Demond arrived on time and explained all of my options after seeing what work we needed done. He did a great job cleaning our sectional and dining room rug and took two other rugs with him that needed to be cleaned in the shop. He was very knowledgeable and used the techniques and chemicals that were appropriate for each item. I received a prompt estimate on the rug work once they were received at the shop, and they even followed up with me to be sure they answered any questions I may have. When my rugs were done, they promptly notified me and delivered them. The two men who delivered them were personable and eager to please. Highly recommend.

I took 11 oriental rugs of various sizes and ages to be cleaned. Michael, Noah and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are self proclaimed rug geeks and it shows. Noah was able to give me some information about the rugs that I did not know. I have not had a chance to unroll each rug but the ones I have look wonderful. I'm sure they do a good job. I took in an old oriental rug. I said it's old, you won't shred it up will you. He said they wouldn't. They didn't, but the edges are noticably more frayed. But it is an 80-100 year old rug. Just thinking a gentler touch might have been better.

Nick arrived on time and was friendly. He placed plastic shields around wall corners so the hoses wouldn’t damage the walls. He did a great job cleaning the carpet. He finished the job of cleaning 3 rooms in 1 hour. Thanks, Nick!

I have very stained white linen sofa that I wasn't sure about and Technician Nick took a look at it and assured me that it still had a lot more life in it and after he worked on it for about an hour, the sofa looks remarkably better. Nick was very informative and a true fabric professional, so glad that I called Sani-Bright!

I can't explain how great this company is. I called and they got me in the next day. Donnie came out and was super transparent about what treatment would work the best for my situation. After my ok on the work he instantly got to it and addressed all the problem areas. The carpet looks and feels amazing! I will never use a different company!

We had an old 7 ft. wool runner rug (and a similar 3ft. throw rug) that got wet and the back delaminated. Both were cleaned and a new felt backing replaced. Did not take long, results were great and price was reasonable.

My ancient cushions (30 years old) have never had to face the outdoor weather, but they get the sun every day of the year and they have been sat on and spilled on again and again. I was so pleased with the refresh they received when Sani-Bright cleaned them for me. Much less expensive than replacing the cushions and they are ready for another few years on my enclosed sunroom.

Donnie did a great job and removed several stains where our dog had vomited. Everything looked new and fresh. It was a very humid day so it took extra time to dry but we are happy with the final results.

Our rug was delivered and laid down, then the men moved furniture off two living room rugs they had delivered earlier so they could slightly adjust those rugs’ placement. They then moved all the furniture back on. And all done efficiently and carefully. Great job!

Great communication about arrival time which was very accurate. Donnie, the technician who did my carpet cleaning, was great. We surveyed the two rooms to be cleaned and discussed the areas that needed extra attention. I was very pleased with the result and the time it took. Today my wool area rug was delivered after cleaning. Daniel and the other person with him were courteous, professional, and very patient getting furniture back in place and my room set up again. They worked at getting the rug placed just the way I wanted it. 5 out of 5 stars for both of them.

Now on to the cleaning job. In a word - spectacular. There were years of spills on the rug. I didn’t have high expectations, and it came back looking brand new. 5 out of 5 stars. Price charged was very reasonable for pick up, cleaning, and delivery. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this company. I rescued an old dirty oriental rug that's 12.2' x 8.5' and it had some moth damage. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very skilled in their field. They were able to repair/restore the damaged area. It could be re-woven or colored in. I choose the latter. The cleaning and restoration is amazing given its original condition. Personally I feel the cost-quality balance is aligned because of the remarkable finished product.

Great experience start to finish. Note: we have white carpet, two large dogs and a baby. Since moving into our new home 6 months ago one if our dogs has been sick and soiled the white carpet 5 times, so we were very concerned about how much services would cost and whether it would be effective.

When I first called Sani-Bright they answered all of my questions clearly and with no games. They gave me a reasonable quote and were able to schedule my service promptly, the very next day. The technician, Demond, called to inquire if he could come early since his previous appointment had finished early, and I was glad of it. When he arrived he was professional, courteous, informative, and he didn't play any games with the quote or pricing. The quote I was given over the phone was honored with no fuss. Demond was honest when assessing my carpets and told me certain things I thought needed more work actually didn't, and though he could have used the situation to upcharge needlessly he was instead honest. When he identified one spot in my carpet which did need extra care I wasn't surprised as it was a large visible spot in a high traffic area, but he assured me that it was still within what was covered by my quote so the price didn't change (he spent extra time on it and made sure we were satisfied with it before he left). Demond thoughtfully asked if anyone in the house had sensitivity to frangrances as the pet care product has a fragrance and he didn't want anyone to be uncomfortable. He was cautious around our furniture, ensuring that wood stains and fabric dyes wouldn't leak into the carpet from the moisture of the cleaning product. He was careful when bringing equipment into the house, around corners and upstairs, always ensuring he didn't scratch or dent anything, and was conscious of noise when passing certain rooms since our baby was napping. After completing each space he asked us to inspect his work to ensure our satisfaction. Demond is a consummate professional with knowledge, skill, efficiency, courtesy, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and friendliness. He is an asset to his company and we will absolutely be using Sani-Bright and asking for him for future carpet cleaning needs. Thank you for a great experience, Demond!

I had an oriental rug cleaned by Sani-Bright and it came out beautifully. A relative needed rug cleaning so I had them use Sani-Bright to clean their 4 rugs. They both picked up and delivered back the rugs, cleaned them beautifully and handled everything professionally . Thank you Sani-Bright!

I had a set of couch cushions that have been outside most of the year for the past 8 years. They were in great condition other than the fact they were stained. I brought them to Sani-Bright and they did a great job making them look like new.
