Aaron Lamiere was excellent in explaining the process and benefits. He did a thorough analysis of our property. We ultimately signed a contract for our gutters. Thank you.

I met with the sales person on Saturday, September 19 and signed the contract.

On Monday, September 21 Daniel came out and "did the job." There was no team, it was one person. All he did was clean out the gutters (the big debris only) and put the filter on sloppy (uneven, not fully covered, etc), and messed with the shingles on my roof.

Per the presentation and contract he was supposed to fully clean (all the dirt and debris not just the big leaves), fix, align, and seal the gutters. Nowhere in their scope of practice does it say that they touch/repair the roof.

I called the same day, Monday, September 21 to complain. I talked to the service person and they said they were sending my complaint to corporate. When I stated that I was probably going to cancel he stated that I was well in my rights.

On Tuesday, September 22 I get a notification that someone is at my home. It was Daniel (the original contractor) stating that he was coming to get the junk off my shingles. I was never contacted by anyone to even know that he was coming or if this would be acceptable.

I ended up talking to the manager Scott or Doug (I think that was his name). He told me that my only option was to let Daniel fix my roof because since I purchased it, it's mine. I told him that per the contract I can cancel within 3 business days. He stated to me not since they already installed it. I told him that's not what the contract says so I'll be talking to a lawyer. He stated oh well do what I gotta do then ended the call.

I was bullied and disrespected by this manager.

Didn’t even have to purchase the product to know the integrity and quality of this company. Sales rep came, did an “estimate” from the ground but then said my second story gutters were leaking ? Never brought a ladder. Sales rep comes in the house gives me a 30 min speech about the company then finally tosses a ridiculous price of $8k for the whole house then all of a sudden pulls a random discount out of nowhere when I declined and it’s now $4k? Very very shady. Biggest lie they will tell you is that you will never have to climb a ladder again or clean your gutters. Common science when we was showing me how the gutters work at my sink is leaves and small debris can easily clog the mesh holes and then no water can seep in which will cause their $8k gutters to leak. You still have to go up and clean the debris clogging up the mesh holes. And I know their warranty doesn’t cover that. I let the salesman finish and never associated again. Got quoted 1/4 the price elsewhere. My whole point is just be honest with the price first, don’t pressure, and provide expected issues or faults you can expect rather then never clean it again.

Very knowledgeable over the leaf filter system. Really educated me for sure over it. Hands down great job and awesome young man. I highly recommend Shawn F to anyone wanting this system.

My experience was excellent. Dominic was very thorough with evaluating my gutters and my situation. The representation was very clear and precise, I was grateful for the information.

The product looks good & is a very neat install. The installation team were excellent, cleaning out the gutters & hauling the mess away, & even adjusting some gutters that were not draining correctly. Some gutters were 3 stories up or midway up the roof, so not an easy job, but there were no complaints from the team, 4 guys for 6 hours & I never saw them take a break. Very happy with the end result.

Was pleased with communication from start to finish. Our sales representative was good to work with and our installer did a great job. I wish the purchase of the service was easier and a set reasonable cost is available without having to negotiate.

The installer, Taw, did a very good job! He did the job in VERY high winds and it was dangerous! Actually, the company probably shouldn't have let him do it at all that day. We were worrying about him and his safety! Otherwise, he was friendly and did good work. My husband wishes the product could be bought by itself, without the warranty or their instalation, for barns, sheds and other outbuildings for a reasonable price. That would probably generate a whole new revenue stream for the company. Overall, we are very happy so far.

Shawn F was wonderful and gave me the best deal possible. If you get gutter protection ask for Shawn!

Brad, our installer did an excellent job in tough conditions with the snow. He was very respectful of our property. He took pictures so we could see the finished product.

Shawn Footman came to my house with 10 inches of snow on the ground and walked around getting exact measurements and doing a full inspection of my current gutter situation. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and well-spoken. The company and Shawn were willing to work within my budget without being pushy or trying to talk me into more than I can afford. The product is the best. Period.

March 1, 2026 Shawn Footman was the rep for LeafFilter. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had hands-on experience with installation. I was impressed that the product chosen as a best buy by Consumer Reports, however they are not cheap. That said, I did think the sales pitch was a bit pushy being given three choices with the cheapest being only valid for that day and the reason being that it was their slow time.

The job was scheduled for the next day. Steven arrived early and promptly went to work. The 1300 sq.ft. job took about 8 or 9 hours. He was friendly, answered any questions that I had, and made sure he cleaned up the area.

I gave 4 stars because I have yet to see them perform in a heavy rain.

The installation was a nice experience
Not sure yet how the filters will work as of yet but the installer ( Antonio McFarland ) was really nice and answered of my questions as he did the installation.
Then I had an issue not installation related and the two men that I dealt with handled the situation above and beyond!
Jeff Werner and Brian Brunell most positively took initiative and took care of my problem to my satisfaction.
When dealing with Leaf Filter if you ever have a situation that you need help with resolving any sort of issue .... either one of these two men will help you out with diligence and take the matter seriously to get it resolved.

Very happy I had Leaf Filter installed in the fall. Nick W. was able to get me a fantastic price for a product that will last. The installers were quick and professional. It was great not having to clean out my gutters for the first time since I purchased my home in 2010. This winter I had no ice buildup or issues with the heavy snow or freezing temperatures. I would definitely recommend adding this to any home.

From the very first meeting, when the sales rep explained the product and the process, to the finished product, the experience was fantastic. The guys who did the installation, Oscar and Victor, were very capable and efficient and bonus, super friendly! The next day, it poured rain and it was a beautiful thing to see the water flowing properly out of the gutters.
