Our dog had a major accident on our area rug. Oriental Rug Cleaning of Indy did a fabulous job. We had pick up and delivery, an extra charge, but worth it to us. Every person involved in the process were friendly and professional. Our rug looks like new! All pet smell gone. Pricey but perfect results.

We didnt hold out much hope for the 2 area rugs we took to be cleaned. We had repeatedly used our at home carpet cleaner with dismal results. We were so pleased and SURPRISED with the way they turned out. Both rugs have been returned to almost brand new status. The staff was amazing and friendly! I definitely and highly recommend this business!!

Sani-Bright & Oriental Rug Cleaning did a perfect job cleaning my large wool area rugs. The rugs came back looking beautiful and like new! And every interaction with the team was positive. Scheduling is super pleasant. The young men who picked up and delivered the rugs are professional, careful, and polite to a fault. Best humans ever. I have hired this company many times and I will never use anyone else. Why would I?!

My rugs are saved! My home is filled with gorgeous Oriental rugs from my travels. They fixed the many years of wear and tear in my pieces, and have also deeply cleaned and waterproofed my rugs, as I also have many animals in my home. The folks are always so friendly, and are super knowledgeable about the ancient art/culture of rugs. I have custom rug mats now made for everything, and I am so, so grateful for their expertise - and saving my pieces of art. Thank you!!

I highly recommend this company for cleaning and repairing your special rugs. I had an old Moroccan Glaoui carpet that I'd bought many years ago in Morocco. It was stained and my puppy had chewed a hole in it, so the rug had been put away in a cupboard for a long time. They assessed the state of the rug and decided it was definitely worth repairing. They also discussed how the colors of the rug would hold up during the washing process and the possible risks. The end result was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable. Recently I returned with a modern Egyptian rug that my daughter had bought in Cairo. It was badly stained, and again this company produced excellent results for a very reasonable price.

Oriental Rug Cleaning did a beautiful job cleaning our predominately off-white 9 x 13 rug. Definitely see such an improvement from when we dropped off.

My old dog accidentally peed a large amount on an area rug. I tried cleaning at home with a carpet cleaner without any success. I went to Oriental Rug Cleaning and am shocked at how fresh and new my rug smells! It seems like a brand new rug!! I would highly recommend!

As usual, they did a great job cleaning various wool rugs. Also had them mend the corner of one that was damaged. Previously, I had a Turkish rug that needed serious repairs and they handled that as well as sewing velcro hanging strips to the back so that it could be hung on my wall (museum style). No complaints.

I had a large wool area rug cleaned. It was picked up and returned quickly and the rug is perfectly cleaned. Noah and CJ took the time to make sure it was put back exactly as it should be and were very careful moving furniture.

Great company. Pleased with the entire experience. We requested the premium pick up and delivery service. We also requested that our rug be stored for an additional few months for a very reasonable fee. So here’ s the thing that makes them stand out in the customer service arena. The rug looks brand new after 6 years of foot traffic without any cleaning. Michael who answers the phone is extremely easy to deal with, here is the kicker, the two gentleman that delivered the clean rug and set it up were two of the most mannerly, personable guys I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and having in my home. Aaron and CJ were knowledgeable about rugs, they followed directions and moved furniture and laid our rug with great care and were just really nice guys. By the time they left, we wanted to invite them back to have dinner with us on the patio. You just don’t get this kind of service anymore. If your looking for someone to treat your rug like it’s a piece of furniture and actually look forward to working with delivery people who are just all around good people, this is the business you want to work with. I have never been so compelled to write a review. Happy race weekend everybody, stay safe.

Amazing work. We had urine stains on a beautiful and expensive wool rug due to fostering a dog. The work was amazing. The urine stains are gone, the smell is so clean and the rug looks like new. Great service and excellent work.
