Update 11/13/22 (final update):
I never heard from Brad again or his manager. I did some research on Zerorez corporate and sent an email to the CEO and CFO. The CEO immediately responded and had his accounting department send me a $500 check for the painting work.

I don’t know why the local Zerorez branch was so difficult. Initially owning up to all the damage they caused, but then refusing to pay anything.

Bottom line, don’t use this company.

Update 11/01/22:
So I sent a quote from my painter to Ryan Curry (production manager). The quote was for sanding and painting the chunks of wood damage that they caused - $500 total. Unfortunately, my painter had made a mistake and left a page attached on his quote for some materials for a prior job he did. I received an email from Brad Kimmell (general manager) stating my estimate doesn’t align with the damaged noted. I called Brad and explained the error on the quote and to just disregard the pages that were sent in error. I tried to explain that the quote was on the first page and noted the work and paint materials. Brad insisted that I send a corrected quote and also stated that he would need to send his own painters for an estimate. I asked who/what painting companies he used but he could not tell me. He just said “he had a couple companies” and he would need to send one of them.

Now why would I let his painters come to my house for a quote? Why would I trust them - after all, his employee completely messed up my freshly painted staircase and railings. If his company cannot even do a basic carpet cleaning then why would I trust some painter that he wants to send out?

I’m trying to be reasonable here - I just wanted my paint fixed. I didn’t even ask for a quote for to fix the chunks out of the wood.

At this point, I am waiting for Brad’s manager to call me. I am also hoping that Ryan will call me back because he told me he was the production manager and would take care of everything.

I have used this company a couple times before. I spilled coffee on my stairway carpet, so decided to get the stairs cleaned. We also had a few other rooms cleaned. Rooms look great. Stairs wouldn’t come clean - that ok because the technician tried really hard.

The reason for such a low rating - the technician damaged all my wood trim on my stairs. We just had the entire wood railing and trim painted about 1 month ago. The trim is all chipped and gouged. The technician wasn’t being careful with the equipment and everything is damaged. I never asked him to stay away from the wood trim and he still damaged everything.

I am not having to deal with the manager and trying to get them to cover the cost for the damages they caused.

Arrived early and began working immediately. Provided clear instructions on how to care for the couch and carpets after cleaning. They look and smell clean! Would highly recommend.

Technician came out and stated he did not find stains with his black light but recommend the up charge in stain removal due to us having pets. We paid for the up charge and it seemed to cause additional stains on the carpets.
Called them back out due to 30’day guarantee and the used a new stain technique and cost an additional 75 dollars on the room. Carpet dried and they made a bigger mess of the carpet then the original
Needs after two trips and overpaying them both times we will never use again. Moving on to another carpet company for our next service.

Zerorez has knowledgeable and friendly technicians that value their job and are happy to be there. I love that Zerorez cleans my carpet (including tough stains) with no harsh chemicals. They actually clean it instead of mask the odors with chemicals.

Our technician was on time, professional, and helpful. He was prepared and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The upholstery looks much better and smells much better. We have two dogs so this was a big win! Thank you!

Zerorez is great. Scott, our technician, was friendly, polite, efficient and took lots of before & after pics as he moved through the house. Highly recommend Zerorez!

Matt was very professional and pleasant to have in our home to clean our carpet. He explained the process and pointed out the special features of the cleaning equipment and how they facilitated the cleaning process. Zerorex did a great job and the carpet looks and feels clean again.

Jalen was absolutely wonderful so conscientious of everything he did he wanted to make sure it looked the best. I had three rooms and my couch recliner done my house smells amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

Carpets looked great and the tech was extremely professional. Fair pricing and scheduling was a breeze. Was able to have the work done while at work and the technician communicated with me every step of the way.

We had them come and complete a cleaning of all our bedrooms, 4.5 of them, our hallway and stars, along with 2 area rugs and cleaning out our dryer vent. This team was on time and personable. But most importantly they were proud of their work, not leaving until the job was completed to their own satisfaction.

We are beyond pleased with the job Michael did on our carpet! I thought, honestly, our carpet was ruined from our dogs! I will definitely be referring them and continue to use their services!! Bravo! Two first Pictures below are before and then last one is after!

Probably should put a leash on your employees driving company vans with that big billboard all over it running 85 mph on 465 passing in and out of traffic. Just for that reason I wouldn't use you service at all. Very unprofessional

I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez on Thursday. The tech right away told me he suggested I just buy new carpets and seemed like he wanted out of the job. Well, if it was in the budget I would, but I asked him to do the best he could. After he was done, he was right, he was not able to get them cleaned, but I thought he did the best he could. Then, I used my own carpet cleaner to clean a room he didn't do that also had stains and high traffic areas and they came out looking new. I then cleaned my machine and decided I would go back over the area he had just done. They are still wet, so TBD on if they will look better, but what was most concerning is the water in my machine came back with dirty water I had just cleaned another room and the water ran clear. I called to let them know, but they didn't even offer an apology, only excuses. I don't know what I was expecting, but I will use a different company in the future.

The photo of the stairs is a before and after he did the cleaning, I have not touched them myself. The photo of the corner of the room is after he cleaned and after I cleaned, the carpet is still wet and I only went over it once because I was just testing it since my other room came out so grea when I did it myself.

Carpets always look great when they are done. We typically request Tevin and he always does an amazing job.

Scheduling and getting a cost of services was very professional and straightforward.

Thomas arrived on time and went right to work. He was friendly and professional. He was very conscientious and careful with everything. Got the job done, cleaned up and was on his way.

We definitely will use them again when needed.

Nathan &Del did a wonderful job!!! Both guys were very polite and answered my questions about the service. I DIFFENTLY will use them again.

Dustin was our tech and he did a great job. Efficient, friendly, and carpets looked brand new after the service. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The gentleman who came out did an amazing job cleaning my carpet today! Very professional, easy to talk to and explained everything very thoroughly. I'm very pleased with how my floors look and would recommend Zerorez to friends and family!. I will definitely use them again.
