Perma Pools is the best around! This is our first family pool. The team worked fast, and I had no issues through the whole process. The team answered all my questions, stayed in contact with me for every part of the project. Thank you, Dan, Neal, Virgil, George, Greg, Charles, Juan, Conner, and everyone that worked on our pool. We are so excited to make future memories with our new pool!

First off I want to say I’m an employee and a customer. I discovered Perma Pools two years ago shopping for a pool. I walked into the showroom and Dan Majestic welcomed me and we started talking about our family dream. We hit it off so well I approached him about possibly working there. In short order I was on the perma team. They have treated me like family from day one. Great company to work with as an employee and a customer.

After my wife “the boss” politely nudged me enough I pulled the trigger. The Perma team helped me every step of the way. We are so happy with how it turned out. THANKS DAN THE MAN!!!!

I am very happy with the pool installation and my experience with the team at Perma Pools. From the beginning, Daniel was very responsive and thorough to get the initial proposal and a rendering of the pool. He even helped me determine the appropriate size. I built a new home in downtown Indy and they coordinated with my builder directly to get it done without the need for me be the middle man. Seeing the precision dig by Steve in my small yard was impressive. The plumbing and install work for the equipment done by Matt, Dakota, Aaron Sr., Aaron Jr. was quick and efficient.
Mark, Ross and Neal did the final touches for the pool project and it looks better than I expected.

Once the pool was completed, I was a little worried about how to maintain it but the “Pool School” lesson from Ashtian & Evan was everything I needed. They showed me how to use the equipment (despite it pouring down rain at the time) and educated me on chemicals, the effects of treatment, and how to maintain my pool to prevent any damage or future repairs.

I’m definitely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Perma Pools designed and installed our inground pool at the end of '22. We were originally scheduled for install in the spring of '23 but Dan and the team worked their magic and had us swimming in April of '23 instead of watching the pool be installed. We could not be happier with the entire process and the team.
Dan and Brian were first up getting the hole just right with our sandy soil. Juan and Jerry did a great job with our plumbing. Sanchez , Connor and Aurelio followed up backfilling the pool. Juan and Aaron Jr did a great job with our cover. Wayne did our rough grade at the end of the project. Neal was and still is the quarterback that managed the pool project from start to finish. He has gone above and beyond for us. I would recommend Dan and his team to anyone that is thinking of installing a pool.

We reached out to Perma Pools after one of my coworkers recommended them and we were not disappointed. They were very quick to respond when we reached out to them and maintained great communication throughout the process. Neal in particular was always available when we had questions about the process, next steps, or changes we wanted to make. In addition, all of the crews were very friendly and had no problem with us letting our four dogs out while they worked. They worked quickly and our pool was complete within four weeks of construction beginning which was right on schedule with what we were told when we signed our contract. Lastly Perma Pools offers a two hour pool school at the completion of the project to walk you through everything you need to know about your particular pool which was extremely helpful and Paul did a great job answering all of our questions. We are very pleased with the final result!

If you’re looking for quality everything, look no further. Anything you need, they are always there to help. I thought this might be a scary experience just because of things I’ve heard. The people I heard that from did not use Perma. These folks, all of them, are very professional, extremely attentive and absolutely listen to your needs. I couldn’t be happier. I worked with the owner, Dan Majestic, before for years at a large company. I know his work acumen and how awesome he was. This carried over to his own business and he, and his family that work there, are amazing. I’m not worried for the future with my decision. I feel, and I know, Perma will have my back and will help when I need it. Expect the best experience with Perma. They are honestly next to none! My pool is fantastic!

Typically people do reviews to vent their anger against a company when things don't go according to plan or when they feel like they have been done wrong. This isn't one of those reviews.

We met with several pool builders in our area in the fall of 2022 and specifically with Dan Majestic in October. Dan was fantastic to meet with, was intimately knoedgable about Perma Pool and the build process, had answers to every question we had, was very prompt in getting our written quote back to us and even gave us his personal cell phone number if any other questions came up. I felt like that was pretty normal for a pool salesman, then Dan told us he is the owner. Kinda took me back for a minute. At first I was impressed, then I was skeptical of why the owner of the company had to be this involved in the process. I took a few days a d did a ton of research on the company, it's history and on Dan himself. I'll save you the time, it's because he wants to, not because he has to. At our initial meeting, before we put money down, Dan told us if we decided to use them we would have a dig day of 4/17/23 and promised we would be swimming in a warm pool for our annual Memorial Day Weekend party.

