Keith was very friendly and professional. He was scheduled for an exterior treatment but asked if I needed any interior treatments which impressed me. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel the need to be accessible to him. I actually had forgotten he was here until he rang the doorbell to inform me he was finished. He did a great job!

Extremely pleased after our first visit by Brad Sodenkamp! He was very informative and professional. He reviewed our service package and explained everything he was going to do. Assured me that everything is safe for my pet and gave extra attention to an area of our garage where we are plagued with spiders. Cameron B just left my home. He is very professional. He worked hard, it took him over an hour, so I feel comfortable that he did a good job. Between him and the sales person Jason, you can tell that they are well trained, and really care about their customers. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I received my first service from Alterra Pest Control today. Their service tech, Thomas Broderick, arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do to protect my home from pests. He treated the home inside and out and spent considerable effort to remove an active wasp nest from the top of a second story window. He also treated my yard front to back. My family is looking forward to a bug-free home this year.

Ashley was the route manager that serviced our house. She was professional, kind, and very focused on her job. She was able to answer all of my questions and more. She was patient and worked well with kids in the room she needed to spray. I would definitely like her back to do the quarterly job. Thank you Ashely!

Nate W was on time and explained very well about his job on the site. My expectation was met and I am willing to continue to use Alterra. This is my third trial with pest control services and I hope Alterra will meet/exceed my expectation from now on. Others really impressed me when they knocked on my door for winning business then I rarely saw they stayed in my 0.4 acre property with 6500 sq ft building over 20 minutes but frankly, if they did what they described from the beginning, it should take over 45 minutes from my previous experience. I have all kinds of living small creatures in my backyard and really hope those are now staying out of my dog this time.

Our service rep Steve did an excellent job of explaining everything. Also, as we watched him perform he was very efficient and thorough. He was on time (actually a little early) and very polite. We will recommend Alterra to others.

Dan has been to our home several times - and each time he has been excellent! We had issues with ants outside the home - and he addressed that concern immediately. After his visit - the ants were gone! He asked if there was anything he could do to help us out this quarter, and I mentioned the bees in the backyard attacking my dog. He did clarify that there is no guarantee with flying insects such as bees around a fruit tree - but he would do his best. I am very grateful he did what he could to help us out. I feel like Alterra is a friend I call when I'm in need, not just a company. I am not only paying for service - but also peace of mind...and it is well worth it!!!

Our service today was great. Our service technician Aaron went above and beyond what his job requirements were. He even pulled down a bird that was stuck in a crack of an overhang on the outside of the house. He was very professional, informative, polite and didn't take any shortcuts. You could tell he cared about the work he was doing. Very Satisfied Customer!

We were not interested in pest control at all this year as we had been trying to handle it on our own. However, the sales rep was really helpful and made it an affordable experience. Today, Jordan C came out for the actual application. He was incredibly polite, professional and efficient. Even my kids commented on how friendly he was when he left. And he took the extra minute to come back and let me know what to do/expect with future bug sightings and treatments. So far, we're off to a great start with this company!

I just want to say that meeting Shane and having him as my Alterra representative was a breath of fresh air. Professionalism and a strong work ethic have seemed to be a thing of the past. Shane arrived on time, actually he was early and ready to work. He explained everything that he was going to do in a professional manner. He answered all of my questions an addressed any concerns that I had about spraying inside the house. It was a genuine pleasure meeting Shane. I would not hesitate to recommend Alterra Pest Control to my friends based on the professionalism shown by Shane and let me not forget to mention Jason, who set up my account. We received excellent service today from Cameron B. who arrived exactly on time. He was a very nice young man who explained in detail what would happen with our service call and what to expect in the days to follow. I was very impressed with both his professionalism and his thoroughness. I also love the fact that I can call them back out if we have any problems and they will respond within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this company and their services.

Spring application; had wasp nests I was unaware, Mark & Dallin pointed them out and got rid of the nests, and applied powder to keep them from coming back; plus a great job on pest control around the yard... Thanks guys.

Brigham Lindsay (door-to-door sales) deserves a pat on the back for being one of the best mannered and professional to ever knock on my door. He did a great job of explaining the service and worked out a great deal that encouraged me to switch from Insight Pest. Better pricing and better service.

Nate Hannon performed our first application and again was patient and thorough. The application process was definitely more thorough than our previous supplier. I'm looking forward to finally enjoying a more bug-free house this year.

Just decided today to schedule our first service with Alterra. Shane & Blake were awesome! Shane was very knowledgeable when it came to the products and service. Also, Blake did a fantastic job covering all the basis of the job. So glad we chose to sign up!

Thomas B did a great job servicing our home. He listened to us and focused on our problem areas, was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of details/information on the process, and was patient with our interrupting toddlers and dog.

Taylor R. was also very nice and knowledgeable when he came to our home and sold us the year installation plan.
