We just received our first service and Brad S. did an amazing job!!! He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me since my husband, Keith Jackson, was the one that set it up with Derek Moellmann (who I spoke to this morning- he also went above and beyond to help me). Very grateful they both took care of our house, we will both recommend this to our families, friends, and co-workers. Thank you!!!!

We had our first Alterra treatment today. I was very pleased with the the technician Thomas. He was very friendly & courteous. He did a very good job of explaining everything & performed everything in a very professional manner.

Alterra was great- aggressive pricing, came to my door to offer a discount because their truck was making rounds at other houses in the area the next day. Brad S. was on time, polite, quick, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with his work before leaving. No bugs anywhere on my premises after the spray- even after they told me that activity might increase right after a treatment. Cheers to the WOW! factor.

Joshua M. came out for out initial pest control service today. He showed up ON TIME and worked to make sure all of the webs were knocked down, and the area was sprayed and treated well. He was very nice and answered any questions we had. He worked quick and thorough! Great job! I highly recommend them. I'm really looking forward with having this company treat our home, everyone we have talked to so far has been wonderful!

I am a new customer to Alterra and Jordan C did an awesome job on my house today! He showed up and was incredibly professional as he explained the contract to me and outlined the services he would be providing. Tony B our service pro and Connor the sales rep did a fantastic job on not only giving us the right price on Alterra services , but they also were very personable and kind. My wife and I were very pleased with their explanation of the service and giving us an idea of how it will help with pest control for the life on the home. We are very excited to be their client and have their service to keep the pests out!

Our service rep, Ian S., did such a great job at our quarterly pest control service. He took special note of my concerns with carpenter bees and spiders in the cracks. He did a thorough job of de-webbing my outdoor living areas, as well. We love Alterra and all their service reps are great!

Dan visited my house recently and he was very professional, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and was very thorough. I've been using Alterra since the summer and my last guy Mark was great too.

I live in a heavily wooded area and we see it all in terms of bugs. These guys kept them away (interior and exterior) and we rarely see spiders, ants, etc...

I highly recommend using them.

I like Alterra as a company because the do a great job, and they are thorough, and I don't have bugs in my house, which sounds simple, but that's the bottom line, and why I pay for the service. Kristin came out today and did a wonderful job checking the place. She was kind and nice to my kids, and even to my dog, who can sometimes spook visitors. But what really got me was was that she was also really enthusiastic and joyful about doing her job, which just really surprised and impressed me. I like doing business with people who show enjoyment in doing their job, and with companies who bring it on. Thanks for sharing the Joy!

Nate was the service professional that came to our house for our initial consultation and treatment. He was extremely thorough in talking to us about the company and in the treatment he provided. He spent a lot of time with us, wasn't rushed, and made me feel like he really wanted us to be 100% satisfied with him and what Alterra could do for us. He fulfilled all of our requests and seemed more than willing to go above and beyond. He listened to my kids and their requests to kill any spiders in our basement. :-) After being less that satisfied with other pest control services, I have a very good first impression of this company and think I will be very happy with the services and treatments. We have used a previous commercial pest service in the past with basically satisfactory results but not so satisfactory service. The Alterra sales rep was very informative and patient with answering the questions I posed. We signed up for service and our Alterra "service professional" Jordan C. arrived on time (actually within the first 10-15 minutes of our time range) and was extremely courteous and informative. He reiterated much of what had been explained by our sales rep and explained where he would be performing his work and what to expect. Prior to leaving, he went over what he did, where certain elements were and explained what to look for over the next week or two so that we could better determine if a follow-up (complementary) service would be warranted prior to the next service visit. Although we are new customers, we feel confident that we have made the right decision choosing Alterra as our pest control service. - Jennifer L

I have been using Alterra since last summer, and have been very pleased with the results. Steve arrived bright and early on a very cold frosty morning and went straight to work, cleaning around the eves of the house - to me a very important place to clean - great place for spiders to hang out! He was very thorough and the cold didn't seem to phase him - all of the property boarders were covered and his job was finished in a timely manner.

We are always so impressed with our service from Alterra. Today we had Blake Brill, and he was excellent! He checked in before he started to identify our problem areas. He also noticed that we had "critter" problem and took the initiative to set the right traps and explain them to me. We really appreciate that Alterra not only deals with bugs but helps address critters too! We appreciate the great customer service we always receive, and we most definitely appreciate a pretty close to bug free home :)

Did an amazing job on my carpet. really recommend them

As a vendor for this company, I am still awaiting payment on 2 bills from December 2018. Our company rendered services as requested and still await payment for those services. Calls, emails are ignored.

Nathan did such an amazing job at my residential! My carpet was extremely dirty due to children and my pets. My carpet smelled wonderful and had so much for life. Absolutely 5 stars for me !
