My carpets have not been professionally cleaned in years and Nick from zerorez did a great job. Fast and friendly service. Great job.

We have kids and dogs so I was not sure that we could bring these carpets back to like new condition. I’d had a bad experience with Stanley Steamer and couldn’t do a good job with a store bought carpet cleaner. To my surprise the carpets look brand new after zerorez came through. The technician, Nick was great. Very thorough and explained what he was able to accomplish. I was able to get service in under 72 hours at a very competitive price. Easy appointment window and Nick communicated when he would arrive. Will definitely use Zerorez again.

I felt the need to edit this review because while they did do a good job, a cleaning solution was spilled on my rug (by complete accident) and has stained and ruined it. I notified them and kindly asked for follow up to getting the problem resolved. That was a month ago. I have now called 4x and each time have been told that someone would call me to get it taken care of. Still no call back. And my rug is ruined. I will never use this company again. Terrible customer service.

Quick to schedule, courtesy reminder call prior- friendly staff gave accurate quote and options so we could plan prior to clean. Adonis was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient and did a great job meeting our cleaning needs and provided great service despite our high-traffic & very stained carpets from 2 little boys. Right on schedule, punctual. We vacuumed prior and chose to move our furniture out as well and were very happy with improvement (added stain treatment options). Took around 2 hrs for 4 heavily stained rooms and large stairway. We allowed extra time to dry overnight due to extra high humidity that day but in non-August conditions it likely would have dried within the 4 hr recommended dry time. Not sticky or residue after. Would highly recommend.

The technician was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do. My carpets look great, I'm adding my stairs, they look wonderful!! I'd definitely recommend you give Zerorez a try.

Kenny our tech showed up on time (even a few minutes early and texted us that info), explained it all and then did tile floors/grout as well as upholstery on sectional, swivel chair, six dining room chairs and a bench. Very happy with quality.Kenny was super.

Arrived right on time, completed a thorough walk-through, and provided an updated quote that was fair and transparent. The work was carried out professionally, and the results are outstanding—truly everything you could hope for from a carpet cleaning service. On top of that, he was exceptionally polite and friendly. Truly the best in the business!

Chad S did a phenomenal job with our carpet, kids plus cats and dogs had done a number on our high traffic areas. He was thorough and explained what to expect after the carpet was cleaned as well. Definitely recommend.

The technician was VERY polite and explained everything he was going to do and gave me a few additional services from which to choose. We appreciated the fact that he didn't rush the job and checked and double checked his work before asking our approval. By the way, he cleaned our loveseat and the arms of our other 2 pieces of furniture. GREAT JOB!

We’ve never had much success with carpet cleaners in the past. However we went out on a limb and gave Zerorez a try. I’m still in shock! The technician Chad was very professional and polite. Such a nice young man, my wife asked a ton of questions and he took the time to answer them all. Great guy who did an awesome job. A picture is worth a thousand words. We had almost forgotten that our carpet was green. Thanks Zerorez, You’ve pulled us from the flames.

I had Zerorez do my master bedroom carpet last time and it was cleaner than any other time before. Plus the carpet was left so soft again. Something about ionized water. Anyway, I was delighted so I had them back this year.

The technician today was Jaylin, who was such a nice man. He was very considerate to my peculiar circumstances this time and worked with me to accomplish what I needed. He was also knowledgeable and very thorough taking his time to do a beautiful job!

Got a pet mess on your carpet? No problem! We've recommended Zerorez to our big family to tackle pet messes and more! Dustin is fantastic and is the best technician for the job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I also love their satisfaction garentee. Our pet mess was bigger than what we thought and could see, but the smell was slightly there if you put your nose to the area. Dustin came back to fix it for us. Free of charge! Now I feel confident that our kitty will not go back to that area and I don't have fear of smelling ammonia.

Nick called ahead and was able to come to our house early which was great. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. He worked quickly and everything was done very well.

Made the main areas like new again, and brought some life back to older carpet, very prompt and a heads up arrivell time. Courteous and knowledgeable carpet tech.
