HED is a great cleaning company! You can schedule your clean on their website and they always show up on time. You can even receive a text that morning reminding you of your clean & a conformation email. Great Customer Service! Highly recommended!

HED is great in all aspect! The scheduling process is so easy, and the customer service is even better! The owner really takes pride in his business and helps in any way that he can. His teams are always so punctual and you can always count on them. Would highly recommend for any cleaning needs!

HED Cleaning is such a breeze to work with! I have been using them at Castle Creek Apartments for almost a year and been very impressed with their work. The teams are professional, quick to respond, and very attentive! Scheduling is super easy from the app or website and the invoicing is clear. Joel and his wife are always checking in to make sure we are satisfied with their work and seeing if there is anything else we need. Recently they have opened up additional hours to help cover extra Covid cleanings and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend HED for all of your cleaning needs!!

Called to say they could arrive a few minutes early, thoroughly explained what they could and couldnt do, finished the job timely. Super satisfied!

I just read another review I think this company is closed. Not sure how to contact this company. Does anyone know? No one picks up the phone and the voicemail is full. The reviews look good thats why i pick it but not sure.

The guys were super cool, did a great job on a stubborn seemingly impossible stain to remove from my carpet.Took them minutes to remove!! Thanks y’all will be calling y’all again😁

The two men that came to my home were very professional. They explained their entire process completely. They were very quick, and did an amazing job!

I've done work with RCE before but something has changed. I have called, emailed, contacted through the website form almost every business day in the last 2 and a half weeks with no response. The voicemail mailbox is full, so can't leave a voicemail.

They do a great job had my carpets looking brand new as if I just moved in!!

Disappointed, called them to come out used them in the past and referraled them many times. New techs this time and they tried to charge us more money then agreed too. Told them no way was I going to additional cost after I scheduled and told them what I had. I sent them on there way. They lost my business and I will be telling others about this experience. Poor customer service
