Walked through a home just purchased with Alison and asked for a deep clean of bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, walls and windows as they were pretty filthy from last resident. Made it a strong point about the windows. Her crew came out and did great in my bathrooms. Kitchen was good too. The walls weren’t wiped down and the windows which was my biggest thing were missed. I let her know. Took a while to hear back but she said they can come back. I said please. Took a long time to hear back and by time o did, my mother was already cleaning them for me. I asked how much I owed and by the next day when I didn’t hear I just paid the who amount we talked about even though job was not complete. By time she got back with me I told her no worries on coming back. I should’ve known considering who referred me to her. Will not be recommending or calling again……RESPONSE. Alison are you going to sit there and call me a liar? We talked about the walls. You said I have a swifter type thing we can use to wipe them down. No?! I have my receipts. Photos and everything. You got paid full price for a half job. I shouldn’t have sent you the money at all. Either way, I have my proof and am not going to go back and forth anymore. You did a crab job. Own it.

Alison and her team has been cleaning my home and windows for over three years now. They are trustworthy and reliable and do an excellent job always! Highly recommend!

I have been using Allison and Gomez Cleaners for a couple of years now and they are AMAZING!!! They are so thorough and always do the little extra touches that make my house feel special when I get home! We have them clean weekly as well as we have had them do move out cleans, pre move in cleanings , deep cleanings, and their window services! They are great at at everything and very well priced! We had Alterra Pest Control out yesterday to spray both the inside and outside of our home. The representative Kyle L. was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was doing and was personable. Thanks Alterra!

Just decided we have had it with all the spiders and bugs, time to do something else. Glad Alterra could give us that 'bug be gone feeling'. I have been with another pest control company for over 12 years but Alterra gives us that guarantee if we see anything creeping or crawling they will return for a free return visit. Brad Sadenkamp was very easy to work with. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and what results we should expect. So far the service from this company has been excellent. From the salesman, Brigham, to the serviceman, Brad, we have been very pleased.

Tony Baker of Alterra came and provided pest control service on 6-27-15 and did an outstanding job (WOW) of explaining everything that he was going to do since I was a brand new customer. I appreciated how professional and detailed he was along with being very courteous.

These guys talked me into trying them while canvassing the neighborhood, I normally don't bite on a door to door sales pitch, but I'd heard of them and thought they were reputable. They offered a deep discount on the first service if you signed up for quarterly (99 dollar) treatments. While it was nice not having to worry about it, their service did nothing for the spiders or silverfish (probably because the wouldn't de-web the crawl space) and the ants needed re-treatment and are already back. All the staff I interacted with were super-friendly, professional, and arrived on time, but ultimately the product isn't worth what I paid for it.

Service Pro Aaron was very friendly. He was knowledgeable and thorough. The job he performed was highly satisfactory. All questions I had were answered completely and the responses were easy to understand. Everything was explained and he did not leave until he was absolutely sure everything was done to my satisfaction. A good representative for the company.

Blake B. serviced our home today for the first time after the initial treatment. He is a very nice young man, and was so thorough. He took care of all the cobwebs on the house, wiping down the eaves and window frames. We showed him the only location that continued to have ant activity, and he showed us where the ants nested, then treated that area. Blake explained everything he did. Great job.

Dustin Stehr done a great job. He was very polite and professional in treating our home. This is a great company to recommend for treating your home for pest removal. He explained all the details to me, and we do not have any smells in our home from the treatment. Dustin treated our landscape as well, this guy was very courteous and he really knew his job. Today was the initial day for Alterra to come out to my home. Taylor and Derrick did a phenomenal job of explaining what they were going to do and after treatment, reviewed what they found and what they did to treat the area. Both gentlemen were very professional and showed pride in being part of the Alterra Company.

Service technician Dan serviced our home for insect control treatment and his work was very clean, efficient and effective. He appeared to be pleasant and easy to talk to. I am very satisfied with his work and most importantly, the treatment worked. Keep up the good work, Dan!

Javan was excellent! He gave us a complete report on our pest problems and where they might be getting in the house. He was very courteous and careful to treat safely in our back yard where we have an in-ground pool. Bryson, who came out the day before to explain the company and the services was wonderful, too. Great service.... and the price is right, too!

Jason Wall came out today for our initial visit and I was very pleased with his service. He explained everything and verified what needs we would like addressed. We've always handled any pest problems on our own with spray in the fall to keep bugs out with cold weather, but recently found a beehive up under our shingles. Jason completed the service and let me know exactly what had been done. He also gave me an idea of what we would see happening in the coming weeks and what to do with any additional questions or concerns. Very happy with our first visit and I feel very informed for what we will see happening with our quarterly visits. Thanks Jason!!

We just had our first visit with Alterra. Dan and Jordan were very friendly and finally got rid of the webs and nesting areas in the eaves that I've been asking our other company to do for over a year. As long as they keep up this level of service, we'll be happy customers.

I showed him a hornets nest at the highest peak of our roof and he went up there an took care of the issue even though I thought it was dormant! My pests were serviced by Derrick today. Brett and Derrick were very professional and polite. The details of the treatment/service were explained to me, price was within reason...my bee nests are gone and I was assured if I continue to have spider issues...they will be back out to take care of them. Pleased with the service!
