They were very professional and personable. This large, oriental rug is very old and is a family heirloom. They worked with me to find solutions for some repairs. The rug was cleaned, damaged fringe removed, and new bindings stitched on. All the work was completed a couple of weeks earlier than expected. I’m very happy to have the rug to enjoy for several more years.

We had a large area rug cleaned by Sani-Bright and were delighted by how great it looked when it was finished. We had a stain left after Christmas (combo of water and tree stand) and we could not see any trace of it at all. It only took about 2 weeks.

Really happy with having my 8 by 10 high pile rug taken away and cleaned by Sani-bright. It was really dirty and matted down from years of foot traffic and having it cleaned really restored it to looking fresh and bright again. Also great service and they were willing to move around to anything to get the rug in and out of the house. We tried other things like steam cleaning but this is more thorough process.

Unhappy with my experience. Paid about $300 for an 8x10 wool rug cleaning. The rug came back faded with patches of white residue in randoms spots and the edges are frayed. They said the backing of the rug came off while they were cleaning the rug so they opted to glue it back together. The glue job was done very sloppily and there’s globs of glue all along the backing of the rug. After having the rug home for about a week, I lifted up the rug and found that not all the soap had been washed out of the rug properly. My wood floors were covered in a white powder. I’m assuming this is why the rug looks faded and has patches of white residue on it. The rug clearly wasn’t rinsed well.

I recently brought in a rug I purchased from an estate sale, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This company is absolutely the shining example of friendly and professional. We experienced a flood from a faulty water softener and pur world was upside down for quite a while. The staff at Sani-Bright stepped in when it came to needing our rugs cleaned and took care of it all, from pick up to drop off! I was very pleased with the way my rugs came back. Clean and deodorized after having pet urine in them. I thought the price was a bit high but I needed to have this done and will use them again in the future. For expensive rugs it is worth it for sure!

Had 3 area rugs cleaned. Was able to drop them off and pick up on my own. Very reasonable and they look great, including one that had sat out on a porch for some time, and one from Sweden that the colors have been brought back to life.

My rugs were picked up for cleaning. The company asked for a review. I liked the pickup team, and they were very good, but the essence of “how did we do?” relates to how well they’ll clean my rugs - not how well they were picked up! So, requesting a review at this stage of the process is pretty silly.

Our two carpets hadn't been cleaned since purchased 10 years ago. They look beautiful and we are very pleased with the entire process. Everything was as promised and the young men who delivered did more than required.

As always, this company does an extraordinary job cleaning our rugs. The effects of two puppies on a primarily white rug were totally erased. The rug looks like new. They have previously done a wonderful job cleaning and repairing some vintage oriental rugs for us. It is great to know they are there, and unfortunately, thanks to our pups, we will definitely be using their services again.

I've been using this company for rug cleaning for several years, and they've always done a great job. They are extremely courteous, from the salespeople to the deliverymen, and they have a lot of knowledge about oriental rugs.

We dropped off our large, wool area rug for cleaning. We had bought the rug used (it is over 30-years old) and it just plain smelled. We weren't' entirely sure why it smelled or what the specific odor was. I was nervous they wouldn't be able to get rid of the smell because every at-home treatment I tried made it worse! The Oriental Rug Cleaning team was professional, helped me carry the rug inside, and returned the rug within the stated time. I was amazed by the results. Our rug was so soft, the smell was completely gone, and the trim was white! I thought the trim was tan...that's how dirty it was! I will definitely use them again in the future as needed.

I had two large area rugs cleaned here! I liked that I got a discount if I brought the rugs in instead of them picking up the rugs. They did a great job in the time frame promised. Everyone is very nice!

Prompt and professional service. I've had 6 rugs cleaned here, ranging in size from very small to the largest in our home. Not all nasty stains will come out. But they do an excellent job. We've been consistently pleased with these people and the quality of their work.

We cleaned five area rugs to have fresh rugs in our new home. Each one looks BRAND NEW like the first day we purchased! One rug came with braided tassels but they had almost all come undone over the years. Someone re-braided all of them after it was cleaned and it is perfect! This service is worth every penny and I will take all our rugs here from now on.
