaged! Mike and his team were absolutely phenomenal… We had a roof leak the morning we were going to list our home. Per our realtors recommendation we called gecko. They were very professional and timely! They worked very efficiently and had my roof and gutters done in a timely manner! I highly recommend them! Mike was my main point of contact and was a huge help in explaining the process! He was able to come out right away to inspect my roof, and even took over with the insurance company to get it all approved. They were very respectful, and made sure all the debris was disposed off.
