I have had 2 room size rugs and 1 small rug cleaned. The rugs have come back to life, one was heavily soiled, and another the colors were just dim. After they cleaned both rugs, they shine and the colors pop even more! Thank you. I will definitely use this service again to clean our rugs before selling! Thanks. Excellent care and customer service! Karen explained the process very thoroughly when I first came in with two Persian rugs that had not been cleaned previously. It was refreshing to have Caitlin's timely updates and exceptional customer service regarding the estimate and process of the cleaning. I couldn't be more pleased with the delicate way in which our rugs were handled for cleaning and the beautiful result. Our rugs look like new and they are very soft. We will definitely use your services again!

Seems to have done a good job. I did feel pressure to pay extra for their special wrap for the carpet instead of the usual paper as we’re storing the rug in a climate-controlled storage facility. I don’t know how to judge pricing of the actual cleaning. The company’s facility did look professional and clean, I would say.

They were able to make it look good as new after red wine and cat pee accident :(

Scheduled pickup of my great room area rug and it was picked up within the allotted window and less than two weeks later I picked it up myself. Rug looks great and everyone is so friendly. 2nd time I have used this company and the time before had upholstery cleaned and a stain that I had on one of the chairs was completely removed. That particular chair had been cleaned twice before and the stain was never completely erased. No stain now. I will be using them again to clean my cushions from my patio furniture and have them store them for me over the winter.

My dining room area rug had never been properly cleaned in all the years I’ve had it. After a puppy (not mine) accident I needed for it to be cleaned and deodorized. The rug came back clean and fresh! I would highly recommend the company.

We had an area rug cleaned and they did a great job! We just had 6 more rugs picked up to be cleaned. The guys picking up the rugs were very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them for any rug cleaning.

Sani Bright picked up my very large Oriental rug, cleaned, and delivered to my new home. Rug looks beautiful now. They suggested an underpad and able to provide that too. Service and guys were so friendly, helpful and strong (rug was very large and I couldn't even budge it). Highly recommend them!

After buying a 50 year old oriental runner at auction, I was dumbfounded at its horrific condition once it arrived. I considered taking it to Goodwill when I turned to the internet. The runner I picked up today is an entirely different carpet. Stunning! The loft! Bright, soft to the touch! I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of service and skill. Thank you.

I wish I would of taken before & after pictures but I am beyond satisfied with the service that was provided!!! I thought my rug was never going to look anywhere close to what it looked like when I first bought it. But they worked miracle and was able to even get it back with even some fluff. Will def be coming back!!!

I would highly recommend this company. Initially, I had an issue with a rug still smelling of urine after being cleaned.
They not only cleaned it again at no charge, they also picked it up, and delivered it to my door!

Oriental Rug cleaning did a great job cleaning my wool area rug. I needed the border replaced as it was badly worn. Although the repair took longer than anticipated, the delay was only caused because they had trouble finding a suitable replacement. Once the new border fabric was found and the repair made it looks brand new. I highly recommend!

The rugs I brought in were collected from my in-laws travels during the 70s-90s and had been sitting in storage for quite some time due to their pungent smells. They are knowledgeable on rug origin and helped in identifying the rugs origin and potential value.

I was honestly shocked at how clean they were able to get them, and now they smell amazing and look fabulous in my home. They also straightened me out on my rug pad situation which, I had just been using what is commercially sold through places like Pottery Barn. Each pad was cut for each rug size which were all unique. That difference behind a good rug pad is no joke and I appreciated the nudge to purchase new ones. Great team to work with, doing excellent work. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about my experience was wonderful! Service was great - even carried the rugs to my car! Cleaning was perfect. I had a braided rug that needed repair on the tail and re stitched in one spot. All done excellently! I would highly recommend Oriental Rug Cleaning of Indianapolis to everyone.

I have a handmade large wool/silk rug that is very important to me. It had not been cleaned for some time. The company was efficient and it turned out great. I'm delighted to have my rug back in beautiful condition!
