Beware- owner doesn't take responsibility for mistakes. Called and scheduled an appointment for Monday 10/12 @ 10am last week. Evidently scheduling system failed to capture the appointment- no ownership of mistake or apologies for mistake- just statement that system didn't capture appointment. No ownership of the fact that 3 phone calls were made on Monday to figure out when they didn't arrive with no call back on Monday or Tuesday morning. When asked why no return calls the answer from the owner was "I wasn't here yesterday". The owner never once apologized for the error or for the lack of communication. As stated- owner doesn't take ownership of any mistakes.

As to the quality of cleaning completed and the professionalism of the cleaning staff- that review will have to wait until the cleaning is actually completed.

Terrible experience! Buyers beware!! I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule the appointment. The gentleman that scheduled was very nice and then advised they could not honor the Groupon as I lived too far away. He said to cancel with Groupon. Groupon would not cancel as I do live within 20 miles of 46268. Went back to RCE and Ernie Perkins said sorry rules are rules. He said I am over 20 miles from their shop. No where does it state their shop address and only a zip code. So, I wasted $90 and the owner kept stating the rules, which I am eligible. What a joke!!

Very positive experience on 7/2. Had a groupon for 5 rooms + hallway carpet cleaning. Professional, courteous, and personable team.
DeJuan & Curtis deserve individual acknowledgement for their fast and efficient work. I'd work with RCE again, with or without the groupon.

RCE LLC presented themselves exceptionally well upon arriving to my property. They remained professional and responsive to our home's needs, and did so during a midwestern freeze that challenged their equipment. They didn't complain and they didn't cut corners. Thank you RCE LLC Team for the great work!

Jim and Dwin with RCE are awesome. They were very professional, on time, very kind, cleaned my carpets very well and it looks really new. I would definitely recommend them.

Very impressed. I’m 60 years s and have dealt with many different service related business. These guys were great. Polite, on time, excellent communication from the first appointment through the cleaning. I was not home as they cleaned, but Edwin was very considerate; calling me with every question and to make sure I approved any special considerations.

I don’t want to get into another argument with this company so I’ll be brief. We called off of a coupon and now we are replacing all the carpet RCE touched. Thank the Lord for Empire Carpet and their understanding. $2200 dollars later our carpets are (NEW) clean lol.

Do not do business with RCE Carpet Cleaning

Bought their Groupon special and they wouldn’t honor it. Said I needed to get a refund from Groupon and then pay them directly. They were rude and didn’t want to help me at all so I would go elsewhere for carpet cleaning. If they don’t want to pay Groupon for a deal they made with them then that should tell you how their business is doing, obviously not very good. Good luck.

So you ended up losing two returning customers over a little greed. So have yourself a happy Tuesday!! While another company is making the money you should’ve been earning!! But you didn’t care...💸

They did a excellent job. They was on time and call ahead to let me know they was on the way. Explain to me in detail what they will do to my carpet and how long it may take to clean my carpet. I was very please with the work. I will be calling them back in the future.

Just had our carpets done today! They look amazing! Both gentlemen were extremely professional and awesome to work with! We will definitely be using this company again!

Worse carpet cleaning company ever, had schedule my moving and when this company arrived to clean the carpet two days prior from my moving date they refused to take my groupon and wanted to charge extra $250 on top of what I have paid. Called other places and they all agreed that the deep cleaning fee was a catch and because of a very short notice from this company i have to rent a machine and have to do it myself. If you are using this company don't take their word serious and schedule your service in advance my appointment was scheduled two weeks ahead for 12 noon and they show up at 4:30PM leaving me with as very short time to find another company that day.

the reason to get carpets shampooed was because they were dirty not because they were in perfect condition and if what you advertise is not up to your espectations not sure what to tell you, all i was asking is to redeem what you have posted on groupon that's all

Jim and Dwin did a great job on our carpets, and you couldn’t ask for nicer and more professional guys! We purchased a deal from Groupon and glad we found it! I will tell you that this deal only includes a very “basic” cleaning of each room, and they will advise you to upgrade to have them brush the carpet it there is a heavy wear pattern... it’s $20–$25 more per floor, so for us it was only $45 extra and that included getting out some possible stains in my kids rooms. In our case it was worth it! You don’t have to brush every time either. Will use again and absolutely recommend you give them a chance!

I’d give lower if I could. They came out and charged me almost $300 a week ago and I just used my own carpet cleaner and the water it sucked out of the carpet looked like lake water. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Should have known better & done things myself but was trying to save time.

That’s not to say the people and techs aren’t nice. I’m just not happy with the quality of the work. I paid for deep cleans in my bedrooms where animals sleep and that’s where the dirt is still coming up.

Awful, unprofessional company. They advertised on Groupon . I got the Groupon to clean my carpets , I am cleaning it every six moths . They came look at my carpet and refused service . This is happening first time in my experience. They obviously do not have any experience and knowledge and are very disrespectful.
We cleaned up all furniture for them and I have two handicapped elderly in the house but they care less . I would not recommend this company to anyone . Stay away from RCE LLC . I am sure they will be out of business very soon which their attitude.

So I just want to start of by saying Ernie and Edwin, YOU GUYS ROCK!!! My sis got a groupon for 3 rooms and due to the dog having accidents in the front room, they recommended and explained why we should do the pet enzyme treatment. A little more money but definitely worth it. Not only does it smell amazing in here but the carpet is like 3 shades lighter (dogs and kids are so messy aren’t they?) they were so patient with me coming in and out, due to me having to take the dog out, and so friendly (unlike some companies where they look at you crazy because you even moved from one room to the other) they were in and out but in the best way and the place looks fabulous. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys!!!

Edwin and his partner were great! They were quick and got the carpets looking they like were brand new! They did a great job explaining everything they were doing and showed us the problem areas! Great prices and they were quick to get the job done!!

I must say,I was VERY impressed by the Professionalism and the Amazing work by the Two gentleman that showed up and cleaned my carpets and air ducts. My wife and I just knew we were on our way to new carpets due to our pet stains and the smells caused by our Kitty but the guys explained what needed to happen and why and it’s been a week and I still have to say it still smells and looks pet free. Like brand new carpets 😊 Thanks fellas! Just in time for the Holidays!!! RCE Rocks!!!
