Hoodz did a FANTASTIC job! The service techs were professional, polite and skilled! I am super satisfied with the customer service and performance. I highly recommend them!

A service tech from Hoodz came in to change our filters and turned on a burner which forced us to close the next day and air out the place (I'm grateful it was only that bad). When I spoke to a representative there he claimed it already smelled of gas when he arrived and that our linen delivery driver also said it smelled of gas, but when I reached out to the linens driver he said he had no such interaction. The office manager I spoke with was courteous, but the other representative I spoke with was quite hostile on the phone. I was also still charged for the visit.

I was looking for a new vendor to maintain the commercial kitchen exhaust hoods in three facilities. I met with Marcus, with Hoodz of Central & Northeast Indiana and received a very comparable price. I scheduled his crew, they arrived as scheduled and did an amazing job. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

These guys are amazing. Polite, fast, there when they say they will be, and do amazing work. My floors are cleaner and smell better than they have in so long. I had a senior dog who passed away and have been sick myself with heart problems and they did an amazing job. They cleaned stains that have been there awhile and I’ve tried to clean but have been unsuccessful. They did a wonderful job and you won’t regret having them out, you will wish you had called them sooner. Their system is amazing and so much better than a home machine or one you could rent. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I needed to have both my front porch/sidewalk and patio/fire pit in the back cleaned, sanded and sealed. Also, a significant portion of my from pavers were heaving and needed to be reseated. In the end a lot of them had to be replaced. Alex was in charge of the job start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with both the service performed as well as him as a person. He always let us know what was happening and when he would be arriving. He was always here when he said he would be. We’re extremely happy with how he fixed our front space where is had heaved and sunken. I would highly recommend Perfect Paver Co. They get an A+ from us.

The job was completed in a very professional manner. Alex, the job manager was always friendly and courteous. He kept me informed of all scheduling in advance, and he was always right on time. He explained everything about the job as it was being done, and the patio turned out great.

They stand behind their work and will make things right

Stay away from this company if you are in Indianapolis area. Overpriced, inexperienced and unprofessional employees. TJ quoted us 2300 to improve a drainage issue and redo the sand with cleaning and sealing of less than 2 year old
Pavers. He identified the wrong location of where the pavers needed to be regraded on his estimate and when we brought this to his attention he agreed he was in error and returned a second time during heavy rain so he could see the issue for himself when water was actively pooling. This confirmed where the problem was. While the dimensions were actually less compared to what he thought, he raised the quote to 5500 and stated all the pavers needed to be redone in order for them to confidently move forward. He began demonstrating insulting remarks, stating we had asked for “perfection” in the paver repairs when we never stated or implied such, and despite the company’s own name, indicated if we wanted them to be “laser perfect” it would cost us more now. We tried to understand where he was coming from but his insecurity and ego took over. We parted ways only to be contacted by their customer service manager Emily who apologized and wanted us to give them another opportunity to make it right. We respected that and agreed. She sent out Joey, who visited our home now for a third visit and then presented a quote of 7700. While he was more knowledgeable and professional than TJ, he also made odd remarks such as “I can read people really well” … “you are someone who wants things clean I can tell”… etc. The man met me for 5 minutes and was acting as if he knew me… it was awkward and uncomfortable and felt like he was smelling the air for money. After sharing TJ’s first quote was 2300 and his was near 8000, he asked us to rewind and forget TJ’s quote essentially. This made no sense. Honestly such a waste of our time and I highly recommend if you have a large home in the north side of Indianapolis just keep strolling right past this company and find another local provider who knows what they’re doing. Other quotes we have in hand now do not exceed 3K which tells us where the market is on this job. Huge gap; and painful and frustrating experience to say the least .

The 3 step process did exactly what it was supposed to do. I am very happy with the results. The weeds are all gone!

Everything went well with our paver project. The Perfect Paver team was very responsive, the salesperson who priced our project was very helpful and provided valuable insight. An added bonus was that our project was completed faster than the 6 week lead time we were quoted when we signed the proposal. The technician, Zac, was extremely responsive in setting up the time for our cleaning/stripping, sanding, and sealing, even providing real time GPS updates for his arrival. Zac did a terrific job on our patio; it looks new again. We have now dealt with 4 different paver service companies. Perfect Paver is the best, by a wide margin. We will definitely use them again when the time comes.

What a great experience. Our 12 year old patio looks like new. The work was done professionally and ahead of schedule. Communication was timely and PP over delivered on the quote and my expectations. I highly recommend you trust your business with PP
