We couldn't be happier with our new pool. It was impressive how quickly Doug and the dig team were able to get the pool in the ground. We expected to have some issues along the way but surprisingly nothing big came up. Weather caused a few slight delays but Neal communicated with us on new timelines and kept us updated. Shoutout to Ron and Concrete Evolutions for the color and design of our concrete. We are very pleased with how it all turned out.

We would highly recommend if you are in the market for a pool that you give Perma Pools a chance to earn your business!

Perma Pools completed installation of our fiberglass pool a few weeks ago. We are thrilled with our pool, and the installation went very well. Dan, Neal and crew were fantastic to work with and very quickly responded to any questions or concerns that came up. Our family is already having so much fun playing and swimming. My husband is a whitewater kayaker, and is thrilled to be able to practice rolling his kayak in our pool. I have had knee problems and numerous surgeries, and the workout I can get in the pool is already making my knees stronger. Our 3 year old twin granddaughters are really enjoying the large tanning ledge in our Corinthian 16. We highly recommend Perma Pools!

Living in downtown with tight access spaces into a backyard isn’t ideal for a pool, some local pool vendors may even tell you it’s impossible. However, after thorough research, planning, and interviewing three companies, we landed with Perma Pools and couldn’t be more pleased. Having three other friends who also partnered with them in the last two years also helped to see the quality first hand. But, they made the impossible possible and our new backyard speaks for itself!

From the initial meeting to design, and all of the work along the way, the team was incredible. They helped us pool-newbies navigate all our options, select the right options, learn and ask, and stay within our budget. We met every single person that came to the job site. The team was respectful of the property, neighboring priorities, thorough in communication and next steps, and gave us every bit of confidence that we made the right decision with Perma.

They helped make connections with an amazing landscaping team who worked incredibly well with the Perma team, scheduling, designing with and ultimately nailing the final product. Our concrete vendor was great and really nailed the decking and patio design. All connections Perma can make for you, making the process very seamless.

They really turned our dull backyard in downtown Indy into an oasis we didn’t think we could have, and in 46 days — 46! Granted we had awesome weather, but it shows their team’s dedication and commitment to their customers and the work they do. Special shoutout to Dan, Neal, Trent, Brian Sanchez, Rob, Charles, Juan, Connor, Wayne, and many more were missing but were equally as awesome to work with. Thanks team — Can’t wait to enjoy our new pool this summer!

Perma pool helped me out when my husband died. My original pool builder took my money and did not finish my pool. They said that even though they don’t normally do this. They would help me out because of the circumstances. They sis a superb job! And even now, when I need help with cleaning, they come quickly and on time. They close my pool and they also sell me my products. They are reasonably priced and

Thank you Perma Pool’s! We had a great experience having you install our pool from beginning to end! It started with Ron and after his presentation we knew we would be installing with Perma. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through our initial choices on the type of pool that best suited us. We ended up getting to do the install a month earlier than expected which gives us more time to enjoy it this season. Dan came out to discuss the install process and go over the choices we had made. His information was spot on and everything went just as he said. He kept in touch and checked on things throughout the process. Neal was our project manager and made sure everything went smoothly. He also referred us to a landscaper that we used and highly recommend! Doug was the team leader for digging and install. He is a master of his craft while excavating! Greg and George worked on plumbing, backfilling, and assisting to make sure the install was done timely. They pretty much had it wrapped up in 3-4 days. Ray and Rob along with many other dump truck drivers helped bring in rock and supplies while taking out dirt, debris, and a lot of roots! I didn’t get to see the pool cover install, but Juan and Conner stayed until 630pm making sure it fit right and looked good and was done in a day. Virgil was behind the scenes, but helped with many background items such as supplies, inspections, etc. We sincerely thank the entire team at Perma for creating spectacular pool and we’re thankful for the positive experience!

We had a great experience with Perma Pools from start to finish. Ron was very knowledgeable in the sales and planning process and Neal knocked it out of the park on the installation and project management. They installed right on schedule, but our new home was delayed so Neal pushed completion of the pool to minimize the time we would have to care for the pool before move in. Neal maintained the pool through completion and our vacation and did a thorough pool school. He has been super patient with questions and helpful even after completion. The staff at Perma has also been super friendly and helpful - Virgil and Maddi especially.

Great experience working with Perma Pools on our backyard build out! From the initial consult to the final pool school, they were all fantastic! We were also using a landscape company to do the landscaping portion and the entire process was very well coordinated. We never had to worry about each of the teams not knowing what was going on. They communicated every step of the way and made the whole project very seamless. All of the crews were amazing as well. Very courteous and extremely hard working. We’d use Perma Pools again in a heartbeat!

We installed our pool with Perma 2 years ago and had a great experience from day 1, but this review isn’t about the install (although we highly recommend the Perma Pools team if you’re considering installing a pool)…this is about overcoming a chemistry debacle with the help of the Perma Pools team. I’ve managed our chemistry myself for a little over a year now with no issues, until last week when all hell broke lose. I tried to figure it out on my own - following all the steps any pool owner would but nothing was working. I finally caved and went to visit the Perma Pools location on Michigan road for water testing. The team there was SO helpful! Tammy and Doug were patient with me, explained everything and why they were recommending things and how it would help etc so I felt like I had a good understanding of what I was doing not just doing it. Turns out I visited the store 6 days in a row for their help to get things back in order and every day I was greeted with the same kindness and willingness to help me get to the bottom of what was going on as the day prior. Had I been trying to manage my issues (ammonia) on my own I would have been in tears by the end of the week- but with Tammy and Doug’s help we were able to successfully overcome it and get things back in order and back to my perfectly clear (and ammonia free) pool! Thanks so much to Tammy and Doug for all of your help this week!!! Your kindness and patience with this amateur pool owner meant so much! We loved Perma Pools before this, but now we are Perma Pools lifers!!

