I wouldn't recommend starting a franchise through them. They lie about pay, there are hidden fees & the franchise owner David is a scam artist. I gave my keys back to my buildings & Maggie begged me to clean for one more week until they find a new crew. I told her I didn't want to do it if they where going to charge me the transfer fee & she assured me they weren't. One week turned into two & when I seen my check for the next month they definitely charged me the transfer fee. This isn't the first time something like this happened w/ them, they have made up changes before on me.

It looks and smells so good! I also appreciate Tyler checking in with me to see how everything is going and stopping by to do random inspections. Would highly recommend!

I am the Senior Pastor of Faith Apostolic Church in Carmel, Indiana. We have been using Allen Grayson with Carpet Clean Indy for several years. Allen does an exceptional job and I would recommend his services for anyone in search of home or commercial cleaning needs.

I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. No one from the company showed up for the appointment. I tried calling the company from 7:30am, but didn’t get an answer until 9am (my appointment window was 8a-9a). When Brianna finally answered she explained that my phone #was entered wrong in their system so they didn’t show for the appointment. At 9:30 (30 min after my appointment & call with Brianna), Jim(GM) finally calls & starts off with how because I am a pastor & a church I should understand. He then goes on & on about how they had the wrong #, & couldn’t find my church on the internet (although they have my church address correct in their system). I very nicely explained to Jim that I do understand that they made a mistake, but they called me to set this appointment after I set up thru Home Advisor, so they did have my # & that I took time off my job to be there for the appointment, therefore I was not going to work with them.
