This company came in and cleaned my home right after I lost my best friend in the home, the man who cleaned my couch Allen found one of my best friends socks in the couch and got rid of it before I could have a second thought, this listened to me cry, Chester was very polite and Jim the owner God Bless them All!!! Jim has showed so much compassion reaching out to me to make sure I am okay. This company is the best! Stephanie Anthony and Shawn are great too!!!!! Great people we are blessed to have this company. They were my angels. I will never go or use anyone else!!!

I work for a moving company in Akron, OH and we moved a customer to Indianapolis. During the move, there was some upholstery that became dirty. I called Jim to discuss his services and assistance. Right from the initial phone call, Jim was nothing but extremely helpful! He was able to contact my customer and set up a time for the cleaning very promptly! Before I knew it, Jim had the cleaning complete and my customer was extremely satisfied! Jim was helpful, informative, professional, prompt, and a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I would highly recommend Coit. They came out last minute to clean the carpet on a house we were trying to sell. The carpet was 7 years old and they re-vamped it! I was very impressed. We just called and scheduled to have them clean the carpets at a house we are moving into. Zigmund was our technician and he was the best serviceman I have ever had come to our house. Respectful and polite!

I was referred to Coit by my brother who uses them all the time for his house rental company. I was seriously impressed!! When the technician came, he talked me through what he was going to do and went into detail about the trouble spots on the carpet. After he was done the carpet looked AMAZING and my house smelled so good!! This carpet looks brand new! You will be extremely pleased going with this company! FACTS!

I don't like the way they do business. They gave an estimate on the phone. When technician come, he said the quoted price is only for the steam clean, not including any shampoo or chemical. so the new price was about triple the price they gave me over the phone.
Not honest people, don't deal with them.

Hired COIT for a cleaning job a couple years ago. They were NCNS on the day they were scheduled, and when I called to cancel and go with a different company the owner called back multiple times to harass us and beg for the job back. Weird.

Jose was super friendly and did a great job cleaning our dryer vents! They were pretty terrible but we feel more rested knowing he cleaning them thoroughly.

Super easy booking online... Scheduled for a technician to come out and give an estimate AND complete job on same day. This was key because I'm rarely at home for multiple service dates. Received an email stating I would get a call the day before with a more precise time window for the job. No phone call. Contacted the company on day of scheduled service. They appeared caught off guard by my phone call and appointment, asked how I booked, then said they couldn't do service that day... Only an estimate. If you are going to schedule, make sure you call them by phone. It appears their online booking is either not accurate or no one checks it. The gentleman on the phone also insisted that estimates need to be done first, and service should not be done on the same day. Then why advertise that on the website and allow it to be booked??

Allen was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough and professional job at both our old house and our new house. He was prompt for the appointment and easy to talk to through the entire process. I would recommend Carpet Clean Indy for their customer service and affordability.

I called Saturday late morning hoping I could get an appointment for Monday but they were able to work me in Saturday evening! On time, very polite, and did a fabulous job. We had stains and high traffic areas that I can't even see anymore! Also deodorized and sanitized our carpets so it smells great also! Very reasonable pricing.

COIT is amazing! BACA Z is very happy with our carpets and tile! Jim is so responsive, the scheduling process is quick and easy, they are time flexible and the team did an amazing job on our carpets they look brand new! They took away huge spots that had been there for a couple years and after our service Jim stopped by the company to make sure we were happy with how everything turned out. We recently had our ceramic tile and grout cleaned by Coit. The entire experience was seamless starting with the initial visit in which the cleaning process was explained, our questions were answered, and we were told upfront the exact cost of the service. Two days later two technicians arrived and, within an hour or so, our kitchen and foyer areas looked 100% better! The servicemen were both personable and professional, and we would certainly recommend Coit to anyone who asks! We also plan to use them again in the future for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.

Called several cleaning companies to clean tile floors in side entryway, kitchen & bathroom of my son’s Broad Ripple rental. Only COIT took the job. Jim Hamed was very cordial & professional. Using the online form they estimated the cost which was under $200 and the 2 employees (Oscar & Walter) did a great job. They also sealed the grout and the cleanup was 👍. We had never used pros for cleaning our 10 yr old tile floor. Surprised how much they got cleaned (90%)! Very happy 😀 and highly recommend this company. And we’re planning to use them more often. Hot steam with power floor machines work! Our vinegar & elbow grease didn’t cut it🤪.

Used this company to clean my dryer vent. There prices were quoted at approximately $159 to $200. The gentleman that came told us we had a bird nest in the vent. He stated the cost would be $425. He said it could take 5 minutes to 30 minutes. As it turned out was only about 10 minutes. Feel we were way overcharged and won't be using this company again. The gentleman who completed the work said he has been doing this for years. He had to know how long it would take and stated he just didn't charge us as much as the previous customer. Not much comfort.

I have dirty dark tile and medium color grout that has gotten dirty over time. Our carpet is year old but had some dirty spots. I had Nick do an estimate and he sounded like the grout would look better. we have small living room and 1/2 a dining area used as office. Stairs and short hallway. I can't believe I said yes to a quote of $775.00. They were here about 50 minutes. I found several carpet spots not cleaned. He recleaned those. The grout looked worse but he said the grout was old. In cleaning it took off top layer of grout in many places. The tiled kitchen and large entry was left very wet to air dry. When it did. Residue was left and I had to use a wet swiffer and go over all the tile. Later I found a few spots on the stairs I don't remember seeing before. They were very friendly and worked hard but I was not at all satisfied with the company/products. Price was way to high but stupid me ok the work as I felt the tile and grout needed it. On the invoice copy all the writing was listed in the elite section? Is that the reason for the price? 50 minutes for $775.00. I had to chose a project in order for the review to go through but not enough choices for home advisor. I want my post here also

I am a new homeowner and my house needed some major updates and fixing. I called around a few places, and felt most assured with Coit. The person over the phone was very nice and gave me a great quote. The technician that came out fixed my tile and grout, carpet cleaning and air duct work. They were on time, explained everything to me they would be doing and the process. I am very happy with my services and would highly recommend! My carpets look brand new as well as my bathroom tile!

The team from COIT was meticulous in their approach, thoroughly cleaning each room. It was evident that they took the time to carefully move furniture and relocate any necessary items, ensuring everything was returned to its original position.

The past year has been challenging as I’ve been caring for an elderly family member, which has left me with limited time and energy to maintain my home as I would like. However, the team from COIT came to the rescue, taking care of the neglected areas and making my home look as if I had just moved in.

Jim from COIT has been super helpful and knowledgeable. He's advised my property manager to implement long term solutions instead of short term fixes. He identified an issue with the central air conditioning unit that an HVAC company failed to correctly identify. I think he's saved me money and stress while renting a house plagued by flooding, mold, and maintenance problems.

Jose was just the best employee you could ever hope for. COIT should always aspire to hire employees just like him.

* He did a walkthrough with me and then he told me step-by-step exactly what I could expect from today's service.
* He was polite.
* Before he reached the final item on his to-do list, he asked us to review all other items he had already completed.
* He was thorough.
* He labeled my furnace so we can track future appointments.
* He cleaned up his items and went about his way.
* AND... Two days after, Jose did a follow-up phone call to make sure we were pleased with the Air Ducts, Grout scrubbing and Carpet Cleaning he did.
(That last step prompted this review)
