Wow! Great service from RCE Carpet Cleaning. James and Edwin gave great customer service and a great job they did on my moms house in Indianapolis. I was a little skeptical doing business from Atlanta for someone in Indianapolis but they RCE LLC treated her with much respect and professionalism. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family for sure!

Very professional. Our Tech Dejuan got our carpet looking like new again. You can definitely tell they were passionate about what they do. We've used Stanley Steam for years but I think this is by far the best cleaning we've ever had . It was just the basic cleaning groupon 5 rooms. Price was well worth. Amazing job!!!

Edwin and the team at RCE did a fantastic job! Called when they were on the way (well within the quoted window), explained everything thoroughly and treated my carpets as if they were their own - not overselling but offering services that would get me the most out of my cleaning.

I made an appt with this company to come do 3 rooms, a hallway, a sectional & a mattress in my home. They were supposed to arrive between 2pm & 4pm. They called on their way at ten minutes till 2pm. I showed them everywhere I needed cleaned. Now I have 4 inside dogs. One of those is just coming out of puppy stage. So my carpet was in pretty bad shape. My mattress had coffee spill stains & such all over it. I just wanted them to do the best they could to remove the stains & smell. Well these guys did an AMAZING job!!!! There just are no words for how well these two did. My sectional & mattress look brand new. My carpet you can’t even tell was a mess. It’s amazing. They did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using RCE for ANY time I need something like this done in my home. I would recommend them to anyone!! They’re awesome!!

I’ve been a customer of RCE for about three years now, and they always seem to surprise me when they come to clean my carpet. I’m always amazed at how well my carpet bounces back and looks brand new. I will be recommending RCE to a few friends that are wanting to get their carpets cleaned professionally.

Absolutely fantastic experience and quality cleaning. I don’t typically leave reviews but really was compelled to after the great service I had. Highly recommend! Fast to schedule. Very professional and just NICE team. I had all carpets done. Two areas with pet spots. One needed extraction. Amazing. Also have a few rooms with older very light colored carpet. Felt I would need to rip it out due to staining. We had used our in home steam cleaner multiple times. Didn’t make a dent. RCE not only cleaned our carpets but they truly RESTORED our carpets. Do not hesitate to use them. Also saw a few comments about dry time. Dry time is a fact of life with carpet cleaning. Longer pile carpet took over a day to dry which is typical for commercial cleaning and totally worth it. Shorter pile was dry overnight. Also left a wonderful smell in our house. One more thing- they did a small couch of ours that had been loved by our cat. Looks great!

I had residential carpets cleaned and the service was great! The scheduling was a breeze, and on the day of my carpet cleaning, the technicians called me to give me a notice that they were 30 minutes away. They showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and fast. They ensured that the cleaning met my approval, which it absolutely did. My carpets were clean and soft and the solution used left no residue and left my home smelling great!

AMAZING!! From the customer care to the actual results it was a great experience! I waited a few days to post my review because I’ve had carpet cleaners out before and the stains showed back up two days later. Our floor was in rough shape and these guys were up front and honest about the service I needed. I loved the honesty as the last company just did a standard cleaning and it was a waste of my money as the stains reappeared. They were so fun and are completely understanding of any situation you are in such as having a pig as a pet and being pregnant and will work with your budget! Highly recommend!!!

Great communication about when they would arrive. Then the techs and I examined the carpet and they explained what they thought would be the best course of action. I had some tough pet stains so I was skeptical about if this would work. I am so thrilled about how great my carpet looks. It looks brand new. The techs did such a great job. They were so friendly. Two staff came to the office and cleaned 25 year old carpet in 7 offices and i must say while they not look as good as new they look better than ever anticipated. I will definitely recommend them for future work.

We've used Circle City Cleaning Crew at our coworking space Refinery46, for nearly 3 years. Their team is consistent, professional, knowledgable. They show up when they're supposed to do so, and when we have any questions or concerns, things are addressed very promptly and earnestly.

I think the big difference we've seen is that local ownership means an extra level of care. We don't feel like a number to them. We're not the biggest account, I'm sure, but we always feel like the most important client.

We used Circle City in May 2020 to clean and disinfect our office due to COVID issues. They did such a thorough and complete job, that we decided to use them again in November 2020 and have already scheduled them for March 2021. They have proven to be reliable and trustworthy, and their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. We plan to continue using them at least twice each year to keep our office safe and sanitized for the benefit of our employees.