Fast forward through a lot of menial conversation and down payment to 3/22 when I get an email with things we need to finalize before our start date/dig day of 4/10. That's right, we started a week early!

This is when I started dealing with Neal Weliver, my project manager. This guy is on it! I can't imagine having as many irons in the fire as Neal does and never getting burnt, maybe he does but never on our project. He was always available, always answered my calls and had a swers for me the same day if he didn't know when we talked.

Dig day! Doug was our team leader with his team being George, Greg and truck drivers Rob and Charles. I had to apologize to them. It was entertaining to watch these guys work so on the days I was home I popped out a chair and sat back to watch. I hate when people just sit and watch and I felt guilty doing it so I always made sure I had a cooler with cold drinks in it and even grilled lunch for a couple of the crews. These guys not only dug the hole but they set the pool, plumbed it, backfield, set the equipment, filled it with water and gave me a really good grade for me to work with later.

Next up was Frank and his team to pour the concrete around the pool. I had a significant amount of concrete already done for a patio before they got there and the pool and concrete work done by Perma was perfectly square a d placed exactly where it needed to be for grade and fall. Their concrete work around the pool is pheonominal! The arches on each end proved to be a little challenging but a little overhead drone work by me and some adjustments by them resulted in perfectly placed symmetrical arcs.

During the process of figuring out the new concrete around the pool I told them about needing to have some existing concrete ripped out and repaired due to some previous mistakes resulting in some cracks and flaking. Dan hooked me up with Stan Baber to do the coating on the concrete. Stan fixed the cracks then coated all of the concrete ensuring the new concrete would perfectly match the existing concrete and even stenciled the "block" around the border of the pool giving it a more custom look. This part just tied it all together making it all look amazing!

We went with the auto cover for convenience and safety. It was worth every penny we paid for it. Juan and Conner did a great job installing it making sure we have flawless operation for years to come.

All of this work and great craftsmanship couldn't happen without great behind the scenes help, and Virgil made sure that part was covered. Never a gap, never waiting on parts, never waiting for the next step, it was run like a well oiled machine.

We have built a few homes, barns and several other construction projects and THIS pool project was the easiest, least stressful project that we have ever had. Thank you Perma team!

We could not be happier with our new pool by Perma! From start to finish, the process exceeded our expectations. Neal, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. He answered all of our questions and worked seamlessly with our hardscape contractor to ensure the project stayed on track. The entire Perma team was polite and professional. If you are considering a pool, I would highly recommend Perma!

We built a pool with Perma Pools and they did a great job. We really thought Ron did a nice job laying out the process at the beginning and Neal and his team were awesome to work with and super responsive in helping answer all our questions during the building process. Below are a couple of photos showing the finished pool.

    We highly recommend Perma Pools.

We had a great experience with Perma Pools. The entire team brought the project together quickly and it was an amazing process to watch them bring in the large pool in and set it. Doug ran a tight ship with the install team and was great. Great communication with Neal throughout the process and Mark, Ross took care of some misc items in the end and got things right. Would recommend Perma Pools!

Dan, Ron F., Neal and the entire Permapool team are so professional and responsive. Our pool was installed in record time with very little disruption to our yard and our personal time! I highly recommend them and so appreciate their commitment to quality work. They are also committed to their customers and establish true relationships with them.Thank you Permapool.

Perms pools created our favorite place. Our backyard is now our family’s oasis and we couldn’t be happier. We didn’t really feel like there were too many surprises or anything in the process. The one thing I might suggest is using your own concrete people instead of using their vendors. If you know someone/have someone in mind, go for that.

Neal, Ed, Virgil, Ross, Mark, Doug, Greg, George, Ron and Daniel have all been fantastic to work with. The team is super responsive, and has helped us even after the final check was delivered. Neal has gone above and beyond with repairs or just showing us what to do. Our dig team was amazing and hilarious. We installed a fiberglass pool so it’s one giant piece and our family was basically sitting their with popcorn watching them work. They took a bow when it was finally in the ground.

