After spilling an entire cup of coffee on my light carpet, I called Coit and they came out promptly! The stain is gone and the carpet looks like new! I was given some extra solution specifically made for coffee stains in case the stain was visible after the carpet was completely dry. I will use Coit again and recommend them highly.

Allen was fantastic. He came to our house, removed a few awful dog stains and cleaned our general carpet areas. He was so friendly and professional. We loved that they move the furniture too, that saved us a lot of hassle!

Allen is truly amazing with dog smell and odor. I never thought he could pull off getting my carpets clean. He even helped us move stuff so he could do his job. He was also very friendly. Call you next time.

COIT did an excellent job with our demo and mold remediation! Their staff was very professional! We will be using them for our current remodel as well as future room remodels. I highly recommend.

Coit arrived and were very punctual and courteous. However, there were more new stains on my carpet after they left... and after contacting them three or four times they refused to come to fix the stains. Consider avoiding this company.

Terrible job. Worse customer service.

We have a beautiful but elderly Great Pyrenees dog, who unfortunately made somewhat of a mess of the front room in our home. I called COIT to come out today and help me with the carpet. The gentleman they sent was a kind and courteous. The room came out FANTASTIC.. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to bring life back to a dingy carpet. Thank You. Andre provided great service! Our sofa required cleaning due to pet stains. The sofa looked and smelled great. They were able to schedule next day service. Andrea was professional and respectful.

COIT came to clean our couch, chair and ottoman that our dog has used for a napkin. Muhammad did an excellent job, very thorough. Our furniture looks like new and smells great as well. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We were looking for a top to bottom cleanup of our ducts and dryer vent, and we received a super job. Jose, our tech, did a superb job. Not only did he manage to reach into some difficult places because of the strange configuration of our house, but he solved the mystery of why our dryer was regurgitating so much lint. There were two dead starlings in the vent. A top notch professional job.

I called for an estimate on some grout being cleaned and Joe Ortiz was the salesman who treated me with respect on the phone. You could tell he wanted to help me vs. make money off of me. Can’t wait to see the improvement of our floors. Highly recommend!

I had two guys come and perform a vent cleaning. The team was awesome. They were courteous, professional, and absolutely dedicated to finishing the job right and leaving my house (including the vents) cleaner than they found it. They took the quality of their work personal and and put lots of effort into doing the job right. Great job!
