We were very pleased with our experience. Our sales rep, Jordan, did an excellent job of keeping us posted throughout the process. We had a sidewalk and large stamped concrete patio sealed, and Forte was by far the most affordable quote we received and they were able to complete our job quickly.

Great work and the people were fantastic. I had a small issue (self inflicted) and they came back and resolved it without question highly recommend.

For many years, Forte Surfaces has been our go to for home and garage roof cleaning, power washing and sealing of our concrete sidewalks. We just added to their job this year the cleaning of our hardscape walls, stone steps with tile landings and tiled fire pit area. They also applied polymeric sand on our tiled areas and then sealed it all.

Jordan Ressner engages with us to ensure the Forte team understands the
project tasks, completes the estimate and remains engaged to ensure customer satisfaction end to end. On the rare occasion we have had a follow up question on the project pricing or execution, Jordan engages quickly to ensure we as their customers remain aligned and are both ultimately happy with the tasks and results. We have also been very fortunate to have Aaron and Max working on the completion of our project tasks. Both of them are very detail oriented and focused on completing the tasks at hand successfully. We had a very good experience with Forte Services. Jordan came out within a couple of days to give us an estimate for power washing our cement driveway and caulking cracks on our patio. We received emails notifying us who was coming and at what time and the workmen did a great job. We had quite a bit of tire staining on the driveway and I was pleased with the final result.