Thanks again guys! We LOVE the finished product.

We would absolutely choose PermaPools again for our next pool project and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. After a really frustrating experience with a different builder, we were understandably nervous about building again. However, working with the Perma team was a completely different experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Our fiberglass pool was ready in about a month, and we couldn’t be happier with the communication and the craftsmanship. The entire team was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to delivering quality. We’re excited to enjoy our pool for many years to come!

My pool was recently completed by Perma Pools and I couldn't be happier. The entire team from start to finish was very professional and hard working. One of the best compliments I could give is that their communication with me about the process was top notch! I would highly recommend Perma Pools!

Long overdue review, last spring we had our pool installed by Perma Pools. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, while yes there were some delays because of manufacturing due to Covid. From the moment the installation started we have felt like a valued customer - every crew member we have worked with from opening the pool to closing has performed exceptional work and been a joy to work with. One person really stood out for us. Warm weather finally arrived this week, my wife happened to text Neal, who was one of our favorites from last year. She asked him for a big favor, while we were scheduled for 5/4 opening, is there anything you can do to get us in this week. Guess who showed up at the end of his day. Once the chemicals set in, the kids were swimming in it today. It’s reassuring to work with a company that doesn’t forget about us after we made our final payment. I highly recommend Perma!

Just had our pool construction completed by Perma. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Pool looks fantastic, and we're very pleased with the result. A few things I liked about Perma: The communication during the construction process was constant. Great updates on status, and what was coming next. The Perma team were patient with my many questions. And they answered quickly with responses that made sense and left me satisfied. I also enjoyed the professionalism of all the Perma workers who came to my house; they were all friendly, would explain what they were doing They were happy to answer questions about the way they were installing their parts of the job which kept me informed. And finally the management team was great too. I had some special requests and they jumped all over them with fair and accommodating decisions. We're looking forward to our opening and pool school next spring. A job well done!

We were out of town when I got an alert about something going on with our pool. I text Neal (after hours on a weekend) and he came right over and took care of the problem immediately! His quick response gave us peace of mind while we were away. Neal is incredibly reliable, professional, and clearly cares about his clients. Highly recommend Perma Pools and especially Neal for outstanding service!

Perma Pools installed a fiberglass pool for us last fall. They were able to get started a little ahead of schedule and finished on time. We couldn't have been happier with the result.

Neil managed our project, and he was communicative throughout the entire process. Doug, George and Greg did great with the dig and plumbing. The concrete turned out fantastic after the pool was set, and then Wayne finished off the rough grade nicely. He was able to transplant a tree and large shrub for us as well.

Dan, the President, was also quick to answer questions and help as needed.

Overall, I would recommend Perma Pools to anyone looking for a great pool install experience.

The cover in the picture is dirtier than it normally would be as we had a lot of mud until we recently put sod down.

We are in Bloomington and had an excellent experience with Perma. From our first meeting with their sales rep, Ron, through to completion was a truly professional experience.

Ron was knowledgeable, prepared and not overly sales-ey. We enjoyed him.

Dan, the owner, is a great dude was very involved and provided great service and follow through.

Neal, the superintendent is ON IT! He runs a tight ship and a great crew. We were done weeks before I thought we would be. His crew, including Doug the lead excavator don’t mess around and even got our 16x38 fiberglass insert down our heavily wooded half mile long gravel drive with no issues.

We used Concrete Evolutions, one of their suggested concrete vendors that they helped manage and those guys are good. Incredibly hardworking crew that got us poured in one day with high quality results.

Virgil and our “pool school” trainer Paul were both excellent.

Overall we were highly impressed with their service, speed and execution. We’ve been swimming for three weeks now and the pool is really making this summer memorable.

    I absolutely recommend Perma.

    Perma is truly the best!
Their owner, Dan, project manager, Neal, and all of their subcontractors are amazing—professional, reliable, and great to work with. We were left stranded by another pool company halfway through our project, and Perma stepped in and got everything finished quickly and beautifully. We absolutely love the results and only wish we had chosen them from the start. Highly recommend—10/10 experience!