My wife and I (and my whole family) have been extremely satisfied and happy with our experiences working with Perma Pools! I would highly recommend folks looking to Perma Pools if they are interested in getting a backyard pool.

We began conversations with Perma Pools for our back yard pool in mid January with Ron (salesman) came to our house to talk about ideas and brainstorming. Ron was very knowledgeable and walked us through numerous options and considerations. We started the conversation with a sense of how we wanted the overall appearance and style of our back yard pool set up, and Ron helped walk us through the ballpark of how that would work, as well as setting us up with a pretty detailed itemized approximation of what this would cost us.

Initially, we had hoped for a vinyl liner pool and Ron helped give us an appraisal for that, however, we quickly realized that a fiberglass pool fit our needs better, and without any difficulty, Ron helped provide us with a new estimate that worked well for us. And we decided to move forward with Perma Pool for a fiberglass pool.

On May 1st, we began construction, and prior to starting we got to meet with Dan the owner of the company and Neal the project manager a few times to get all the details set and in order. I felt that even before breaking ground, Neal was extremely accessible and easy to get a hold of for all of the minor and major questions that came to mind through the process, and his responsiveness and his straightforward ability to answer my questions really put us at ease, and made us confident in his capacity to run the show.

Throughout the entire process, the team was very timely and courteous, and were friendly. They answered many many questions I would ask (I was super curious about every step in the process), and they would educate me about the process and how it would impact the final result.

Obviously, putting a pool in is a major process and it expectedly destroyed parts of my lawn, but I would say that they did a really nice job keeping the area clean and free of debris otherwise. Also, they did a nice job avoiding collateral damage, for instance, they incredibly avoided hitting our sump pump line despite its very close proximity to the work area, and by avoiding hitting our house or fence with the pool and crane. Overall, we didn't run any any major (or minor for that matter) complications.

We also really liked the subspecialty teams like the concrete team and electrician teams. They worked super efficiently, and were extremely responsive to our requests and the specifics of our design.

The project was finished on May 31 (only 1 month)! At the end of the project, we felt we got the pool (and patio) that we had dreamed of, and that we got to the point with no complications or frustrations. We felt that Perma Pools did everything we asked of them, and did so kindly, efficiently, effectively, and in timely manner. Also, since getting the pool installed, they provide pool school to teach you how to care for your pool, and even provide free water testing at their office to make sure you keep the water chemistry stable.

My only regret for the project is that we didn't pick up the phone and call them sooner, as it was so smooth and pleasant. As I said before, I would highly recommend working with these guys as I feel they gave us a very high quality product at a fair price and at an exceptional pace.

We started our pool project in early spring with another company, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience — dishonest, wasted time, and wasted money. Finding Perma Pools was a night-and-day difference.

Dan (the owner) is friendly, honest, and upfront, which was exactly what we needed after our first experience. Neal, the project manager, was great to work with and kept everything organized and moving forward. Communication was clear, expectations were realistic, and most importantly, they did what they said they would do.

Perma Pools truly restored our confidence in the process. If you want a company you can trust to do things the right way, I can’t recommend them enough.

We could not be more thrilled with our new pool from Perma Pools. From beginning to end, these guys are pros. What a challenge it was to get that fiberglass pool around the corner of our house! Pool school with Paul was super helpful, scheduling chemical service with Christen went smoothly, and the pool guys that come each week are respectful and helpful week after week. A special shout out also to Ron at Concrete Evolutions for surrounding the pool with a perfect deck. Neil was right, the guy knows concrete! (Can you tell we're happy? :)) Did I mention that they got it done earlier than they promised? That too. Yes, we absolutely recommend Perma Pools.

We had a fiberglass pool installed by Perma last summer and couldn't be happier! As first time pool owners, we knew very little about the entire process. The design team took extra care in walking us through all of the different options and were extremely helpful in making sure all of our questions were answered. The install was quite a site to behold... Doug and his team (Greg, George, Rob and Charles) were amazing! They were extremely efficient, and the pool shell was in the ground and filled with water after only 2 days!! They were very welcoming of me hanging out and watching up close, and happy to answer any questions I had. In chatting with each of them, it was very cool to hear that each of them had at least 10-20 years experience installing pools.

Neal did a fantastic job managing the entire project, and we were swimming in less than 6 weeks from the start date!! He was genuinely happy to answer all of my questions and offered several helpful suggestions. Perma also took care of contracting Concrete Solutions to pour the concrete. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them as well.

Our pool was just a part of our backyard project, and Perma was able to recommend an outdoor design firm that they had worked with on several projects before. We were very thankful they put us in touch with them, as they worked well together, and collectively they turned our backyard into something better than we could have imagined.

We have dreamed of having a pool for years. We decided to go with Perma Pools, and are very happy with our experience. The crews were fantastic and very hard working- once they started, it was done in 30 days.
