CMH was fantastic to work with. We had large projects in which we received three quotes from reputable companies. Although they were all very comparable in cost, CMH was able to provide a 3D rendering of our projects that helped us visualize our ideas.

Our basement is approximately 1100 sq/ft which we turned into a spacious bathroom, gym, media center w/electric fireplace, dinning area, dry bar, and a wet bar. Our second project was installing a gas fireplace, media center surrounding the fireplace, new flooring, coffee bar, and cabinetry work to existing cabinets.

Brandon and Tori were able to adjust the renderings and swap options on the projects as well as give us their opinion based upon their own experiences.

Once the projects began, Nick our project manager, was extremely communitive and gave us weekly updates on the schedule. At any time, I was able to call/text him with any questions or discrepancies.

Our only hang up with CMH is that it did take slightly longer than originally expected. However, quality is top notch and we wanted them to take the time needed to adhere to both theirs and ours high standards and expectations.

My wife and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend CMH to anyone!

I can not express how happy I was with CMH through the whole process of finishing our basement. Just getting quotes from basement finishers felt like the wild wild west. CMH quickly separated themselves from the rest with their thorough attention to detail all the way from the quoting/proposal to the finish. CMH finished our basement about 3 years ago and did an amazing job. Very smooth process from beginning to end. No surprises along the way. What they quote you is the actual price you will pay unless you make changes along the way. All the subcontractors were very professional and cleaned up the site each day. Dane and his employee Bill did a nice job of upgrading my mitigation fan to a more powerful unit. Radon levels have dropped well below the safety limit.

Bought a digital radon unit and found readings as high as 5.87 in the basement. After GLR installed their radon abatement system the readings are below 1.9. It only took GLR less than 2 hours to install their radon abatement system. Thanks for the peace of mind in reducing the radon in the house.

GLR was the only vendor that answered my phone call on a Saturday. They did a quick replacement of the fan in less than 30 minutes. Price was competitive with others I called. I recommend Dane and his team.
