Servpro did an awesome job replacing the damaged vapor barrier in my crawlspace. They showed up when they said they would for the initial estimate. Once I received the estimate we scheduled right away. They showed up on time with 3 guys ready to work. Got the job done right and in a timely manner. They guys were complete professionals. Jordan was great but the actual work done on sealing the concrete was less than desirable. Wish we would have gone with one of the two other competitors. It took 4 tries for the workers to get the work done properly.

1. Our hoop, that was sitting on its side and is always moved by our 13 year old was left in place so that part wasn't treated at first.

2. A dirt spot was skipped at first.

3. Plastic bins along wall weren't slid onto the grass so that wasn't done at first.

4. We have a small fence around our trash cans on a cement slab (gotta love HOAs) and they didn't treat that area. This one took 3 tries for them to finally treat the area.

As a heads up, they use a power wash wand, unlike some of the others that use a circular brush, similar to the buffers for waxing floors. This caused tons of spray up on windows and the slider that we had to clean afterwards.

The one positive was we could split the payments up into three payments so we appreciated that!

Overall, Jordan was great but we will definitely try a competitor next time in hopes of getting it done right the first time. With the amount of issues we had we are worried that we might not have gotten full coverage because we didn't supervise the workers, which we shouldn't need to do.

The epoxy floor is absolutely amazing!!!! Forte brought us a really nice trailer days before they did the floor so we could store all our garage contents. The entire process was very impressive and the price was better than others we spoke with. I definitely recommend Forte.

Wonderful company that does great work and communicates well throughout the sales/install process. Jordan is professional and responds quickly to any and all questions, for however long it takes for you to decide!

Forte did a very nice job cleaning my walkway and sealing it. The sidewalk looks new. They also sealed my drive way. They were very responsive and timely. I would use them again.

After working with MANY contractors over the years, Jordan and Forte couldn't have been easier. Jordan perfect with advance explanations and follow up. Crew kept in touch and very thorough. Job is beautiful and I highly recommend their services.

They took extra time and care to smooth out many rough spots on our patio to ensure their product would adhere properly and look it's best. They also properly removed a previous hack job from another company on our garage floor. Our patio turned out great and our garage floor looks amazing. I highly recommend Forte for your inside or outdoor projects.

I had an extremely good experience throughout this process. Jason was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He went out of his way to bring multiple groups of samples to help us narrow our final choice. He was very responsive throughout, and very patient with my many many questions. The final product just looks fantastic, could not be more pleased. The team even came back out for a small touch up. The team was very efficient and tidy. They said what they were going to do, and they did what they said. I have already recommended this to a neighbor. All in all a great experience, great people!

From the moment I spoke to the estimator, to the final coat of sealant, this interaction with Forte Surfaces was a wonderful experience. Each individual I spoke with was kind, respectful, and wanted to please. This company is interested in delivering a quality product at every level, and they delivered a quality product beautifully, and on time. I couldn't be happier with the working relationship and the final results. They aren't the least expensive, nor the most expensive. My stamped, stained, sealed, concrete patio is gorgeous! I will continue to use them to seal, and will recommend to everyone. This was a high bar set for expectation and fulfillment.

We hired Forte to clean the brick facade of our 80+ year old home, which was covered in years of dirt, old sealant from a long-gone porch roof, and tons of paint trips and overspray from years of messy paint jobs. They were super clear and communicative, answered all of my questions about their process and the chemicals used, and were able to schedule to fit in between other contractors. The house looks incredible - so much better than we imagined was possible. Would definitely recommend them if your house needs a refresh!

Alex and the Forte team were awesome!!everything about this process with them was easy. Getting an estimate and scheduling was super easy and convenient, and Alex did an incredible job on-site. He was punctual, communicative and finished the job a day earlier than anticipated. My only regret is that I didn’t use forte for past flooring projects! They did a fantastic job.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would do it. We had Forte Surfaces clean and seal our driveway, front porch, and sidewalks. We also had them put down an epoxy coating on our back patio. Forte was extremely easy to work with. They were very responsive when it came to phone calls and text messages. Everyone that we encountered was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work performed and feel like we received a good quality product for a reasonable price. The epoxy coating on our back patio looks absolutely fantastic...I might have to call them back out and have them do the same thing to our garage floor. Thank you Forte Surfaces!

Excellent service. I called regarding an unusual roof cleaning situation. They scheduled an appointment quickly and provided excellent follow up on their arrival and who would be our contact They also gave us a fair quote for the work . The work was completed as scheduled and the tech was very knowledgeable and treated us well. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this company very highly for the work they do.

The crew that came out did an amazing job! Very educational experience with this floor project. There was challenges involved with the kitchen and bathrooms but the team did a great job thinking outside the box. The shine of the floor has a warm welcome!
