I am very familiar with this industry and how things work. with that being said, I have not seen another company that does a better job. Tevin was very professional and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Top of the line equipment and service. I would never have another company clean my house again. Vents, upholstery, mattresses, tile and grout, wood floors, and even your dog bed. One stop shop.

I have used Zerorez several times to clean my carpet. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule your appointment online and the communication I receive prior to the job. My technician, Scott, did a wonderful job. He called prior to my appointment to make sure I knew what time he would be arriving and greeted me with a smile and a friendly demeanor. We did a walk-through of the rooms and hallway that I wanted him to clean and discussed any trouble areas I needed him to focus on. I had multiple stains throughout my carpet due to a foster dog that I had for a couple months. When the service was done, I could already tell a difference in the air quality and my carpet looked great! All of the stains were gone and my rooms smelled fresh with no heavy perfume odor. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely have them come back again! Thank you, Zerorez and Scott!

Quick and easy to work with. I had to reschedule and they made rescheduling easy. The guy that came out was professional and kind. Great company!

Brandon was our service technician today Brandon gets 5 star for his kindness and professionalism on Bethel Cove Drive.
The technician was great however our home now smells like animals and the concerned area of my carpet is still the same.
I feel I will spend more of getting rid of the animal scent than I did trying to clean my carpet.
If the company know you have animal owners this should be on one route.
Animal free owners should be on a separate route.
I now smell animals throughout my residency which I never smelled before.
Very dissatisfied!

I previously left a 5 star 🌟 review and that is still upheld for the service technician.
The 1 star review is for the overall outcome of our carpet.
The are with most concern still looks the same after the area is drying out.
Also now my home smells like animals.
It seems as though whomever carpet was cleaned prior to mine had animals and now I can smell their animals in my house.
I have tried to air out but still the over powering scent of animals rule my nostrils.
Very displeased in outcome.
If the company know you have homeowners with animals these clients should be on the same route.
If you have a animal free home this should be a separate route.
The company should ask clients if they are animal owners to better assign routes.
I feel I will pay more money getting rid of the animal scent than I did trying to clean my carpet 😤
