Have an oriental rug that hadn't been cleaned for some time.

They came when scheduled and picked it up and helped move table and chairs to get it rolled up.

Took a little longer than I hoped to get it cleaned, but called when it was done and scheduled return date.
Rug and fringe looks nice and bright! Thank you.

They did an amazing job with our rug - our dogs had really done a number on it and they got it looking like new! They we're very communicative and kept us updated throughout the process.

I’m so upset. I bought some wool rugs off FaceBook and brought them in to Sani-Bright for advice and possible cleaning. They were stained, but the guy said they were in
good shape. Paid over $1.000 and just rolled them out. They are now clean and still stained. I even asked the guy what he would do as I they had no meaning to me and I wasn’t sure about spending that kind of money. He said he would clean them if he had bought them. He said they could get the stains out. Nope. They look the same as before. Very unhappy and don’t know that I can get a refund. Waste of time and money. Pictures don’t capture all of it.

Sani Brite cleaned a 9 X 13 wool area rug for me. They did a great job cleaning the rug & the young men who picked up and delivered the rug were outstanding! They were careful and respectful of my property as well as going above & beyond moving our furniture back when they returned my rug. I would certainly recommend them!

Everybody was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. They knew right away about the material, threads and tassel, etc. I brought in my collection of 8 rugs. One of my rugs had an odor from a nervous kitty. My rugs came back very clean and the odor was gone. I would definitely recommend.

A foundation leak in a lower level bedroom had caused some water staining in the carpet and after construction repairs were completed, the carpet needed a good clean and refresh. The cleaning has restored the carpet and looks great. The other rooms, hallway and stairs also look much brighter.

Sani-Bright does a wonderful job cleaning floors, grout and furniture! The techs are so friendly and communicative. They also make a big effort to keep you updated on the status of your appointment. As a busy mom, that was super helpful. Highly recommend!

My father gave me a 20+ year old high end oriental rug. I called Sani-Bright to get it cleaned. They picked it up, cleaned and conditioned it and returned it in two weeks. WOW!!! What a difference. The rug is mow very soft and the colors really pop. The folks at Sani-Bright are true professionals. I would highly recommend them for your rug cleaning needs.

My husband dropped off 3 large floor rugs on May 10th. It was our first time using Sani-Bright. The rugs were ready for pickup on June 5th. We were fairly happy with how the rugs looked afterwards, but were disappointed that one of our rugs shrank by 2-4 inches so we'll have to cut the rug pad under it because it's now showing. Another rug now has a few frayed wool fibers sticking up on the edges. We've never had our rugs professionally cleaned so this might be expected and my husband may have signed something to the effect when he dropped them off. The knotted tassels on the ends of the 2 rugs look great and the rugs feel cleaner. When my husband picked up the rugs they were all ready rolled up and tied so we couldn't see them until he got home. They were nice and put the rugs in plastic sleeves since it was pouring down rain when he picked them up.

Thought I had made a mistake based on price, after I took in an oriental rug that had significant damage. I went ahead and paid as I had already loaded the rug in my car and took it in. After picking it up, I cannot say enough about how good of a job they did. The damaged area (a gouge out of rug in a corner that another company had just knotted with tan thread to stop more damage) is mended back to original state. I cannot tell which corner of the rug was repaired. Excellent work! They also redid the navy edging around the rug. I am so happy to have my rug back looking brand new! The quality of the work was well worth the price. They have earned my business for any future rug repair!!!

This company was absolutely amazing. The staff were courteous and friendly and they were on time with pickup and return. Even offered to pick up coffee. The reason I gave a not sure on the pricing is simply because I am not educated on what all is involved. What I can say is it was worth it to me simply because I loved my area rugs but it would have been cheaper to replace in my case. Great job team!!!!!!

Logan and Daniel were spectacular. They are always so prompt and provided an excellent customer experience. Sanibrite did a phenomenal job on the cleaning. They are the first company I will call for all of my future carpet and hardwood cleaning needs.

We had approx 1800 sq ft of travertine flooring that was about 25 years old that needed major refreshing. After steam cleaning, polishing/rehoning and sealing the floors are beautiful, shining and probably look better than they did originally!
